Mala quietly stuck to healing her foot, doing worse than she normally would due to the fact that she couldn't concentrate. If anything, she was only making her foot hurt worse.

Softly, Mala whined as she stopped trying to heal her foot. "Daaamn it, I only made it worse!" she grumbled to herself, fighting back tears from the pain. It certainly didn't help that she was still pretty upset from her arguement with Van.

Van looked up from his view of the ocean when he could hear Mala complaining about her lack of heals. He sighed and started to remove the cravat around his neck. "If you can't heal, at least bandage it up." he said tossing her the stand-in bandage without looking at her as he stood in the door.
((Yeah, the frilly scarf thing Riley has around his neck in his pic? That's a cravat. Phoenix Wright games are educational! biggrin And I have cuteness stuck in my head. I MUST IMPOSE THE CUTENESS ON OTHERS!! CUTENESS.))

Mikhael pulled himself away from the swordsman, brushing himself off. His breathing was more steady now. He turned his head in the direction of the female. "I don't explain my technique." He had no expression evident on his face. He reached behind his head, tightening his blindfold.

Mala accepted the cravat, not daring to look at Van. "Thanks." she murmured, wrapping it around her foot tightly as a sort of bandage. Afterwards she huffed out a sight and looked out to the waters.
{Adorable vid~ Also, sorry for suddenly going inactive earlier but my comp overheated and turned itself off. I only woke up from the nap I took afterwards because my little b***h brother started screaming like a tard on xbox live...AGAIN.}

{ sweatdrop No. As was stated earlier, we're on a regular probably medium-sized boat. Think a small, but not extremely tiny, pirateship. Otherwise, they wouldn't have been so many crates of wine on it. Hold on...where is your character again?}

Van just looked out at the water while Mala wrapped her foot as silence filled the air again. "You know..." he began, breaking the silence more. "...everyone's got these stupid mental images of what the gods are like. A lot of 'em are actually way off the mark.
