Summer hatchling 2z2I and Pebble hatchling nQQ6 have been frozen. And what's with the scroll things? Is Dragcave banned?

I'm hoping all the banners are a glitch, since they seem to be appearing in people's scrolls, too... So I'll post my new egg here in hopes that this is something that will be fixed. .-.

I don't know if the two are related, but I can't access the DC Forum. I get an access denied message. If I view my scroll through account, all is fine, but if I view it as others would see it, the banner is in place of my newest 2head. I'd go and add eggs, but I have no idea what they will come up as or if it will do any good.
