yenyit Pistil Went to hr, and basically - I've been ********. You're given 5 days of training, I got 4. Any time in those 5 days they can send you back. NONE of those days did they tell me I should work faster or pull bellies or s**t, on the morning of the fifth day I was sent back with the excuse that I wasn't fast enough. I never got a chance. HR won't do anything, I CAN'T do anything. Well, I can. I can get over it and keep signing postings and when I get one I'll prove to EVERYONE that I'm a ******** hard worker and that they just missed out big time mad There are several people doing that job that do a WORSE job than me. And this one girl who started training AFTER ME was moved to a different job of the same pay - she wasn't sent back to packaging like I was. wtd? mad But whatever, I'm basically over it now. But if it happens again I'm getting the hell outta there. hmm...well...it is a fact that speed equal money...and...lowered quality ninja ...because she was filipino I bet...like your racist thingy you said earlier sweatdrop ....and because she didn't complain? sweatdrop ...well..start looking for a better aying job then? biggrin Naw, she's not Filipino, but she has worked there a couple years and is friends with the upper people on that line. And hell yeah she complained - I didn't. At the end of her first day of training she was telling people that she didn't like the job, and now she has a different one on their line. evil And speed wasn't a factor. They're just dumb shits that never even really watched me work to see how I was doing. All the people I worked with told me I was doing a great job and that they are idiots for not keeping me. I just get a better job on a different line. Or if I end up trying out a job on that line again I'll just try harder from the start (I wasn't really trying my hardest, but I was sure I was doing more than the minimum requirement to get the job seeing as I was doing a better job than my bf and he's worked that job for a few months now) and they'll see what they missed out on the first time around. If they ******** me again, I'm out of there.

yenyit evil angel 150 yenyit evil angel 150 yenyit lol but I'm not the one wanting a baby...yet lol lol ur the one that said google it LOL> lol too bad lol lol so...any new clothes for the baby yet?...on to solid food?...teething? ..speaking?...crawling?...walking? :O lol new clothes yes because i lost a whole box of them that i needed cause he grew out of his other ones. yea cause hes a little mr piggy haha. teething for the past couple months haha buts its starting to get worse.. speaking.. well if by speaking u mean baby talk then yes. crawling hes soo close jsut give him a couple weeks. and no walking cause he cant crawl yet LOL or pull himself up.. or sit up on his own. he falls sideways LOL or forwards if hes trying to get his feet.
