Name of weapon: Ikkyou ( Ikkoyou means Surprise!)
Who owns the weapon: Isamu Kojima
Who made it: Isamu's father made it when he crafted Isamu's prosthetic leg, just for added protection in the case Isamu would need to get out of a tight spot
The Range of the weapon: Close range (<10 ft.)
Weakness: Only used as a distraction.
Description: Since Isamu's prosthetic leg was created from a puppet's limb, it has a small hidden launcher inside the lower part of the leg. Upon twisting his ankle just right, Isamu's knee swivels out of place and fires a flash bomb shortly followed by a smoke bomb. While it doesn't cause any permanent damage, between the bright flash of light and the smoke, it would give Isamu enough time to break free from bonds or give him a little more time in escaping from his opponent.

Name of weapon: Ao Tsuki Dorogan ( Blue Moon Dragon)
Who owns the weapon: Ensu Obu
Where it was found/Who made it: Was made by a smith long ago for Ensu Father.
The Range of the weapon: About 10 feet
Weakness: Its a Pole arm so if you get up real close fighting against it would be simple for the pole arm is long and hard to maneuver up close.
Description: The length of the handle is four feet, two inches; the length of the blade is two feet, eight inches; and the weight is three pounds, 15 ounces. It has a spike on the end of the handle, and a feather attached by a ring to the back of the blade. The blade is made out of a thick chunk of meteorite metal which makes it Ideal for slashing not so much thrusting. The metal rod is actually two pieces. It splits apart in the middle allowing Ensu to carrier with out it dragging on the ground and also allowing it to be used a bit easier up close. The weapon gives off a sort of howl when swung with a decent amount of force it almost roars as it slashes through the air which is why it was Given its name. That and for the fact it has the symbol for the moon on it and its blade is of a bluish Tint. The handle is made of Folded steel giving it a bit of weight but allowing it to be a decent amount of durable. The weapon's metal ball and spike at the end is Idea for clubbing or piercing armor but its mostly just a counter weight.

Name of weapon: Project Beta Z: Yaburedo (Bow Blade)
Who owns the weapon: Murasaki Burakku
Where it was found/Who made it: Murasaki Burakku will make it in the main streets of Kohona, by the market place after buying an old bent sword for the patent for her Yaburdo in the first place. She learned that she could Upgrade the idea of project Beta Z's elemental bombs so she created this.
The Range of the weapon: Well range of the weapon itself depends how you use it. If you use the blade itself, the range is 0cm-78cm, or close combat. Though, for the bow setup, it depends on what rank you are.
Genin: arrows range from 0-15 feet
Chunin: 0-20 feet
Jounin: 0-25 feet
Sanin: 0-35 feet
Kage: 0-40 feet
Weakness: Well, the arrows take time to charge, and the amount required is always the same amount, and can be quite dangerous for a lower rank to use. And the blade, is bent, so the aim needs to be much more precise. besides that, it is just an average blade. The mechanics for the bow can be damaged by having chakra enter the release in a reversed fashion, and will cause ten posts with the required materials to fix it.
Description:
Yaburedo is an bent blade, with a special attachment disguised as the hilt, that can absorb chakra, and make a form of a slender, lightweight shaft inside the quillian of the hilt, and with a mechanism that propels the newly made chakra arrow forward, and it will depend on what rank you are for how far it goes. It requires 10 chakra to create the arrow, and 5 chakra to shoot the arrow through the mechanism, making it 15 chakra required to use the mechanism for the bow all together. Different chakra types has different effects.
Basic Chakra types:
Fire: The Arrow will be on fire, and will explode within a 5 foot radius of the arrow landing
Water: The Arrow will be liquid-like, and will heal a friendly target 10 chakra if hit with the arrow, and only if the person aimed at them. if there are more than one friendly target within a five foot radius, it will be split among them. this, also makes them wet.
Earth: The arrow will be heavier, and jagged looking. It will cause a mini- tremor within that small 5-foot radius.
Wind: The arrow will look wispy-looking, and will increase speed to the person hit by 1/4 a rank if a friendly target. If an enemy it will cause wind damage.
Lighting: The arrow will be yellow, and tingly to touch. If hit, will paralyze area hit (arm, leg, shoulder, etc.) and will make lighting damage in a 5 foot radius.
Specialised Chakra types:
Medical: The arrow will look simular like a white cross at the tip. Will heal wounds the rank of the person hit, and the area hit (arm, leg, etc.) Will also heal 5 chakra.
Sand: the arrow will have a tan, smooth look. within a 5 foot radius, it will seem as if there was a quicksand hole there. If a target gets hit, they will have five posts where quicksand will appear when somehow touching the ground, or in a tree. this lasts five posts.
Sound: the arrow is grey, covered with music notes: If hit, will cause deafeness and dizzyness for five posts. in a five foot radius it will make a loud screech causing confusion for 2 posts
Regarding Demon host chakra:
Murasaki would of done a trial run, in attempt of using the nibi's demon chakra on the arrows, and it had some interesting results... and weird ones as well. you need to roll a die from 1-10, and you if you get a 5, you can get the result from below, listed. but, if not, well, your personality, and look looks more similar to the demon for 4 posts. (basically, you gain their personality, you become color-coded to the colors of the demon, and you have another trait similar to the demon. Murasaki learned that this extra trait depends on what animal the demon personifies. For instance, Murasaki was attracted to catnip an yarn for those four posts.)

Denied for a few reasons. One, there are far, far too many weapons that allow you to use any element already, and this one is just pushing it too far, especially with the demon chakra.
Next, the concept of a bow/sword combination just leaves no room for weakness. One thing we're trying to avoid in POTS is anything that gives you too many power variations, which is why summonings are so strict. The concept of a weapon that can be used for long and short range, make use of all elements, and can only be damaged by "having chakra enter the release in a reversed fashion" (A bit unclear), gives this weapon too many exact counters for many situations.

Ok, how about this, then. instead for the chakra, it launches lengthy senbon or something along those lines, and I'm capable of using the jutsu required to cover it in fire chakra or something :/
And I shall repeat: besides the bow contraption on the hilt Yaburedo is an average sword. Meaning, it has every single weakness that an average sword has. Meaning, it's heavy to an extent, it can dull easily, and the fact it's bent, make no stabbing motion. ever. Because the fact it's bent also means it's only a one edged sword, making more narrow attack choices; because the fact I described the hilt make Yaburedo to be a bent European sword. Because it's can propel objects, it means it requires one hand free, so that the person can send the object through Yaburedo, making it what's called a Hand-and-a-half sword, which are known not to have a good grip. the fact it propels items makes it require time to propel those items, since it requires chakra to use, making it a single move in battle and requires the whole post to do, unless you are a combo user since combo users have the capability of using chakra more at one time.
As for the reversed way for the chakra. The propelling contraption can only go in one direction, and that is forward, or the way toward the side with the sharp edge. if chakra goes inward, away from the edged side of the blade the bow part of the contraption is rendered useless, and needs to be rebuilt. soon, in the customs I made, I shall have a list of materials needed and where they are located for all my items. even with the required items with Yaburedo, it'll take 10 posts to fix it. meaning, it turns into a bent, european blade afterwards, with the weaknesses listed in the above paragraph.

Thats not the point. The point is that a sword that doubles as a bow will not be allowed. Changing the aspects to produce the same effect will not make it an acceptable weapon. The prospect of a sword/bow combination doesn't make sense, anyway. There is not mention of a bowstring or firing component, anyway, except for a "mechanism", something far too vague.
As for chakra entering reverse, what would be an example of this? Someone grabbing the blade backwards and trying to activate it? If thats the case, thats far too specific of a weakness, seeing as it would never be achieved. The owner would never do it unless they were a complete moron, and an enemy who took the blade wouldn't know how to propel chakra into the weapon at all.

Hmm, I see. Basically, if there are no weapons that can be close combat, and long range, that means you basically banned machetes, axes, sickles on chains, those weird arm blades with the crossbow attachments that I can't remember the name of, alot of guns from the civil war, polearms (which you obviously couldn't of since you just accepted one previously to my weapon) all knifes, (which includes kunai, a basic ninja weapon) etc. Hmmm... doesn't give alot of choices, let alone the other combinations of ranges there also could be... Not alot uniqueness if I put it that way.
As for the mechanism, in RL I'm not exactly the brightest when it come to mechanics since they don't teach mechanical engineering in my school system, and it's hard to create a simple explanation for something that truely never existed as I currently know of, so I'm ever so sorry I can only half explain how something works.
And for chakra, anyone who knows the world of naruto well enough would know that jutsu is created by chakra, meaning that I have to keep my little contraption from getting hit by fire jutsu, water jutsu, lighting jutsu, magma jutsu would ruin it indefinitely from the heat, doton jutsu, etc, etc blah blah blah. so, basically, if the jutsu has the sword in range, it can ruin it. Jeez, I'm pretty sure too the pure chakra bloodline can destroy so easily, and if someone understood where i was getting at about the sword weakness would see how many openings this sword had :/
I also mentioned that this was a european sword that was bent, meaning it was a sword meant to be thrown out, and that small point and area can snap the sword in half vertically. I also mentioned it was a hand-and-a-half sword, so it would take time to use the bow contraption on it, and by then the person being targeted could find an easy way around it.
Just be lucky I didn't try my buster sword design for it. THEN you would not be pleased.
I mise well try to make a cool sickle and chain then... Oh, wait, according to you that's banned.

A Machete is a type of sword, so that would obviously be allowed, an ax would obviously be allowed, a Sickle on a chain has a range and requires the entire weapon to be thrown, guns have NEVER been allowed and will never be allowed (Why even mention a gun?), Polearms are allowed, and Knives require that they be thrown and thus sacrificed for their ranged ability.
Now, your weapon is A SWORD AND A BOW COMBINED, very different from all the weapons you described above, for obvious reasons. A sword that is also a bow will not be allowed, especially one with so many abilities.
And please, I do not appreciate a bitterly sarcastic tone when reading a post. It will not increase your chances of me changing my mind and approving the weapon.

Who owns the weapon: Taru Kimisho
Where it was found/Who made it: Taru's Father created this blade to help him with his chakra control, this katana was passed down from Taru's father when he passed.
The Range of the weapon: close, semi- mid
Weakness: broken with ease
Appearance:
Description: This 5 foot long katana was forged by Taru's father. The foot long handle of the blade is nothing special, just a standard blade handle. The Kashira, Menuki, Fuchi, Habaki, and Kojiri are all made of a legendary sapphire that can be created only by the blood of the Houzuki. The scabbard is also infused with this sapphire as well asa hard black stone. The blade itself is infused with this sapphire making it so that all Taru has to do is use his blood on the blade whenever it needs to be fixed and it shall almost be instantly reforged. When this sapphire come in contact with the Houzuki blood it begins to slowly regenerate. there Also is a small seal on the habaki and scabbard of the blade. This seal allow's Taru to store 2 gallon's of water in the scabbard and 1 gallon in the habaki that is slowly released when the blade is swung,creating a small slicing water wave or when Taru focuses his chakra on the seal and makes the wave of water larger. If Taru dose not wish to use the water in the blade that way he can also use the water in this blade as water supply when he need's the be hydrated. As you can see in the photo above the blade itself is partiality blue. this is one of the side effect's of the metal in the blade being fused with regenerating sapphire. Over the years this blade has been broken many times and has been re forged with more and more sapphire each time giving it a blue aura. so tu summarize everything this blade can regenerate when it comes into contact with Taru's blood and it has a seal on it that allows taru to store water in the in the habaki and the scabbard if the blade.

The Range of the weapon: close to medium Weakness: If water touches it weakens the flames if enough gets on it will become useless for 5 posts. Description: The whole blade is made out of a special heat treated blade so that when you concentrate katon chakra though the blade it will increase it cutting range but actually it doesn't cut through but more like burns through its target so it burns as well as cuts igniting enemies on fire.But to effectively use the sword you need good chakra control because in the hands of a skilled shinobi with poor chakra control flames will start to spit of the sword set anything it touches on fire.But in the hand of a skilled shinobi it can go as far as turning the sword into other weapons like maces,axes,long swords ect.(Meh i wrote this 2 times and my laptop keep on turning of what a drag so 7 lines is a enough.-_-)customs will be added at a later date

@Tarashu: You have to be a lot more specific with the rate of regeneration, otherwise you're leaving it pretty open ended as to how fast or slow this can happen. You also aren't clear on the ability to make a large water wave if your RPC focuses his chakra. I need a specific size to how large the wave could be made, and just as well the chakra cost to make it. Get back to me with this information.
@Niajhay: DENIED. I would change your weakness to if a D-rank water jutsu touched this it would douse the fire completely, and it would take D-rank chakra to reactivate it. Fire also would not increase cutting range, just the range at which you could be burned which also needs to be exact and not vague. The whole chakra control bit is confusing. Unless you meant for it to say you must have chakra control as one of your shinobi types to wield it effectively without the weapon backfiring, I don't understand it. The real reason I'm denying this other than those things, is because you gave it the ability to turn into other weapons. How is that linked to its katon ability at all, and how would a sword turn into other weapons like that? Not only that, but you didn't even bother to give that ability a chakra cost. So essentially, you built a weapon that has fire abilities that can just morph into whatever weapon. This needs to be re-written entirely, for now I'm sorry to say I cannot approve this application.
