Ukiyo creates a modified weapon, that is without any special abilities but is slightly stronger then most weapons. If the weapon is a duo-wielded weapon like twin blades then it counts as one weapon. If the weapon is small like a shuriken then he can make six.

Description
Ukiyo creates a stronger weapons that can deal more damage and are as easily breakable. When this jutsu is activate, Ukiyo can create five melee weapons at the same time and they will be able to levitate on command (the weapon can float and move freely in the air as if it was still being held by an invisible force. They can attack and defend, though they aren't as quick or strong as if I was actually wielding them.

Description
Ukiyo creatbs a even stronger weapons (nearly unbreakable unless by someone of higher rank then they are able to be broken with a strong enough jutsu) that can deal more damage and aren't as easily breakable. When this jutsu is activate, Ukiyo can create ten melee weapons at the same time and they will be able to levitate as the previous weapons could and also return on command (The created weapon can appear in the user's hand at any time.)

Description
Ukiyo can create and manipulate a wave of a hundred kunai. He can control them with his chakra and they follow the direction his hands go. He can make them travel in waves, split them up, and even make some explode. Only ten may explode at one time and it costs one chakra point to make it explode. The speed of the wave is moderate. It travels just as fast as a chuunin ranked ninja. The duration of this attack is 4 posts.

Description

He can make them travel in waves, split them up, and even make some explode. Only thirty may explode at one time and it costs one chakra point to make it explode. The speed of the wave is accelerated. It travels just as fast as a jounin ranked ninja. The duration of this attack is 6 posts.

Name of Jutsu: Ikimono Henkan- Animal Transformation

Description: This skill allows a Chiroku to transform one animal into another animal of a different species by touching it. This skill could make a small fly into a ferocious lion. The animal could try to resist the transformation but if it is severely weakened and more chakra is poured into the jutsu (minus an extra 5 Chakra Points) then the Chiroku could transform the animal. Though if the animal does not struggle then the Chiroku can transform the animal with ease. The Chiroku has to have used the Animal Telepathy jutsu and tasted the blood of a member of the species that it is changing and the species that it will change into. The Chiroku that is using this jutsu has a limit to the number of species it can use and we refer to this number as an animal data bank. Once a species has passed the requirements it is added to the users animal data bank.
-Chuunins can only have 5 species in their animal data bank.
-Jounins can only have 7 species in their animal data bank.
-Sannins can only have 10 species in their animal data bank.

# In addition to this, the Chiroku needs to also follow this chart for transforming animals.
E - Tiny animals. Insects, mice, moles.
D - Small animals. Cats, Dogs, Rabbits.
C - Average animals. Large dogs, monkeys, bear cubs.

He said laughing, The Ninja surounding the trio. " Now, Here. Kill one of your friends. " The old man said, tossing The youngest the dagger.

" I... I can't... " H said, holding the dager, and looking down, tears falling. I can't do it... " He said, starting to sob. " I won't choose! It isn't my place to choose Wether or not someone lives or dies! " He said, Still crying. Suddenly he felt a tug on his Hand that was holding the Kunai, as well as the feeling of warm blood flowing over his hand, something he had hoped never to feel again.

" I'm sorry... But you Must live on... You are the only one of us that can protect her, as well as forge us a new future... a Peaceful future. " The eldest of the Trio said, dieing from having impaled himself on the Kunai.

" No...No...NOOOOO!!!" The youngest said, falling to his knees and then Yelling at the cieling of the room, He stood up, and bit his thumb, he grabbed his other Teammate, and placed his thumb on the floor, A statue the size of Manda apearing out of the ground, it had Nine eyes, all open, as well as a gapping mouth. Suddenly The youngest left the other teamate ontop of the Statue, well out of harms reach from all the Shinobi below. He jumped off, Using a Fuuton jutsu to cushion his fall, He gasped in pain as the Statue fired many Bolts into his back, each bolt staying out about 5 foot. Suddenly a Dragon made of a white light, shot out of the Statues mouth, and began attacking the Shinobi, the shinobi showed no chage physically, but their souls were ripped from their body, The Dragon had taken all the Shinobi's souls, except for the youngest, and his final Teammate. Suddenly the Dragon swooped forward, and drained the Leader of his soul. After that, the youngest of the Trio sighed in pain as the Bolts broke off, about 6 inches of each bolt still in his back.

" So are we all here? " The leader said, biting his thumb and placing it on the ground, creating a Statue that had a blindfold, as well and nine lumps where his eyes were, and a bit in his mouth. The statue's hands were bound by shackles, and on each of his fingers was a Symbol for one of the Akatsuki members. " Let us Begin this process... It will be a long one. " The leader said, taking his place on the Statue's right thumb, his partner taking her position on the Left thumb. The Fingers were filled, all ecxpet the right middle finger where one of the members who had left the organisation had been.

" It will be Hard without him. " A deep gritty voice said, Belonging to a Hoshigaki member. " But I'll increase my chakra output by fifty percent to make up for him. " He said laughing, his Trusted blade sitting next to him.

" Even with your chakra at Fifty percent more output, it won't matter, Let us use one of the Trainees. " Another member said, His voice changing as he said that. " Or all of us could Put in more chakra. I suggest That all of us except Leader Put in twenty-five Percent more chakra. " He said, his voice still fluxing.

" I have no objections. " Leader said, the jinjuriiki now in place, he began pulsing his Chakra into the Thumb he stood on, His symbol glowing with a green light, all of the members did the Same, their symbols glowing with their chakra color. " We must continue this for Three days starting now. " The Leader said, pulsing more chakra into the Statue, the Bit breaking of, and a white dragon reaching out, enveloping the Jinjuriiki, Making the Demon's chakra begin to flow out and into the Statue, one of the Eyes began to open on the Statue, a grating noise heard throughtout the hideout.

~ Three Days Later ~

The extraction is complete. " The leader said, swinging his arm and unsummoning the Statue, So that the Ninja that were now trying to break the barrier couldn't unseal the Demon, and place it back into the Body that lay infront of the Leader. " Now. We must escape so that only the Body is found. The leader said, walking away.

" So it has come to this huh? " The Old man said, laughing. " Well, Now tha there is no chance of me surviving to begin with, I'll take you with me. " The old man said, Grasping his opponent's hands, he began moving his hands, making the halves of symbols, he smiled, the entire world for those two darkening " Dead Demon Consuming Seal. " The old man said, smiling as he felt the Shinigami reach int his back, and through his back and into his oponent.

" What are you doing you stupid old man? " The opponent said laughing, but then feeling the Tendrils of death inside of his stomach. He looked up behind the old man and Saw a terrible sight, even though He was evil, and had done things that would kill people from fright and disgust, he had never held a candle up to what was before him. " Old man What are you doing? " He yelled, trying to get free, but the Old man had a vice like grip.

" You shall die here with me, and we shall be locked in eternal combat!" The old man said, his opponent's soul being ripped from his body, The ld man sighed in release as his sould was plucked from his body when the Shinigami's hand exited his back, the Shinigami ate both souls, and the two souls became locked in eternal combat within the Shinigami's stomach.

" Heh...heh...heh... " The Enemy ninja said smiling. " You are no match for my supperior intellect, as well as my superior Power. " He said laughing, Holding the Genin ninja against the wall, he laughed and sank his teeth into the Genin ninja's forearm, a Seal appearing in the center of his bite marks. " Although the Wounds may heal, you will seek out my power. " He said laughing, choking the Genin until Purple chakra begn to flow around the Genin ninja. Good, Tap into this power and use it, Use it until you are capable of controling it, then come for more when you become lustful for power!" He said laughing, letting go of the now Unconcience Genin.

" No... No!" The Mist Shinobi said, biting his thumb, and moving his hands inconcievably fast, the Blood from his thumb slinging everywhere, it covered his face, as well as most of the rest of his body. He slammed his hands to the Ground, Hoping that he would be in time, the Jinjuriiki had just about gotten ready to launch it's attack, and if it was anything like what he had encountered before, this would be bad.

The jinjuriiki let out a blast that Tore apart the Forest around him, For miles, there was only a crater, except in one direction, there was the ruins of two gates, and one that stood, unharmed.

" Good... The final one held up. " The mist ninja said, smiling. Now it is time to retreat. This has gotten out of hand. " The shinobi said, using Water instentanious body jutsu to leave the area.

"Oh... So you are the little Six tails child are you? " The Sannin ranked ninja said, his shadow clones holding the Raging, one tailed version of the Rokubi off the ground. Well, let's see here, Oh! I know how to shut you up. " He said, making a single hand seal, and then expanding his hand so that his fingers looked like prongs. " Sealing technique! Five elements Seal!" He said, thrusting his hand into the Genin's stomach, smiling as the Genin passed out, but not before roaring in pain as the seal made his Chakra go off balance, and completely stopped the Rokubi's chakra from exiting the Previous seal. " There, now come we have more improtant matters to tend to. " Then ninja siad, turning and leaving the Jinjuriiki.

" So... It has come down to this huh? " The Old man said, producing a Shuriken, He threw it, then produced another, while holding the Shuriken, he preformed the neccessary handsigns to use Shadow clone jutsu, but instead of copying himself, he copied the Shuriken he held in his hand, Throwing this object, it multiplied into 1000 other shuriken, totaling the shuriken at 1002 shuriken flying at his opponent.

" That Won't work on me old man. " The Evil ninja said, taking out a large blade, sinking it into the ground a bit and hiding behind it, as the Shuriken hit, and deflected off, he smiled, using Earth style Military movement, He Moved to the Backside of his opponent, smiling he produced a blade, and stabbed the Old man straight through the heart, killing him instantly.

That is only in certain threads, jutsu is not one of them.

if that were true, then a mod would have said something to me by now. Also, the mods are kinda vague when talking about a singular thread. I'll bet that was in the Custom weapons thread or maybe the custom Summons thread... Am I right?

I'm pretty sure Summoning: Demonic Statue of the Outer Path was a Rinnegan exclusive technique anyway

First of all, I asked that you not comment on ones I didn't ask a question about. I have reasons for all of those denials, whether you understood them or not.

Second, the statue seal does already exist. It is part of Akatsuki. Whether we have a jutsu specifically written up for it or not, it, and the rules of it, exist. Besides, if a jutsu was needed for it, one of the mods would make it. This section is for customs, not plot affecting jutsu.

Third, whether you said cursed seal or not, your description and RP sample were of the curse seal.

Fourth, I didn't approve those other jutsu that can only be affected by the nine tails. And yours simply says that it's impossible to break. There is no real description to your technique, and it is too powerful.

Also, Rokubi is the fastest being in this guild.

Fifth! I denied the five element seal not because it was canon, but because your description was NOT of the five element seal. Listen closely to Jiraiya when he talks about the seal, and you will understand why it does not do what you put it down as doing. It had that effect on Naruto, because it blocked off the places on his original seal that allowed chakra flow. That would not happen with any other seal, because Naruto's had a bunch of extra seals on top of his already.

And on the shuriken clones. Your description once again is not of the jutsu shown in the show.

If you don't know the canon jutsu, don't post them. And that is enough of this debate. If you still want them, redo them, and post them AFTER customs are opened.
