I allowed this guy into my guild with the promise that he would help me manage it and with a understanding that my guild is a private Naruto guild that is for friends only. Something where he can go rp at when we have nothing to do in our other guilds.
All things went ok until he wanted to start changing every aspect of my guild and shape it around NUR. At first i told him that any changes need to be posted in the VC Crew Thread for the crew to discuss before changes are to be made. He completely ignored that and proceeded in shaping the guild to NUR. I myself was going through many issues at the time so i wasn't in complete control.
He then proceeded to ignore the rules that had been set in place and make a completely illegal Rpc and accepted his own profile and created his own jutsus and summons. To me that is like telling me off and i do not accept those kind of things from a crew member. Since he is nether me nor my friend and because of all of his actions i banned him from my guild.
Within a minute i receive that message above. True that I don't post at all or anything, in fact i personally have no problem with him taking his anger out on me. But soon after this i receive pms from other members saying that they are getting threats from him saying that what ever guild he is in that they are in, he will make sure that they are banned from it.
Like i said before, iv got no problem with being banned from guilds by him but to take it out on members who had nothing to do it how he behaved? That's not acceptable.
I hope, as your guild leader that you will talk to him about this and get it straightened out.
