SoA's Name: Nott'Modr (and, eventually, a familiar named Haddock that I'm questing for)
Original Member? Yes
Desired Rank: Reaver or Captain. Either would probably work with what I have in mind.
Brief Personality: Generally pretty anti-social, Nott'Modr tends to stick to the shadows and either ignores or is hostile towards anyone who tries to speak to him. He does not talk very much, but when he does, he is pretty sarcastic and only slightly tolerates who he is speaking with.

On the off chance he DOES start to like you, though, he is pretty friendly. Granted, he still does not like people touching him, but other than that, he is naturally very curious about things and can be very playful with you, to the point of seeming naive.

Nott'Modr is a pretty ruthless lion during a fight. His specialty lies in speed and stealth, and taking him on at night is a bad idea, as he has a certain affinity with darkness.
Brief History: Nott'Modr has grown up relying solely on himself. He fought to stay in a high rank amongst his pride, without very much interaction with others, and really only tolerated his fellow lions when he was on a raid with them. He did what he was told, and in return, was left alone.

Once I gain his rabbit familiar, I plan on him somehow becoming injured and lost during a raid. He'll run into Haddock then, who will nurse him back to health and worm his way into the viking's good books, to the point of Nott becoming very overprotective of Haddock and giving each other pet names. (Toothless and Hiccup. 8D) Eventually, once Toothless is fully healed, he will go back to the pride and bring Haddock with him.

Haddock will be a good influence on him; basically melting his frigid attitude towards others. I would love for some plot that involves Hiccup being attacked and Toothless saving him, but we'll see how things play out IC.

This is me doing a happy dance to have him. I'm fine with him being either a Reaver or a Captain, so let me know which you'd prefer.

Well, he wouldn't lose his rank if he went missing. He'd just be presumed dead (or deserted, depending on the circumstances). If he's presumed missing, thing's'll pick up more or less where they left off for him. Desertion's a more serious matter. But Captain's fine by me.

Just a head's up. If anyone has any last posts they'd like to add to the sending-off, they should do so, because I totally meant to have that over and done with before Christmas and it's been dragging on for way too long. Tomorrow, I expect, is when I'll make the mule's last post, which will be along the lines of "then the food came out and a drunken free-for-all began."

Brief Personality: A gruff kind of guy who has little to say with words. He speaks, mainly, in body language. Since he'd be born into the pride, he's well versed with every original member and attempts to at least meet the newer vikings. But since he'll stare and not talk for a long time, often times he comes off as too intense. He shows no interest in males or females romantically and sees them as nothing more than potential warriors or utter failures.
