User ImageOmega: Spins a web, any size~

Jacen was vaguely aware of the goings-ons happening around the house, having promptly taken a nap after Bella left along with seemingly everyone else. He awoke to screaming and gunshots. Wait, gunshots?

His eyes blinked open, meeting a set of eight other beady little black orbs hovering over him. It took him a second to figure out what was happening. “Pa’ia Ka!” He yelled, jumping right out of the tattered remains of the Snuggie©. It seemed the scientifically superior fabric had protected him from the fangs of the beast… It would be sorely missed…

The Octoman bounded over the couch, clearing the room and jogging onto the porch. “Hey Guys-!” He stopped as he saw the people gathered outside in various states of chaos, “Oh, I guess you know…” He said, frowning before shaking a spider off his leg. These spiders seemed way more aggressive than normal arachnids, and he didn’t like it at all. He turned his head, seeing Narcissa back inside with that kid he had tackled yesterday. If anyone knew what was going on, she would.

He moved with purpose, crunching spiders under his staff as he made his way to his fearless leader, Getting right to the point. “Hey Cissy, What’s up with all these spiders?”

It seems necessary to point out that Jacen would never, under any other circumstances, call Narcissa ‘Cissy’, as he is far to intimidated by her for that type of talk. Granted, their… state of mind was a bit off at the moment.

“Sorry for making you eat sand the other night by the way~” Jacen added to Aren, “No hard feelings?” He said, smashing a spider the size of a house cat with his staff as he said the words, still smiling. He waved to "Shandra", "So you guys ever gonna tell me how you know each other?"

Blair stared at the new arrival. These people were seriously metal. Here they are in a beach house practically overrun by spiders the size of, well, huge bloody spiders, and they seemed to be OK with it?

"We're trying to figure out where they're coming from." she said, noting the new guy had called the girl 'Cissy'.

She felt like a caffeine-doped cat in a room full of rocking chairs. This whole situation was rock-wrong. And yet she suddenly found herself wanting to have a bit of fun. Never mind the headache. This new guy was kinda cute.

She caught herself, with something akin to shock.

"Um," she said and shot a spider that was dropping to his shoulder. "Sorry."

Alpha:Um who invited the horde of spiders?

User ImageGideon had still been on the porch he was just about to walk inside to take a shower. Then he saw a new girl start to walk up to the house after he heard the care drive off. It seems she was non to happy to see him on the porch. Guess like the many back at the mansion she was intimidated by him. Oh well it was nothing new.

That was also when he noticed a rather large number of spiders approaching the condo. Normally he would be one of the first to call it foul play. No he didn't think anything of it. He actually turned to head inside but stopped when he heard Evie run off towards the pool. Then shortly followed by one of Bella's sonic attacks. He knew she didn't like spiders and saw the new girl(Bianca) blast some. Then she was talking with Bella and hugged her then kissed her on the check. It seemed his slightly high came down you know like when one is drunk and something so insane happens the buzz is gone instantly. Gideon was now in his right mind though only momentary. His healing factor in high gear.

Moving off the porch and in one motion his claws extended dug into the almost completely burred boulder. Ripping if from the ground with the aid of his claws hurled the boulder so it rolled or bounced on several spiders rolling past Bella and the new girl Bianca as the spiders previously knocked away. Though more still came unaffected by crawling over the squished forms of their fallen spider brethren. "You two can stand there hugging all day and get horded by spiders. Or you can move now!" He said walking over to the girls. Normally the sight of blood on Bella would set him off but strangely it didn't.

Looks like the right mind went away again but Gideon didn't really even notice. One of the larger spiders landed on his shoulder and bit down rather quickly. Stupid thing could jump and it took advantage of his talking to the two huggers. Gideon reached up and squished it with ease before tossing the now dead thing to the ground. Now it's time to be a bit destructive. His eyes started scanning the yard for something that would make a big boom. he maybe deadly and could cut through nearly anything or heal almost any injury. But his power didn't involve wide spread destructive capabilities as the other. The want of destruction for his was not normal he was one who dealt with things quickly and effectively that leaves hardly ever collateral damage. this was where those heat and fire manipulators would be handy. You know big wall of fire to bar any more from getting in, oh well.

Isabella felt like she was playing the best game of whack-a-mole…Ever. Spiders go boom, boom, boom—Splat, crush, crack. All sounds horrid and disgusting, amplified by her nearly ridiculously enhanced hearing—Forever trapped in her memory bank. That was unfortunate, but she dealt with it by focusing on the spiders as if they were a video game… Points, even.

She beamed, when the new girl called out ‘awesome’—Thinking her expression darling. That she thanked her, set the Siren floating on air. Though what really made her giggle aloud was the beam of darkness that streamed out of Bianca’s hand—Sending just a few of the creepy crawlies on their merry way. She nodded definitively, approving of the girls use of power. “So you can. Then we can protect each other.”

“Mi Biaaanca…”
, Isabella purred after hearing her name, her Columbian accent thick… as she casually drew her arms this way and that, as if she were conducting an orchestra—Keeping for the most part, back the waves of arachnids. “I love it. It’s a perfect name for you…”

“And you can call me whatever you like—“,
and suddenly Bianca’s face filled her vision, and she was embraced. She was still for a moment, arms in mid motion, before her arms came around the other girl and she giggled, her cheek pressed to her hair. She smelled like strawberries and vanilla—But with a slight chill. Like ice cream. She laughed again, her voice happy—Musical as the girl kissed her on the cheek. Why couldn’t everyone be this affectionate?

Cuddling with the dark haired lovely in the middle of a spider infested beach—Probably wasn’t the best plan the Alpha leader had ever had. But it was the furthest thing from her mind as she purred in the back of her throat, the sound exactly like a large house cat. She reached and gently brushed the girls hair back, eyes closed as she gently, almost imperceptibly, nuzzled against her jaw line.

She heard metal slide from flesh not far away, her heart skipping a beat… Why was it that the sound of metal and flesh moving together made her knees want to buckle? That was a strange thing to like to hear. And then the male voice telling them to stand there and just keep on hugging… A flash of white hair caught her vision… Gideon. She knew him, like she knew herself—Like the back of her hand. He was everything… Looking up from Bianca’s dark hair she pouted prettily at the clone of wolverine, her voice coming in a sweet whine… “These spiders are stealing my happy!”

Isabella, arms still around Bianca began to lift into the air—Their feet not touching the ground after a few moments by a good two feet. “There—Now we won’t get hoarded.”

Glancing around from their higher vantage point she was taken aback by how many spiders there off in the distance. Glancing back at Bianca she smiled softly, nuzzling her again to get her attention. “Don’t worry, I won’t drop you.”

She reached her hand out towards Gideon—Willing sound waves to do her bidding... But he didn’t so much as budge. If she were in her right state of mind she would have remembered that he weighed over 300lbs because of the adamantium that lined his skeleton… And that she usually couldn’t fly with more than one person. The sound waves got too thin… But this was knowledge she wasn’t really privy to at the time, and not being able to bring Gideon to her annoyed the hell out of her. She –wanted- him with them, with her, right now—Not a minute ago, right this second.

‘So unfair…’
, she whined in her head, unwilling to let go of Bianca.

“If that’s what it takes to fix him—You better get your bloody motions right. Rub his tummy clockwise…Counter clockwise encourages vomiting!”, she called after Shandra, cerulean blue eyes crystalline in the light, seeming entirely serious despite the nature of the conversation. And to some degree she was… She couldn’t have her house in any sort of upheaval. Her house worked with a delicate balance, why, she couldn’t recall… But she knew without a shadow of a doubt that when things threw it off—They really, really threw it off. And she wasn’t looking forward to that.

Shandra’s comment about Iago not liking to wear a shirt made a small smirk flicker onto her features. Well, that made two of them—That liked him half dressed.

Narcissa had every intention of following Shandra right out, especially after she was bit—And she intended Iago to follow… But he started talking… Stiffly. Something about the tone turned her mood… She turned around in one fluid motion—golden hair a silken corona that brushed against her shoulders… Why was it that she seemed to be the only one with common sense today? Everyone else was just…Weird. “As I just pointed out—We haven’t met. Antonio referred to you as Iago—So you my friend, are Iago, until I’ve something better to call you.”

“And I was on my way to my bloody room when I stopped here—And then this—“
, she blasted a few more of the nasty creatures, her hands moving with precision and skill—Not even paying attention to the fact that she was holding a conversation at the same time. “Spider hell hit.”

Her cold expression was slightly disturbed by his flirtatious response to being branded… And the replaced as she caught sight of the expression he made. He was just a baby, wasn’t he…At least, it seemed he wasn’t a completely lost cause. But she smiled, nonetheless, that same mysterious smile that let onto nothing of what she was truly thinking…Just that she may, or may not, eat you alive. “I’ll wear the leather—You can wear the chains. It’ll be fun—Promise.”

Narcissa would have said something further, but she heard gunshots—Who the hell had a gun? But just as suddenly Shandra walked back in. The sun goddess blinked at her question—Her head tilting. Had everyone lost their god given minds today? And since when did her Omega’s directly disobey her in the middle of a crisis? And since when did Shandra carry guns? Bloody guns? Instinctively she metaphysically reached for the red head in front of her, only to realize seconds in that the energy that greeted her in return did not belong to her Shandra.

She felt Iago’s eyes on her—And knew what he knew, that this was not her Shandra.

Her Eclipse, hadn’t been wearing shoes.

Jacen came in, and for the most part—Narcissa indulged his nickname calling. It just didn’t strike her to be upset over that. Not now anyway. Her eyes flickered casually between Jacen and this new Shandra… “We’ve found out so far that squishing, or burning them to a cinder works nicely.”

Her eyes suddenly flashed hellfire white in her rendition of a solar flare. It was a blinding light that only went on for a second, would only last for a few seconds, but it would be more than long enough to do what she wished, Taking three steps forward she grasped this Shandra look-alike none to gently by the throat, forcing her back against the wall as she raised her other fist in the air, a bright white ball of burning, searing light forming in her hand.

“You are not mine. Close… But you aren’t mine.”, the sun goddess purred, her eyes glowing steadily white now. There was no blue left to speak of. “She isn’t ours.”, she spoke to the other two boys in the room, simply expecting them to understand—And to believe she wasn’t about to blow the head off of their Shandra.

“Everyone is acting… Odd. Monster spiders show up…All hell breaks loose… And you are the only one that doesn’t belong.”, Narcissa growled, the spiders seeming to avoid them so long as she had her light on like it was… Not completely, but the little annoying ones stayed back. Narcissa also believed the girl could feel the heat coming from her—And the pressure on her neck might…Discourage her from raising that gun again. “Be who you really are—And pray, pray very hard, that your skin doesn’t turn blue. Drop the gun—Or I take your arm.”

Mystique would explain all of this… But that answer seemed to simple. Too good to be true… So she waited for a reply, expression cold and calm—As if she didn’t have some poor girl pinned to the wall.

Maddy's hair blew about, pushed this way and that by the maniacal wind coming off the ocean. The girl was smiling awkwardly as her nails were cleaned off and spattered with purple. She was barefoot, as usual, and dug her toes into the sand beneath the table. it was rather cold, and Maddy didn't keep them in long.

Maddy twitched to the side lightly, going to scratch a sudden itch on her arm. Before she could flick the thing away, a slight yelp came from the girl. A small black spider, no had its pincers dug in her vehemently. Maddy smacked it, nearly falling off her chair. Her left arm swung unchecked, knocking the bottle of nail polish off the table into the sand.

"Crap..." she muttered, moving to pick the bottle up as she instinctively tried to suck on the bite that had turned her skin red. She looked up as the wind blew her hair out of hers eyes. Droves of spiders were coming through the sand, on the size of a cat nearly stepping on the small on in its movements.

"Holy BALLS!" she started with the sight of the arachnids, jumping up as gunshots went off in the distance.

It wasn't that Maddy had ever been too afraid of spiders. she'd had her battles with them before, but typically a rolled up magazine did the trick. They weren't bloody huge like this, and she hadn't been on drugs that time in attic.

She stepped backwards, nearly tripping on the chair behind her. Randomly she just started tossing blades at the group, not really paying attention to the fact that they weren't hitting anything.

"In!" she shouted at Forellen, obviously not in the mood for complete sentences. Maddy continued her useless assault on the incoming spiders. She pushed the French girl up and in to the condo, slamming the door behind them as one of the cat-spiders leaped at them. Maddy nearly fell in to the kitchen, wide-eyed as the spiders were.

"Anybody else happen to notice the Giant, Eight-Legged Apocoly--" she said, stopping suddenly as she realized the ball of light-heat-whatever in Narcissa's hand. Yeah, was she threatening Shandra? 'Why do I always miss the important plot twists?' she thought, angrily at herself. Had Maddy been in the right state of mind, she may have noticed the look of madness in Narcissa's white eyes.

There were spiders in here too, but not nearly as big as the ones she'd seen out side. She rubbed the spot that she had been bitten anxiously. It might have been a bad time to make an entrance, but there hardly was ever a good time to do so with these people.

She liked this guy. He didn't argue with her. Of course, they were all high as a kite and not entirely in their right minds. In her right mind, Evie.... well, she probably would have acted the same. She just hated spiders. But right now her thoughts of spiders were distracted by thoughts of smoothies and water.

She wrapped her legs around his abdomin pretty tight but not enough to make him uncomfortable. She was aware enough of her own weight and extremities to make the task at hand easy enough for him.

"Ew," She hid her face on his shoulder as he kicked the spider. And then clicked her teeth, "Giddee-up cowboy. Smoothie and the pool sounds amazing right now."

"I think I could have about ten smoothies right now. You are a genius even if I had the idea first before spidergeddon," She laughed and started singing, "Save a horse... right a mutantboy. Everybody says.... save a horse, ride a mutantboy. I'm a thourough-bred. That's what she said. In the back of my truck bed. As I was gettin' buzzed on suds. Out on some back country road."

"I feel sad I know this song. I have too many redneck relatives," She muttered, "C'mon handsome, let's get us to that pool."

Alpha - Conflict of Interests topped off with giant banana spiders and smoothies with a beauty.
User ImageEli's face flushed as her legs wrapped around him and he could feel her body against his back. 'Other thoughts, other thoughts.' He thought to himself as he began walking, only to bust out laughing as Evelyn began to sing her song.

To be honest, it actually made him kind of nervous. He was never strong in the relationship department, and the only female he'd ever kissed was his mother. He shook his head as they walked removing those thoughts from his mind.

"What kind of smoothie would you like?" Eli asked as he made his way to the tiki-bar by the pool. There was an assortment of fruits behind the counter as well as the blender, the only difference was they weren't going to add alcohol to them.He looked around, the poolside seemed calm and quiet.

"Sweet, no spi-" He stopped abruptly as he was making his way around the tiki bar. An enormous Banana spider crawling out from the banana box.

"HOLY SWEET BABY JESUS!" Eli yelled he pulled his hand back attempting to pull the metal BB's in his pocket out, only to realize that he had already used them, and for a purpose he regretted. The large spider began to climb its way out of the cubby hole that was home to the bananas it's long skinny legs rasping the concrete, he snapped back to reality, searching with his powers for a metallic object near by.

Closing his hand as if grabbing something he slammed forward as if smashing something on the spider. "..." He just stared at the spider as nothing happened, a second later one of the fold up tanning chairs slammed into the head of the spider, its innards spilling to the ground. His powers were weak, from his seizure, something wasn't right, why was he so forgetful of the important things.

He knelt down slightly letting Eve off now that the coast was clear. "I-I'm sorry about earlier..." He said looking down and making his way to the tiki bar, stepping over the spiders remains. "I don't know what's wrong with me, I've never been this irrational before." He said, as Bella's powers kicked into effect, overriding KILLJOY for a moment. Shaking his head, removing the thoughts again, he began to pull up the smoothie ingredients and the blender. "So, what'll it be?" He asked with a smile, as if the previous thoughts and statements never existed as KILLJOY overrode Bella's will over Eli again.

Bianca felt like she could conquer the world at the moment and everything in the world seemed right and perfect even. Hearing Bella say that she could indeed protect her that they would protect each other was like a child being told they could have any toy they liked in a store. At hearing her name fall from Bella's lips in her angelic tone Bianca's heart stopped for a few minutes and her stomach did a little back flip. Her knees even got a little shaky as Bella said her name was the perfect name for her put a hand over her heart.
"Okay Bella." Feeling the hug returned made her leg pop up into the air behind her again and the feeling of euphoria to envelope her even further. Had the cab crashed when she wasn't looking? Could she have perhaps died and gone to heaven? Surely Bella had to be an angel with as beautiful as she was and the voice she had.

The laugh was almost the most beautiful thing Bianca had ever heard in her life and she was content to stay here forever with Bella. The spiders could kill her (if she wasn't already dead that was something she wasn't quite sure of yet) for all she cared as long as Bella stayed with her till the end. Sounds from the house had drifted towards her in the form of screams and such from the other occupants yet they never puncture her bubble of blissfulness. The purr from the back of Bella's throat sounded slightly strange yet at the same time impeccably cute. Then came the nuzzling from Bella's end as hands brushed Bianca's hair back. Bianca responded by returning the nuzzling and taking in the entirety and intoxicating scent of Bella. It was something that Bianca couldn't even find the words to describe. Something that had never smelled so sweet before to her in her entire life.

Then came the sound of metal cutting through flesh which was something entirely foreign to Bianca causing her to gaze around curiously. Seeing all the spiders that were nearing them since her and Bella had forgotten them were a slight shock to her system but were again forgotten as her eyes landed on Gideon. The words Gideon offered left quite a dilemma in Bianca's mind. Standing in this spot getting hugged and nuzzled by Bella while getting hoarded by spiders sounded like it felt, her own little slice of heaven. Then again getting hoarded by spiders meant that this feeling would end. Why did life always have to produce such awful choices?!
"Do we have to move? I don't really want to.." Sighing sadly at the thought of leaving Bella's arms even for a moment she glanced at the spiders. Why did they have to be so creepy and evil? Why couldn't they just for once leave them alone and go after someone else?

Feeling her feet leave the ground drained all the joy out of Bianca and she clung tighter to Bella not wanting to fall. Sure it wasn't very high but Bianca did have a slight discomfort with feet not touching solid ground. The high she had been experiencing also left quickly and Bianca was completely uncomfortable with being in this position with someone she didn't even know. Especially above the spiders and she silently entered panic mode causing the shadows to move an inch or two closer to her as she tried absorbing them. That all ended the instant Bella told her she wouldn't drop her causing her worries to almost literally fall off her. Loosening her grip to what it had been before Bianca caused into Bella's perfect eyes and gave her a giddy smile.
"Thanks darling. I feel so safe." Returning the nuzzle again Bianca allowed herself to fall back in love all over again.

Closing her eyes she allowed herself to fall back int her own little dream world of fairy tales. Bella was a princess yet at the same time the knight in shining armor of her fairy tale coming to save Bianca who also happened to be a princess from the evil dragons (spiders). In Bianca's mind a couple of them had also blew fire and swung a nonexistent tail. Bella had rescued the princess and the two had quickly feel in love only to have the evil dragons not stop. Then had come the knight who should have saved Bianca and Bella to begin with in the form of Gideon. The metal that was shining in the light only reinforced the thought though he was too late to save them. Bella had already done that herself by levitating them.

Now Bianca just wished the dream could last forever before the evil wizard showed up and broke up her and Bella. Then again maybe Gideon was the wizard in disguise? Bianca wasn't entirely sure but either way she kept her attention on him at least partially. That way at any sign of deceitfulness she could blast him away as she wasn't even near ready to give up Bella yet. Hearing the angelic voice say unfair brought Bianca's gaze up to her.
"It's alright darling he will be fine. After all the brave knight can't possibly lose to the dragons." With that said Bianca nuzzled against her cheek for a moment before letting out another sigh and closing her eyes again.

Just Lookit and Come up With your own Damn Title

Jack and a clone of his choosing began backing up away from the spiders while the others stood there wondering exactly what he was wondering. What exactly should they be doing? " Next time I choose the date..." He said as he grabbed Kerrigan by the hand and started running opposite the spiders. The little buggers seemed to dislike that and in the back the clones started a stomp fest free for all to try and hold them back. His one other clone took to trailing them making sure they weren't being followed. Jack let Kerrigan go so trusting her to keep up or even go on ahead. She had more speed then him and it was easier to dodge through the brush when they weren't linked together. He had no real idea where they were going. Just as long as it was away from the bad b movie known as "arachnophobia" he was fine.

The Packing Clone: Still in the fight but doign very poorly after a good run. The clone was heaving and aching. Multiple bites a few scratches and gallons of spiders guts everywhere. And just now his system was beginning to seize. He would even guess dying as he batted one more away. They seemed cautious enough, but they droned to their deaths wearing him down. Eventually he met his end before they would. He yelled and willed himself to move to kill atleast just one more. It was enough to do so, but in the end he ceased to live, and became dust.

Jack skidded to a halt with his arms out as he nearly slid off a cliff into the open ocean. " woah... uhmm... Leap o Faith, or spider horde?" He said as he looked down. He fell to one knee just then gripping his head. His Clone had grabbed him and was starting to ask questions when Jack pushed him away and looked at Kerrigan with a small grin. " I'm alright. I ain't dyin like this. If we die in the jump atleast it's romantic... but otherwise lets see old age." , trying to make more light of the situation he stole anything she could come up with with a tackle right off the cliff. No ifs, ands, or buts on weather to do or not. The reckless thing to do. His clone followed after without hesitating. The Fall lasted only a few seconds, but with Kerrigan tight in his arms it felt longer. He hit the water first still holding her. With the waves there was no tension but the slap to his shoulders would leave something. He let go of Kerrigan and kicked his shoes off as he began to swim up towards the light.

He helped Kerrigan up and kept her up so she could catch air and complain. " Whatever you say scarlet we're alive. Get out of those clothes we gotta swim some to get back to the condo." His clone swam up to them breathing but smiling much like the original. about to say something the real Jack was holding back on. " Lookit. I fell for you again. Lets move on kiddies.". The clone began to swim away and Jack followed with a small laugh. Swimming made up the majority of him having tried to get his heart into better shape. So he was doign find. It didn't make the long swim any easier. Even as he saw Kerrigan swim by with more skin showing, He was already pushing himself. He used the nice view of her getting ahead as incentive to keep going. His clone atleast was keeping pace rather well.

Until they got surrounded and maneuvered out of the water the clone brigade had been doing well. Now they were just getting eaten alive. One or two of them used rocks or sticks to help bat away but in the end they were overrun, like a wheat field during locusts season. They could only hope to buy enough time for the original and company to get away. But this is one way to die they could agree they would never like to experience again....

They swam pretty far but still plenty of water between them and shore. Jack however with a gargled yell sank beneath the waves, the backlash of his numbers ceasing to exist causing him immense pain. He felt water in his lungs but with all the pain he could scarcely stay awake let alone keep himself a float. His clone saw and reacted quickly Calling to Kerrigan and asking for abit of help as he alone went under and brought Jack back up to the surface. " GET TO SHORE NOW! Don't worry about him." the clone urged Kerrigan to keep going as he struggled but managed to swim with Jack. So long as He was in existence the real Jack was some measure of okay. at any rate there wasn't much they could do in the water.

--- ten minutes later ---

Jack lay flat on his back staring at his at sky and hearing Kerrigan somewhat and himself? panic. The clone dragged the Original Jack onto shore heaving. He himself was tired and not feeling so well. " Come on come on. I am Heavy." He set the original down on as dry a sand as they could get, and He put his ear to his original's chest. IT was getting faint. He instantly started CPR trying to pump his chest. He slowed down, his vision getting blurry. " Scarlet..... Don't" There wasn't enough time to finish what he was about to say. The clone turned to dust, mixing with the sand. Jack, the real Jack was unconscious...

Omega - What a perfectly good waste of waffles

“I ain’t on fire, man!,” Christian shouted at Billy when he was told to stop, drop and roll. At least he wasn’t told to do a damn barrel roll. He didn’t make it far out of the room when Billy grabbed up Hoshi and bolted off out of the house. That was one down, but Christian… he was still covered in spiders and he could sense that more were getting ready to sink their fangs into his flesh. Five already had and the venom was getting to him bad. Nausea was setting in hard when he noticed Billy had returned and assisted him, insisting that he needed medical attention.

Christian didn’t flinch when Billy swiped some of the arachnids from him, but he almost instantly lost his lunch the moment the speedster quickly moved him out of the house and near a car. A car that seemingly had a dragon shut inside.

“Didn’t even roll the windows down,” Christian said absently, the sickness starting to overwhelm him. That was when it hit. Immediately, he ran around to the other side of the car and lost it all. That was a crying shame too; those waffles tasted so much better on the way down. After getting sick for roughly four minutes, he trudged through the sand and around to the side of the vehicle that didn’t have a pile of sick near it.

With extreme caution, Christian opened the car door for Hoshi, hoping he wouldn’t get pounced on. Yes, in the swiftness that Billy moved him, he was certain most of the arachnids were off of his person… but he could still feel some crawling between his shirt and his back.

”You alright in there, Hoshi?,” he asked the Alpha member while he peeled off his shirt and shook it out. Too many damned spiders were around. That was when he heard some distinct popping noises. There was no mistaking that it was gunfire. Glorious, musical gunfire.

A smirk crept over his face momentarily before his thoughts ran back to the spider infested room. Raine and Sophia were still in there… right? That’s what he thought and he could feel his temper start to get the better of him. Christian could have gotten Hoshi out on his own. Sophie wound up hurting herself and he thought getting her away from there at least should have been the number one priority.

His temper was quelled when he looked towards the direction of the condo and saw Raine standing on the outside… rather furious. That was when she hauled off and slapped Billy right across the mush.

There were a lot of people mulling around outside it seemed, but his only concern was checking in on his friends. After he cleaned wiped his face clean with his shirt, Christian began heading towards the front porch. His legs wobbled underneath him, the effects of losing his breakfast on the sands taking hold. It was a… momentary stumble as he made it to the porch and took a knee on the bottom step. He was exhausted, the spider’s venom combined with shooting the boot had wiped him out completely.
He looked up when Raine asked why all of this was happening. She didn’t look happy. At all. “Can’t offer a clue to why this is happenin’…,” Christian said absently, his voice hoarse as all get out, “None at all…” He looked at Raine momentarily before looking at Sophie, and concern took over.

“You two alright? Y’all didn’t get bitten, didja?”

Blair stared back fearfully at this 'Cissy'.

Did she really think threats like that actually worked in the real world? How sweet.

All you needed was one a*****e who didn't give a damn about personal safety, and you've lost your edge. Plus you've left yourself open. It was lucky she was the one this conceited idiot was threatening, someone else might not be as understanding...

There was something about the girl that indescribably got on her nerves.

Personal is unprofessional, she reminded herself mentally.

Blair dropped her gun.

"Whatever you want." She said. "I don't want to hurt anyone. I don't want a fight."
This was not entirely true, she realized with some amount of horror.
"I heard screams from this house and and saw the spiders. I came to see what was going on." She continued blabbering, letting panic creep into her voice. "I can't help the form I take. It more reflex than anything else! Please! I just saw this Shanra on the roof."

Alpha: Outside User Image

Sophia had managed to whack her head against the wall at least once more—Marveling at how the spiders disappeared when she did so. Who knew blunt trauma could make bad things stop happening? The scent of burning spiders met her nostrils and she flinched when Raine first touched her, her eyes scrunched closed with silent tears—Until she recognized the voice that came with it. She felt her stomach open up into a darker pit—Swirling with unhappiness. “Y-You shouldn’t have come back—You s-should run R-Raine you should run…”

Her voice was hollow, shaking, as she scrambled towards her—limbs seeming barely able to carry her meager weight. Thank goodness she was still wearing the brown leather ankle boots from earlier. She would have been unable to leave her bed if she’d had to have touched the floor with her bare foot.

The room was slowly darkening, and if Sophie or Raine would have looked outside—They would have seen that the rose bush from the first floor had grown up towards the window. It nearly filled the entire window, causing the sun to disappear as it pressed against the glass, trying to get inside. It was responding unconsciously to Sophie’s fear—As were several other plant life forms in the area. Such as ivy, or a now exceptionally large spider plant down the hall…

Nevertheless though—Somehow they made it down the stairs and outside. Sophie wasn’t sure what was going on, or why this was happening…But somehow, it felt like they were being punished. For something, she couldn’t imagine what… She clung to the porch, leaning against the spider free surface for a moment—Simply trembling. She watched Raine hit a boy she didn’t know—Shocked, that her beautiful friend would hit someone…But she couldn’t say anything against it.

She wasn’t really sure even, if what she was seeing was real… Her vision was blurry… Reaching to the back of her head, she felt something warm, wet… Bringing her finger tips to her face, she saw red. Red… “Oh…”, she sighed softly, her voice small among all the commotion. Face covered in tears, cheeks pink, eyes red rimmed, one properly done hair pulled out every which way… The floramancer could only wipe the blood off on the side of her red skirt—Hoping no one would notice.

Suddenly Christian was there, looking pale… Her grey eyes lingered more than they usually would on the shirtless boy. Then her thoughts strayed as spiders started coming towards them from around the other side of the wrap around porch. She swallowed hard and vines sprung from the flower bed, thorny vines from the rose bushes, and slammed hard into the oncoming creatures—Slamming them into the side of the house with a sickening sound. They didn’t stop there, and fanned out, crushing and squeezing spiders without thought.

Though once again, Sophie stayed stock still… She couldn’t move when they were so close… It just caused her to freeze, terrified. Her heart beating hard in her chest she bit her lower lip and her head inclined as a small whisper escaped her. “Ah want to go home…”

Her eyes went to Christan... "N-None of us are all right."

Alpha: Baby Jesus has nothing to do with spiders

"I can't see it. It's not there," She lied to herself hiding her eyes by planting her forehead onto his shoulder. It was driving her crazy that she was not this irrational regularly and just didn't care. His apology got her mind thinking, really remembering things. But still not caring entirely.

With two feet on the ground, she moved over towards the diving board of the swimming pool. It seemed like a safe and strategic place. There was only one way the spiders could move towards her. She climbed up on the board with her feet dangling quite close to the water. Facing Eli she smirked and said nothing. The combination of her training and power very easily let her read people's body language, sense their changes in body heat/pheromones. She knew she was slightly driving Eli crazy. It humored her. If the spiders weren't predominantly on her mind, she might have played to that whim as she had done earlier with Carlos. But the fear was outweighing everything.

Evie wasn't one to show others when she was pained. Her healing was almost done fighting off this drug. She gripped the edge of the diving board and lowered her head. The pain shot through her body and she closed her eyes. It wasn't going to bring her to her knees again. This she made sure of. Trying not to clue Eli in on what she was going through, she looked up at him and answered, "Surprise me. But make sure to put a splash of rum in it. I like things with a little bite to it."

Her healing was fighting enough that this would be one of the first times she probably would be risking feeling a bit tipsy. Closing her eyes again, she waited for the pain to pass. It shot from her toes to her brain. Whoever did this to them will have luck in their pocket if they don't come face to face with her. Evie wasn't one to hold back the punches.... and she didn't take too kindly to people who messed with them.

His apology didn't fall on deaf ears. She knew he had regretted his prior actions by his body language before. Right now, her brain was a bit clearer and she could address the matter.

"You will find, I'm one of the last people you have to apologize to in such situations. I accept what being a mutant does.... and what other factors... can create. None of us are acting entirely normal, Eli. Something else is afoot. But we're all too stoned by it to do anything about it..."

She knew it took people time to get used to her matter-of-fact personality when it came to certain things. Evie bordered on matter-of-fact (in a nice way), laid back, and crazy-adrenaline-rushed-intense at any given time. But somehow they all melded into one person rather nicely. Reassuring him, she said as she cringed a spider running across pool side, "Really, don't worry about earlier with me. You'll realize soon enough that I notice things most miss detail wise. I felt your muscles tense when you couldn't find the bbs that were in your pocket. This tells me you remembered what happened and feel regret. Besides, taking some bbs to the back is far less serious than other injuries I've taken. I heal and don't take these things personally high or not high. No harm, no foul."

ALPHA Spiders. Not cool. User Image

Wilbur was shaken out of his euphoria when he felt a little tickle poke at his leg. He looked down and was shocked and frightened to the point that he couldn't even scream. He burst into goose bumps and was glad for the embrace Leion offered. The orange force field shimmered from the inside and Wilbur couldn't help but feel almost honored to be holed up inside it with him.

The spiders kept coming even though the one's before perished in a shock of light. Wilbur felt helpless. He knew when it came down to battle, he would be close to useless, but now he just felt powerless.

"Holy s**t." Wilbur struggled to speak calmly. The least he could do was not visibly freak out. "What should we do? Are these things all over the whole school?" More precisely, were they surrounding all of their escape routes. Their situation could better be handled outside where they could see the opponent from all directions; and where Wilbur could fly. His grip tightened on Leion, worried that if he let go, he'd be left outside of the bubble. They were having such a good time and these bastards ruined it. Now that he was shaken from his drug induced state, reality started to set in. Had he done what he thought he did? He almost let go of Leion, but his safety took priority, and although he was very uncomfortable with what went on a few moments before, he held on. He was slipping in and out of the drug effects. He tried to keep his head clear for the spiders, but he'd been so happy. That he was sure of.

"We need to move," was all Wilbur could manage to say.
