"Tomoro..." she said quietly, extending her hand out to take his, grasping hold of it for a few moments, and then dropping it quickly. It's really... warm... kinda like Bukotsu's hands. But... he's just different completely. Forcing a smile, Tomoro cocked her head to the side, and forced a smile. "All plants... look best when light shines at them. That's what gives them... life." To be honest, Tomoro LOVED the sun with a passion. But it was far away. It wouldn't burn her to death.

Flattery... IS NOT GOING TO WORK!!! He can't try to win me over with flattery... Tomoro looked up directly at the sun then; it wasn't as if she meant to, but rather... what Cal was talking about made her want to see it at all. Of course, it didn't affect her eyes at all; one was covered up by an eyepatch, and they were both covered with her father's... experimentations... so it didn't work on her. Whether he took notice or not was his doing, but by first impressions, Tomoro was pretty sure that he was a dense one.

"Thank... you." Then switching her gaze downward, Tomoro took another step away, and swiveled around, her toes pointed and head held high. While he's caught up in that sun of his, I'll just secretly make my way out of here... I'm so good. Tomoro couldn't help but smile to herself, and began her way away from Cal. Unfortunately, she didn't get very far.

About 20 feet away from the dining hall there was a small black pile of ash; definitely not the one she sensed before. Tomoro ran toward it, and fell down onto her knees, her slightly dull eyes staring at the black ash. This... has been here a while. Just another one of THEIR acts. She let out a small gulp, and then sighed lightly, putting her maroon painted nails onto her lips, then touching the ground softly. Almost instantly, it began to pulse in a dull green color, the black disappearing and changing to brown earth. After that, she moved her hand to the right, and some of the grass around the area seemed to crawl into the once black spot. Before long, the spot was good as new.

Smiling to herself, Tomoro smiled secretly and then took a place under the tree. Hopefully... she was far enough from Cal to avoid him. But then again, he could track her...

Steven walks into the dining room staring at the people as he enters. He notices that theres a table with no one sitting at and sits down there. He breaks out a bag to have a little lunch before his next class. "Yummy! Angel Cake" he says to himself and starts eating looking around the dining room at everyone. Finishing his meal he walks out of the dining room not headed anywhere paticular.

Tomoro jolted, and her shoulders tensed up greatly, contracting with her small frame. She moved her left hand with the serial numbers over her heart, and turned her head around, some of her grey bangs still covering her eyepatch. "You... startled... me." she said faintly. Oh MY GOD, that was so scary... I was so in tune with the Earth that I didn't even feel his presence until he spoke....

Trying to hide her surprise but utterly failing, Tomoro faked a smile and sat down against the tree, her knees curled up against her chest. She looked up at the redwood she happened to be sitting under, and let out a soft, almost impossible to hear sigh. She just had a quiet voice, it wa something she couldn't help. Tomoro closed her eyes, and cupped her hands together, then bringing them up to her lips. It almost looked as if she were praying.

He watched her move and sat down next to the left of her. He leaned back against the tree, surpressing his power so the tree did not combust. He bent his left leg and placed his left arm to rest on it, while his right arm was extended and his right arm was on the ground. He looked towards the sky, noticing the contrast of the shade on his face, cooling him, and feeling the heat on his legs from the sun. he enjoyed this push and pull. If gave a bit of a peaceful sense to him. Then, looking over at her, felt curious to wonder what she was doing with her hands.

I wonder why he wears a visor... is it because he wants to shade his eyes..? Or does he have something to hide, like I do..? When Tomoro felt eyes on her, she figured that he was watching her... so she muttered a few words, and then dropped her hands to the ground, carressing the ground on the right of her.

What does he want...? His aura is just making me dizzy... maybe people who control fire aren't affected by us Earth elementals, but we... get really sick... when they're near us... Silently taking in a deep breath, Tomoro forced herself to switch her gaze from Cal. He was... pretty hot, both figuratively and literally. Shaking that thought from her mind, she almost had the urge to slap herself; she was already someone's girlfriend! It was the presence of him... yeah, that was it. She was just losing a few of her senses. Forcing a smile once again, Tomoro looked up into the trees, and wondered how long it would be till the next season came.

"Yeah, this place is pretty cool." she said as they arrived, also looking around. "I'm going to have noodles, they're extremely yummy." she said grinning as she slid her ID card into the thing and placed her order. "I recommend them!" Amaya looked around, there were plenty of tables, but she wanted the one by the window. She pointed at it. "We can sit over there!" she told him.
