Atari shrugged, a shy smile folding over his features. It's up to you, really. I've...never really been anywhere or seen anything - Most of my life has taken place in my momma's house.

"Really?" She blinked, thought another moment, and then gave his hand a small, almost unnoticable, tug. "Well, better safe than sorry!" She smiled. "Let's take a look inside?"

He offered her a shy nod and laughed some, noticing some the tug to his hand. Yes, but it's okay - Let's look! He purred, leading her into the store.

Escarelia gave a nod in return as they entered the store, looking around with a small bit of awe. "Ah, I've never seen a store like this," she commented. "I mean, I'm sure there must have beens oemthing simmilar back at my last home, but I must have missed it..."

Where was your last home? Atari asked, curious as they wandered the surprisingly large shop full of things inspired by African and Far Eastern cultures. His tail swayed to the rhythms of the music that was playing over the shop's speaker system, and his eyes danced over the wood and gold items that lined shelves and table tops.

"A city farther up north," Escarelia said, looking around. "Ah, it's all so pretty and different." She closed her eyes, thinking, lisetning to the music, for a few moments before opening her eyes. "I like different things. Makes life more...unique."

Atari wasn't terribly sure what was different and what was normal, but he smiled and nodded to Esca all the same. My daddy's daddy's friend has lots of this kind of stuffs in his room...It all smells like roses and spice, and I like it. he purred, reaching a slender finger out to run it over the top of a small jade elephant figurine.

I like smells like that. Atari nodded and squeeked as the item he brushed his fingertips over shifted on the shelf, dropping one end and letting loose a flurry of beads across the floor. He quickly gestured out with his hand, silencing the sound from the beads and rewinding the process, his emerald eyes widened in fear of being yelled at by the shopkeep, who seemed to preoccupied on the phone to care to make sure everything was alright.

Escarelia jumped, then blinked as the beads went back. "Ah, that scared me..." she said with a small chuckle. "I forgot that you can do magic." She chuckled once more, and looked toward the shopkeeper, before looking back at Atari.

Sorry, Escarelia! Atari laughed, blushing some as his features faded from an expression of shock to a goofy little look. I'm just glad she didn't notice. he whispered, biting his lip as he made sure to be careful about what he touched now.

"It doesn't look like she did," Escarelia said softly, eyeing the shopkeeper. "Must be talking about something important." She smiled, looking back over at Atari with a silly grin. "Or she's just goofing off."

mmmm...I'll go with the goofing off part! Atari chuckled, eyes still roaming the shop. Do you see anything you like, Esca? he asked softly, turning to look to her with a soft smile.

"Probably." She chuckled lightly, then blinked, looking around. "There are a few things...But things that I'd rather window shop for then own...Does that make any sense?" She blinked, blushing slightly as she thought over her words.

Yes and no? Atari blushed, pressing his lips together. It's okay though! If you want anything, I'll gladly get it for you, and you could pay me back at a later time...he offered, with a bright smile. Do you wanna look at a different store now?
