Mythee-dono "GARRR!" Donut pounced straight through Corn's face, chilling her with that characteristic ghostly temperature drop. The gengar cackled and twirled in circles in the air, jesting in the incomprehensible language of pokemon with a sing-song voice. A ghast - a gtoah - a goats - a-a-a GHOST. Jumped through Corn's HEAD and have her BRAINFREEZE. "AGHDFFFFFFF," she squealed, spinning in a small circle before falling on her arse, facing 'round at the sivery specter.
Unbeknownst to Corn, she did something the Gengar was apparently not expecting in the least. She pulled out the Pokeball of the Eevee her friend had leant her for the trip. "EMILY, HELP," she hollered, and the spoiled Eevee tumbled out gracefully and stared down Donut.

 Jay was distracted by the sudden commotion of a meowth flying into the camping area. He recovered swiftly and reached for his poke ball, while thinking what to do. After a moment he let his arm fall back to his side. He felt bad to the meowth as it was almost instantly showered with pokeballs. Man, these people really are here for the pokemon. He thought to himself with a sigh. There was always the next time to find a companion. He pulled out his bag and found his own spot on the ground to roll it out. He didn't do the tent thing. It was a hassle and Jay preferred to sleep under the stars.

Oh. It had been a Meowth. Nina felt almost stupid for not noticing that. It wasn't like it had been scary or anything...
But then another one arrived - one that was simply gorgeous, and this time Nina threw the pokeball because she wanted to capture the Meowth rather than out of fright.

Speaker
Ezekeiel hid behind Cooper when the pokeballs started flying. "The hell, its just a little meowth.....poor thing is going to need a psychiatrist by end of it....." That's when he saw yet another meowth appear. Oh crap.
Seeing Carter, he gave a weak chuckled. "Indeed, I don't need a feline in my team, well, I don't need a meowth anyways...." He ducked down to dodge a pokeball. "Anyways, I think we have enough wood to make a nice fire and keep it going...at least long enough to cook our dinner."

@ Soa Kasai "You're welcome," she said with a proud grin, "There's plenty so help yourself."
With a huff she settled back with her own plate, contently eating and watching the rest of the red group gathered around the fire. She heard the commotion of the meowths and the trainers making a grab for them but stayed turned away.

@Mewrose
Zoey held the warm pokeball in her hands, unable to believe it happened minutes after she said she hadn’t obtained her first pokemon yet. What irony is this?
She glanced over at Anise and uttered, “I caught it.” Unable to contain her happiness, she hugged the pokeball her chest, laughing at the situation in general.

Deadre "You have noodle arms," Lucine said dryly, "Like this spaghetti. You are noodle girl." She laughed and shoved a plate into Lumina's hands.
Then she huffed, "My mom's become team mom! She's the one who packed the spaghetti! I only brought sandwiches!" "Hey hey, I've visited your ranch often enough to get at least a little muscle. Granted mostly leg muscle.. but still." Lumina rolled some of the spaghetti from her plate onto her fork after the first meowth was caught.
Chuckling, she shook her head, "Well, guess any mom would be worried on their child's first solo venture. But hey, turned out pretty well."
She was about to take a bite when the next meowth showed, "Another!" Nearly dropping her plate, she whipped out her binder again, noting it's color and movements, attitude and how it reacted to so many people. Sure it was a common pokemon (that she still adored to bits), but this was good practice as a watcher too!

((@Anima, Kurai, and Corn)) "Oh, this is ridiculous!" She sat up and got up on her knees, eyes on the Meowth in the bush now. "Someone or some Pokemon is going to get hurt in all this commotion. And it isn't even over yet, judging from the sounds in that tree." Rhia turned in an uncomfortable-looking twist of her torso and began digging in her bag for her medical kit, just in case.
Another scream drew Rhia's attention and she jumped to her feet. "Did you hear that? That scream sounded human."

@BlindArtist: Anise grinned at the happy trainer. "Congratuations! That one looks rather pale, I wonder if it's an albino."
