It is in human nature to be curious, but that doesn't necessarily mean anyone that is not curious is weird. Many people are not curious. I think a part of that has to do with how many adults tell their kids to stop asking questions, which is a very bad idea in my opinion, but another part would simply be having nothing to inspire curiosity. Also, naturally you may not be curious about something you don't care about. If it does not appeal to you, will not give you a benefit, and does not directly affect those you know, why bother with it? Different people will be curious about different things. I think it would only be odd if you were never at any time curious about anything at all. That would be very odd.
