Has any of you seen Transformers yet? nopes but i want too..and beowulf! surprised it really does 3nodding its an awesome movie and just like u i didnt see it in the theater but i bought it the day it came out xd
It took me a few days, but I found one for $10 xd
I like it when the one Autobot *pisses* on the CIA agent dude xd lol that was funny...i really like bumble bee hes awesome but it was sad when they took him away sad lol but it was also a funny movie

evil angel 150 yenyit evil angel 150 yenyit evil angel 150 yenyit lol...well..they had you, so..they already broke the run? sweatdrop ...you can keep them in the attic for memories? cool lol no its my bf's family. he has 3 brothers and his dad only has brothers. and im not sure about his grandpa lol...well..doesn't then gender of the baby depend on the weather and stuff? lol...I dunno...I forget lol...that's like why King Henry the 8th didn't ahve boys...cuz he was doing something wrong lol huh?? :S i dont think so.... it depends what gets there first hahaha. lol but the weather or something determines if the sperm is more male or female lol sure :S lol i think i remeber hearing soemthing like that sometime. lol exactly cool google it! lol

Pistil Um... which car did you know about?... we sold the geo and got a metro, but it isn't safetied and therefore not insured and therefore stuck in the garage (and we've moved in with my parents, so that crazy neighbor thing doesn't apply anymore!) Of course I wear gloves, you have to (mesh glove on non-holding-whizz-knife hand) But that doesn't matter anymore. After three days of being on the line (4 days of training) I was told that I would not be able to work fast enough and to go back to packaging. ********. I was ALMOST AT LINE SPEED on day three. I had ONE problem that was pointed out just before break on tuesday, then after break I switch and trimmed bellies. Next morning is when I was told that I wasn't working fast enough... but, dude, I never got the chance to get better because I JUST found out that I wasn't doing something right and was going to FIX it on Wednesday but couldn't cuz they're jerks. I'm going to talk to a union rep on tuesday (talked to the guy that told me to go back to packaging today and he just repeated his lame a** excuse and I could tell he wasn't going to listen to anything I said) I have at least three people from that line that will back me up because they think it's all bullshit as well (I mean, I worked with them, so if I was too slow THEY would know). Anyone and everyone that asked me why I'm back in packaging ALL agree that THREE DAYS OF ON THE LINE TRAINING is not nearly enough time to decide if I can work fast enough. ...sorry. ranting. sweatdrop lol yay for no more crazy neighbour parking scenerio! blaugh ...get it insured!!! domokun domokun domokun ...ooo mesh glove...it's padded inside so its' at least comfortable right? lol...so...back to less pay and...no more overtime pay but still going early? gonk crying ...maybe the supervisor guy is sexist! evil

You have to wear a glove underneath and a glove on top. Unfortunately, NONE of these gloves ever fit me properly therefore it's hard for me to grab things (which was the problem - I couldn't grab bellies and bring them back to work on them some more) Less pay, but overtime when they have it. Supervisor guy is more likely racist than sexist, but probably both. The majority of the people on the line are Filipino males, then about equal Filipino females and white males, and with me not there there are only two white females. Oh, and the white females have worked there for years, whereas the Supervisor just got that position a few months ago because the other supervisor got fired (so he can't just boot them off the line, and wasn't the one that put them there)

I might suggest that. I know a lot of people who's hands are too small for the gloves. I have. I went to a union rep today and he talked to them. Get this: They told me I was sent back to packaging because I wouldn't be able to work fast enough, they told him that they didn't think I was strong enough for the job. Then the union rep told me that although he agrees that what they did was wrong, there's really nothing I can do about it. Actually, there's one last glimpse of hope. I have to go to hr tomorrow and tell them exactly what happened and ask for a redo. If they don't, well I'm already back at my old post, not much else they can do to me.
