Iris walked out to join her teammates on the field. Nodding to her fellow players, she rolled her shoulders, then set her broom down carefully. Pulling one arm across her chest, holding the stretch as she counted slowly. She drew her focus to the pitch as she dismissed all other concerns and thoughts, getting her mind in the game as she moved through her stretches and warm-ups.

Bronwen made her way out to the pitch, her broom over one shoulder as she looked at the teams assembled. Gryffindor was out of the running for the cup, and the woman wasn't too happy about that. However, regardless, there were still quite a number of good players on both teams that could change the course of the game. She smiled a bit when she got to the players and looked them over. "This match today is Ravenclaw versus Hufflepuff! Eagles versus Badgers! I want a good, clean game from everyone! Now, let's get this party started!" With a shriek of her whistle, she kicked open the box and mounted her broom, tossing the ball up in one fluid motion for the teams to start the game.

It wasn't like Hufflepuffs or even Ravenclaws tended to be dirty players in quidditch-they tended to play fair even if it was for different reasons probably-the Ravenclaw because it would be lowering themselves to cheat or whatever and Hufflepuffs were just known to be fair. Xavier went for the quaffle and Cathy dived in too, hoping to come out triumphant against her elder.

I'm back in Liverpool,

But I worked something out last night,

  Location: Quidditch Pitch : Ravenclaw vs. Hufflepuff When the game started up Jasper got into the air and examined the game. Seeing every possible target and then calculating which was the best to target. Easier said then done sometimes but Jasper didn't mind the mental thought process. Noting Xavier going at the goal, the beater knew he had to do something. Not seeing Lexine as a threat at the moment he went at taking a swing hoping to hit the Ravenclaw vice captain.
