Tsume sat down and looked up to the sky and watched the clouds roll by he was tired from his training but he still wanted more." Hokage-sama what do me and vex get to learn next?"

Zanzo thought Hhhh another Suiton jutsu, oh well though atleast it is a new jutsu and hey it might come in handy one day. Watching Kokirii-Sensei perform the jutsu flawlessly and then Satsuzame make an even more impressive water shield. Zanzo was taken back some by the skill with which Satsuzame had performed the jutsu. Zanzo thought to himself Hmmm if I ever have to fight Satsuzame I better make sure that the place is far from water or the fight will be really tough on me.

Remembering the hand signs that Kokirii-Sensei used, Zanzo prepared himself to perform Mizu Tate no Jutsu. Walking beside the pond and making sure to get as close as possible, Zanzo closed his eyes. Pulling on his charkra reserves, Zanzo steadily went through the handsigns and then said "Mizu Tate no Jutsu." Only nothing happened and the water around him did not move at all.

This time he stood in the water about ankle high and visualized the cylinder water shield in his mind. Doing the hand signs and releasing his charkra, Zanzo said again "Mizu Tate no Jutsu." Water started to gather around him in a circle, rose a few inches then fell back down.

It dawned on Zanzo that he probably should be using more charkra for this jutsu because of its higher rank and difficulty. So releasing a larger portion of his charkra, Zanzo sped through the hand signs and whispered "Mizu Tate no Jutsu." Water rippled around him and as it gathered up, the water began to slowly spiral around Zanzo getting about half way up before stopping. He released the jutsu as he did the water fell back with a splash.

Zanzo focused harder and tensed up his muscles before releasing a huge chuck of his charkra in the jutsu. Speeding through the hand signs, Zanzo yelled "Mizu Tate no Jutsu!" Water gathered and spiraled around Zanzo at a rapid pace to come to a rest above his head. Only trouble was that those spikes were pointed inside and not outside. So that Zanzo was cramped inside of his shield just barely missing the spikes that surrounded him. He remarked"Oops, well this is not good." Releasing the jutsu so that the spikes disappeared back into pond water.

Breathing alittle heavy from the amount of charkra he had just used and because he had almost become swizz cheese inside of his own shield. He thought Well hmm I will have to try and avoid doing that again. Using slightly less charkra than he had before, Zanzo did the hand signs and yelled again "Mizu Tate no Jutsu!" Water spiraled around him forming a cylinder water shield with some spikes on the outside.
Releasing the jutsu, Zanzo walked over to the shade of a nearby tree and sat down for a quick breather. Before standing up and stretching as well as a few quick jabs at the air. Walking over to Kokirii-Sensei, Zanzo could not wait to see what scrolls she had ready for them.

Matsuya smirked at the boys. "Good job. Now we are at the final part of the test. You see, if you pass, I'll give you a scroll for the genin level ninjutsu of your elements and a genin level scroll for the taijutsu we've been learning." Matsuya turned and shrugged off his kage robe. Underneath he wore nothing but a tight sleeveless shirt. His entire left arm was covered in tattoos that resembled an owl. Only a few people had ever seen him like this. And most of those people were the ones who fought the Nine Tailed Fox with him.
Matsuya turned and looked at the boys. "Now you fight each other. The one that lives becomes a Konohagakure shinobi. The one that loses dies. Simple rules." Of course, Matsuya had no intention to let either of the boys die. This was just a test to see if they were willing to kill each other to achieve their goals, as the would have to kill others in the shinobi world.

Kokirii grinned and then grabbed her bag. As she has suspected, were several scrolls which she had throw pell-mell into this morning. So carefully, she selected the Raiton clone no jutsu and gave it to Zanzo, grinning. "You're a good student. You'll get what you're aiming for." she whispered softly, just so he could hear it before walking back towards the pond and...falling over backwards.

Satsu had finished learning the jutsu and watched as his instructor walked closer to him. Suddenly she began to fall backwards. Now while most people thought that Satsuzame was a heartless b*****d with only himself in mind, It was a little known fact that he was also a romantic. Swooping in low he caught his sensei saving her from a nasty fall, or at least that was what his attempt was. He happened to forget that his sensei was a full grown women and he was only 13. He caught her gently but lost his footing and they both toppled into the pond. "Oops!?"

Kokirii toppled over, with the unfortunate Satsuzame falling into the pond right next to her. It was, at best thigh deep for her. So, she sat up in the water and attempted to look angry. And failed entirely. Instead, she barely refrained from laughing. She splased him a little with the pond water and carefully covered her mouth with her hand so he wouldn't see her laughing.

Zanzo happily took the Raiton scroll from Kokirii-Sensei and heard her whisper to him. He sensed something strange in her mood and suddenly she toppled over into the pond. Satsuzame tried to save her from her fall, but only succeed in falling with her because of her being bigger than him. He thought he might have caught the look of laughter on her face, but he quickly disclosed the notion. She was probably mad at Satsuzame and hopefully she would just stop at that. Shaking his head of his pondering, Zanzo realized that he needed to focus on the scroll he had just been given. Opening the scroll, Zanzo found himself reading the Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu technique and was super excited to learn it.

Satsuzame smiled happily even as he was splashed by his sensei. Of course, being a Hoshigaki, his smile looked more like a malevolent grin. Lying back in the water, Satsu closed his eyes and enjoyed the feeling of water on his skin. He always felt at home with himself when he was in the water. Sensei looked cute when she laughed. Suddenly his eyes snapped open wide and he shot up straight. "Wait! Where did that come from!?"

Zanzo ate up the Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu scroll. Reading every detail and memorizing the hand signs necessary for the jutsu. Zanzo was very excited to learn this jutsu and perfect it.

Pulling on his charkra and using the necessary amount that he had used for the Bushin no Jutsu, Zanzo then did the hand signs. Then said aloud "Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu." His lightning clone crackled into life, but unable to hold its form the clone dissipated into smoky, hot air.

Judging by the incompleteness of the lightning clone attempt, Zanzo figured that he did not use enough charkra to sustain the clone. Using a lot more charkra then last time and enfusing the charkra with his natural raiton, Zanzo performed the hand signs and shouted "Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu!" His clone roared into life to make an exact clone of himself that crackled with electrical life. Only problem was that Zanzo used too much charkra and the clone's electricity began to overload. Then finally exploding right next to Zanzo, but Zanzo was able jump back in time and be hit with a wave of hot, smoky air.

Feeling like he had found the right amount of charkra to use that was in between his first and second try. Zanzo again released his charkra and enfused it with his natural raiton. Speeding through his hand signs, Zanzo yelled "Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu!" His clone puffed into existence with electrical energy about the clone. To test his clone, Zanzo threw up his hand to give his clone a high five. The clone high fived Zanzo's hand without puffing away so Zanzo wanted to test the clone further. Backing up away from his clone, Zanzo ordered his clone to perform the Dynamic Entry jutsu at him. The clone ran at him and jumped into the air with its foot raised aimed at Zanzo's chest. However the clone had only about one tenth the ability that Zanzo possessed. So that the clone's Dynamic Entry attack was slowed down considering. This gave Zanzo enough time to perform a counter Dynamic Entry at his clone. Only Zanzo's was much faster so that he rammed through his clone, but he forgot about the electrical shock. So that when he made contact with the clone's attack, Zanzo got an electrical shock to his body. His clone puffed away and Zanzo landed with a few jitters from the electrical shock he had just recieved.

Zanzo enjoyed learning that elemental jutsu and could not wait to learn more about his element, raiton. He turned to see if Kokirii-Sensei and Satsuzame had finished with playing in the pond. He was anxious to see what Kokirii-Sensei would have him do next.

Kokirii chuckled one last time before straightening up and wringing out her hair. "Alright guys. I think it's time you guys showed me your skills. Who wants to spar?" she asked cheerily, removing a strand of water weed from her shirt.

Matsuya turned as he folded his cloak. "Of course I'm serious. And if one of you hesitates, I'll kill you myself. The shinobi world is unforgiving. And I want you to learn that." Matsuya set the robe on the ground and crossed his arms, waiting for the boys to start.

Tsume looked at the boy who he considered his friend " Vex... are you ready then? Tsume knew no matter what he wouldn't kill his friend but in this situation he would fight him" You know Vex on a brighter note I've been wondering which one of us was stronger." Tsume tried to force a smile but it was hard for him this would be his first real fight But then he thought to himself ... I really have no idea how Vex well take this fight he could seriously try to kill me ! the minute I sense any change in his mood I'll need to take him seriously, as much as he is my friend I have dreams too I know you do to Vex but I wont sit here like a kid and let you kill me. Sorry pal and even if you do kill me Ill make sure I will leave you with a damn good scare to remember me by.

Sparring sounded like a fun past time to Satsu. Of course, fighting was just fun in general to a Hoshigaki. "That sounds like a delicious idea!" Satsuzame said whilst grinning. "Though, if I may ask, what rules will be in place?" Satsu waited impatiently for their Sensei's response.
