Monty stared at the wall and didn't know where to begin. What surprised him was that he was willing to ask Kalore's question instead of ignoring it. The demon just needed to think of all the points correctly, that means the most to him.
Gambler sat down and blinked at the floor. The chair was actually very comfortable. Then she looked around the office. "So this is where you work? Wow. I like it. It has personality." She said, sitting back comfortably.

Rave chuckled, sitting in the chair opposite, ignoring the dark mahogany desk that was in the center of the room. "I wish this was where I worked... I'm mostly doing some job out in the field..." He thought about it, "Well...was...." Rave shrugged, "My current boss hasn't shown me the type of jobs I'll be getting. Things have just been too hectic..." He smiled softly at her, humor in his eyes.
Even though they hadn't known each other long, Kalore could tell when Monty was thinking of something. So, knowing this, he waited for Monty to tell him. It was amazing the amount of patience that Kalore had learned in his time of befriending the demon.

Monty looked at Kalore from the corner of his eye. "For one thing, you can take a hit and never back down. The mulitple times we fought in the elevator proved that to me." He said and blinked, looking back at the wall. "Then, you let me come near you when you were having your attacks without......" He took a deep breath finding this odd that he was opening up once again to this elf and no one else. "Without pushing me away." He finished and looked down at the ground.
The demon blinked and looked at the floor continuously. "But those are little things. The fact that I even talk to you and tell you thing no one knows about is proof enough that you got through to me." Especially since it was a something beyond the physical.
Gambler blinked. "Then you have a horrible boss. Is there anything specific that you want your boss to give you? Especially during a time of peace?" she asked with a smile.

A small smile was on Rave's features again. It seemed like he was changing for the better, seeing as he was almost always at least smiling a little now. Much better than the stone faced person he was just weeks ago. "I don't care what jobs I'm given. I have no preferences."
Kalore blinked and smiled, leaning on his hands to look at the man closer, "Are there bigger things that allow this to happen?" He knew that he was starting to go into dangerous territory, but... for some reason Kalore just wanted to know. He nodded to him, "But thank you for even helping me at all... Without that help... I don't know what would have happened, Monty."

Gambler nodded and smiled broader. "Well, you already have the hardest job, Rave." She said, chuckling softly and got more comfortable on the chair.
Monty nodded and stared at the ground. "There are some big things that allow this to happen. I just....don't know how to express it without looking like a fool and hurting you in the process." He said softly and was sort of wishing he was in his shed or warehouse, surrounded by things he was familiar.

Pushing himself off of the chair, Kalore held his hand out for him, "I don't wanna be stuck in here. I'm off in half an hour, so do you wanna go somewhere? This club has to suck for you..." As long as Kalore was back before three in the morning, which was four hours away, he would be fine. Eri and him had given Kalore a four hour leeway of being away from Eri and the club or house. See... Eri wasn't too bad...
Rave blinked, "I still don't see what's so bad about my job..." What she had described to him was like what his old job was with the royals...

Gambler laughed and clapped her hands. "Not that job, Rave. The job of putting up with me is the hardest you have taken on." She said smiling fondly at him.
Monty looked up at Kalore. "I don't mind the club but....." He shrugged slightly. "If you want to go somewhere then....I'll follow." He said, standing up, towering over Kalore and realized that so he took a step back. "Where do you want to go?"

Kalore blinked and muttered, "I forgot how tall you were..." He then looked at Monty and smiled, "We can go someplace that you're familiar with, or if you don't wanna go all the way back to Area 6," ooh, ten whole minutes, "We could go to my place or a cafe or something. It's a lot quieter..." Kalore shrugged, "I just gotta tell Eri. Stupid warden acting dude."
Blinking, Rave smiled softly, "I don't mind dealing with you. I actually think I do a pretty good job of it." He smiled and looked at the ceiling of his office. "Do you have any other questions? I'll try to answer them the best I can."

Gambler grimanced at that question. "I do have one but I told you I'll wait a thousand years for it." She said and looked at the ground, not in shame but just because that was a natural thing she did. "Could you teach me how to speak your language?" She asked.
Monty blinked at Kalore. "Where ever you want Kalore. We can go to a cafe in Area." He didn't want to be anywhere that a spy of Eri could be. Perhaps he wanted to be slightly selfish and have Kalore's company all for himself.

Kalore nodded and led Monty down back to where the club was. As he went down there, he got a lot of attention, but why wouldn't he? Kalore was in his tight black jeans, mesh top, hair in a messy ponytail, awesome shoes, and a choker like thing on his neck, covering his scars. Eri wans't hard to find. "Going out. I'll be in Area 6." He was about to object but Kalore brought up that his shift was over in twenty minutes, that he had started early today, and that they agreed to this. Nodding, Eri gave Monty a slightly annoyed look while handing Kalore a key. "Come on." And soon they were on their way out.
Blinking, Rave nodded, "Of course. It's not too difficult of a language." Actually...it was pretty difficult... But teaching her the formal speak would be easier, and then get into the regional language like what he and Kalore spoke.

Gambler nodded and looked at him. "I've got forever to perfect it." She said, thinking determindedly to learn it and master it so that she can speak elvish like her comrades and like Rave. "It's a beautiful language." She complimented.
Monty smirked at the look Eri gave him and then followed Kalore out the club. Monty then took the lead out of Harl and into the streets of Area 6 to the cafe that he took the elf after he rescued him from Eri the first time. Coming up to a outside table that was secluded, he took out a chair for Kalore to sit in. He was still a polite demon.

Kalore raised a brow and then chuckled, "Thank you, Monty." He didn't expect that but he sat down and smiled again. This was the same place, he recognized, but the situation was much different. "Hm... I like it here... You're not planning on scaring the waiter this time... Right?" Kalore raised a brow again, remembering the notebook situation from the first time they were here.
You have forever, but we don't... But Rave was the perfect actor and nothing in his face changed as he nodded, "It is a beautiful language. I'm sure that you'll get it easily."

Monty sat down and blinked at Kalore. "I can't make any promises." He said, humor creeping into his eyes at the memory. "Order whatever you want Kalore. It's on me." He said, maybe through this things could be fixed.
Gambler looked back down and and nodded. "Maybe. I can't grow a big head and say that I can because then I might not." She said with humor.

Chuckling, Rave nodded, "I understand. I'll teach you the formal language first, because it's the easiest, but there's so many different regional languages..." He sighed. "Kalore is from one area, I'm from a different, Eldin from another, Kit from another still... We all know those... I can teach you those as you start to understand the formal speech."
Smiling, Kalore nodded, "Thanks." He would make sure to pay him back later. The elf looked at the menu and made sure to order things that were decently cheap, but also a bit filling. "What would you recommend?" The food here was so different...
