I love the color combo, but to me, the background seems out of place. It's the only thing that has blue on it.
The hair also looks a tad off. It's not quite white, but it's not quite gold.

Might I suggest you changing the hair to the water element? It would go pretty good with the dress, or maybe you could change the dress. A handheld item would be nice too.
