Kara shook her head. "No. I can find them on my own, and I don't want anyone getting hurt, least of all you or the girls." Something in her jaw tightened. "Seeing as you're some of the people I actually managed to save." She paused, and her eyes brightened a little. "But... If you know of any really good magic users, you could try to find them and explain the situation. Someone with magic might actually be able to get rid of all of them at once."

Shadow stared at her a moment after her comment, feeling a familiar pang in her chest. A small flaw that she had gained from both Nightshade and surprisingly her 'sister'. As good and moral and everything that Sapphire was, she did have a bit of pride...and hated feeling belittled.
Still, she was right, and she had no right to get defensive. She relaxed, then paused a moment. The only powerful magic user she knew was from her universe, and she had no idea if he was here or not. It was possible, after seeing the ninja. But irony being what it is...she doubted it.
"I'll see what I can do." she replied.

Kara relaxed a little. "Thank you. And please, tell everyone else you see to run away from him... unless they're positive that he won't be able to get to their blood. The last thing we need is a Reaper with more powers." She nodded once, sharply, managed a shaky, fairly pathetic excuse for a smile, and then she was off again, this time heading for Gotham City.

The Commissar had begun to take note of all the Symbiotes he was beginning to sense, but was in no condition to fight any of them yet; Super girl made him dump all of his regular equipment earlier, so the Commissar began to retreat slowly into the alleys by the Daily Bugle. The damages to his body were minor since no internal wiring or devices were wreck; just the shelling and the optics were a bit cracked or dent up. The pink goo in the chassis of the Commissar's chest screeched loudly for the Commissar to kill, but the Commissar had grown a much tougher mind over the many years and he was not letting his own tell him what to do.
((Enter Scarecrow from New York))
The Scarecrow had arrived a little late due to turbulence from the winds of New York and the horrible bids that seemed to infest the sky. Scarecrow didn't exactly know where the red beast from before was near the Daily Bugle, so he simply landed himself on a building close to the Daily Bugle and started to look for him. As soon as Scarecrow could find where Carnage was waiting, he could begin to throw his special grenades down below. Scarecrow landed on the building next to the Daily Bugle that wasn't roof level with it. Skidding across the roof, Scarecrow halted and began to watch the insects below.

Shadow watched the girl leave and sighed. What to do. Well, first thing was first. Get the girl home, and try and find a place for her 'sister' to stay...as weird as it was. She returned to the roof by shadow and moved back to the girl. "He's been taken care of. She said that if you see that thing again to just ru-" she began, then suddenly stopped. She glanced around at the rooftop nervously a moment, then quickly picked Rosie up. A small shadow soon appeared on the corner of the building, and a Reaper appeared from it. Another shadow appeared, and the same happened. And another, and another.
Shadow glared angrily at them a moment and moved her shadow to tag everyone elses so that she could at least try and protect them. Her eyes grew wide when her shadow instead shrank around her feet.
"What's wrong? Can't use your powers properly?" one Reaper asked as he drew a scythe.
Shadow dropped Rosie and tossed her hand in front of her at one of the Reapers. Black webbing suddenly shot in front of her and through the reaper, constricting him until he fell into pieces. The webbing quickly left the pile and moved to the next one. "Everyone get out of here!"
A small black hole appeared behind the ninja and boney hands grabbed onto her shoulders while everyone was occupied with the other Reapers.
//Gonna godmode with ninja for a sec cause I want to do something. She's my sister and I know they only have net access once a week if that at the moment. She won't care. //

Kara shot in once again. She was actually starting to get... tired? Not physically, but... Seeing a pair of disembodied, skeletal hands gripping a young girl's shoulders, she froze them, shattered them, and then turned to deal with the other Reapers.

Spider-man's spidersense spiked again, and he looked up to see a black and yellow blur blast through all the assembled Reapers. "Yeah! Supergirl! Way to go!" He cheered. As he turned to scale the wall again. He heard someone shout his name, and he turned to see the last thing he ever wanted to see in his life. More symbiotes.
"Oh no." He breathed, "Oh no oh no oh no...". His brain went into overdrive. Hybrid was a wild card. Like Brock, he ususally protected the innocent, but also like Brock, he had a symbiote induced hatred for the wall-crawler. Cassidy on the other hand was a monster. He'd kill them all for fun if he had the chance. That settled it. He had to try to take down Carnage, and hope that Hybrid considered Cassidy more of a threat than him.
Hoping to distract Carnage and insure that his murderous intent was entirely focused on Spider-man, he yelled out "CASSIDY!" and leapt off the wall in a fist-first flying tackle meant to take Carnage right in the face. But as he did so, he noted another odd tingle in his spidersense and, mindful of the anything-can-happen-even-more-than-usual nature of the universe right then, he regulated a small part of his attention to the potential threat. "Last thing I need is to get caught by surprise when I'm going up against him" he thought to himself.

Rosie stood still and waited for Roxy to come back up onto the roof. She glanced around at the other people on the roof a moment. She smiled when Roxy appeared, and again tensed up when more Reapers appeared. This guy just wasn't going to leave them alone, was he?

"Carnage and Hybrid?"
"Yes! Hybrid makes up four! Carnage is one! Kill them all!"
"I'm not in a condition to fight; leave it to the heroes, Comrade."
"Worthless fool! Let me out or I'll make food of your brain!"
"Annoying gunk..."
The Commissar had no choice but to reluctantly agree to join the fight, but he would rather wait for an opportunity to kill either Hybrid or Carnage to please that annoying goo and maybe stop it from talking in his head. The price of living as long as the Commissar was constantly relying on something to survive from either the technicians that built his body, to the gunk in his chassis keeping him alive without essential organs. The Commissar began low tech repairs on himself while he was in the alley, using what little resources he had to reconstruct and rebuff his robotic frame.
Scarecrow knew this was his time to truly show his allegiance to his new friend who he didn't even know the name of. Using his special wing glider to glide down from the building to Carnage’s side. Unclasping the harness on the glider wings, Scarecrow fell a few feet to Carnage's right side while his wing glider crashed into a dumpster. Scarecrow could just repair that later or buy resources to make a new one; alliances were more fragile then gliding devices.
"Greetings my red buddy! Sorry I'm late; traffic is horrible!"
Scarecrow quickly surveyed the red and blue hero that he recalled said the beast's name as he was gliding down. Cassidy it seemed to be, but Scarecrow felt that was his civilian name like how his was Jonathan Crane. The guy in red and blue must have been the spectacular Spiderman he had heard so much about of the television and read how infamous he was on the Daily Bugle.
"This is Spiderman? I bet all those stories in the Daily Bugle are true about him! Hey Spidey! Want to join us on a crime spree?"
Scarecrow laughed and nudged Carnage with his left shoulder before cracking up and beginning to laugh harder after a few seconds. Scarecrow liked his own jokes despite how bad they were; he only cared for his own entertainment. Just as soon as he broke out into laughter, Scarecrow stopped and reached into the bag on his waste which he liked to call the Bag of Phobia. Scarecrow's mask grinned somehow -maybe mechanical means- and he spoke.
"Want me to soften him up?"
Scarecrow spoke to Carnage in a tone that was altered through his mask. In battle, to increase the fear he caused, Scarecrow used mechanical devices in his mask to alter his voice and change the mask's expression. This gave him a seemingly supernatural feel, putting fear into his enemies.

 Shadow glanced back to see Super-girl appear again and sighed slightly. As soon as she took care of these things, she'd have to leave immediatly with Rosie. If she couldn't use her shadows around those things, then she couldn't escape with her. "Hm. You don't miss a beat, do you." one of the Reapers said. "Though I'm surprised the symbiote hasn't seemed to recognise the little ninja yet. It obviously recognised Sapphire. Pity...I was hoping you'd let it kill her. Ah, well..." he continued. A black hole soon appeared under the ninja, making her fall in. "I'm sure opportunity will arrise again." he finished with a devilish grin. Shadow glanced back at where her 'sister' had been, then back at the Reaper with a murderous glare.

Kara gasped, automatically swooping down into the hole in an attempt to catch the girl. She didn't have time to consider whether or not this was a particularly safe idea or not.

Carnage looked at the direction from which he had heard his human name called, and saw that the Spider was calling him out. Without turning his head, thanks to his symbiote, he saw the man in the Scarecrow costume land next to him. He turned his hands into battle axes, and told his ally, "By all means. Soften them ALL up. Every... last... one of them."Hybrid kept watch on both Carnage and Spider-Man. He saw a man land next to Carnage, which turned out to be the deciding factor for the symbiotes. Good thing too; the arguing had made him pretty mad himself, and there was nothing like a good fight to clear that right up.
'Attack Spider-Man!' the symbiotes cried out in his head, speaking as one for the first time in about 7 or 8 minutes.
'With pleasure...' Washington thought back to them. His temper was up, and he was, along with the symbiotes themselves, ready to get the show started.
Wordlessly, he swung up at Spider-Man, using a symbiote web strand, and turned his non-swinging hand into a sword. He had no fears of activating his Spider Sense; as was originally proven with Carnage, the spawn of Venom do not trigger that ability. All four symbiotes in Hybrid were made from the seeds of Venom. As he approached, he took a swing at Spider-Man with the sword hand, yelling "DIE, SPIDER-MAN!!!"

One of the remaining Reapers beammed when Supergirl went into the hole after the girl. He quickly closed the hole and turned back to the others. That should give them a little bit more time here, no matter where she popped up. He shadowed a few more clones onto the roof and encircled the other heros.
One glanced back at the Spider, who seemed very busy with some others. Wait, was that another creature like Chaos? My, it might be worth his while to have a clone or two wait down there as well. He sent a shadow down to the street to have more of himself wait for an opportune time to snatch some blood from them.Reaper & Ninja EXIT to Spot Dimension.

Peter had just enough time to turn less-than gracefully away from the oncoming sword in mid-air and catch himself on a web line. "Guess that answers the 'Hybrid loyalty' question." he thought. Out loud he said: "Hey! is your name Cassidy? I don't think so! Now if you'll just wait your turn there's enough butt-whup here for every one..." His web line reached its peak and he alighted gently on a wall some twenty feet above Carnage and... some guy dressed as a Scarecrow? (Gee, how original...)
"So, Seeing as we're clearly not in Kansas anymore, Is Carnage the tin man or the cowardly lion?" Peter quipped. Deep down, he prayed that he was soon-to-be bailed out by a lot of other heroes working together or by someone extremely powerful. Because nearly every time he fought a symbiote he'd almost died, and he'd only survived fighting more than one through the slimmest possible odds. Under his breath, he said "Are you there god? It's me, Peter."
