That is, if there's no suitable Shinobi in the Village and stuffs. Idk, Cloud has become one of the least active villages as of late. The break was needed, but it killed activity. One of the reasons that the guild's flaws were showing up is because there were more active RPers showing up than ever before. Everything fixed itself, but ChaoticAvenger has a history of going inactive for weeks at a time. Not sure that he was the best choice for kage in the first place. Maybe we should just have kage NPCs that are only RPed by people who are active on a consistent basis.

I'm pretty active.
And, I could always try to lure in members with some awesome attacks, and stuffs. :3
I could make Cloud into the, "evil" Village of SY.
xD
Nah, but if there's any active, literate, higher Rank Shinobi in the Village, you should let them have the spot. Seeing as that would probably be how it would happen if we weren't manipulating the storyline. Haha.
EDIT: Oh, you should PM Shinsua about it too, just in case she doesn't see what you wrote. ^^

Im not so sure about Chaotic disappearing~
That same glitch happened to me a little while ago
Its quite unfortunate, you cant log on, and you cant see any of your work
Im not too sure on how it got resolved, but it did ^ ^;
Also, the last thing I want is NPC Kages > . <
It just wouldnt feel right. . .As it is we berely make use of the NPC shinobi we have in most villages ^ ^;;
And they hardly fixed themselves Jon xP
