Gregor shook his head. Pix always had a way with people. he thought and laughed to himself hoping no one else heard him. This was definitely not the best way to start off a relationship that if this were to trully work would have to develop a great amount of trust. He's not even a minute into his speech and he's already working on pissing off some of his new recruits. This will be a hard one to repair and I know that I'll probably get stuck with the task of doing so. he thought bitterly.

Andrea tilted her head at Catriona's exaggeration, and was about to say something when Pix said something. She blinked and looked at him before walking over to him, gently dragging Catriona with her. At Pix's statement she stared at him almost blanky for a moment or so before speaking in a flat tone. "We're not your pets." she lightly crossed her arms, a little irritated that he would just go out and say something so..well, stupid.

Leon sat against a wall he didn’t like being treated as a pet, but he wasn’t about to argue. He had seen Pix’s training match with Lucas and knew he was no match. Besides he doubted the statement was directed to him in the first place this was the first time they had spoken to each other.

Catriona sighed a little at Andrea and allowed herself to be led toward Pix but refused to go any closer than the edge of the group. She watched him coyly, unaffected by his words as the concept of ownership was one familiar to her.

Andrea twitched slightly and turned her head to glare at Tanner: indeed, she was not happy about this little arrangement, not happy at all. She muttered and growled under her breath a bit before she stiffly looked back forward at Pix, giving him a glare too.

Mainly seen in black robes with a white faceless mask over where its face would be. Weapon(s) and Possessions: A strangely rune crafted black steel longsword, a dark aura can be felt around it but only when in the creatures hand. Reason for Going Above: Having just arrived in this new Realm, the creature set about finding suitable victims with the Book of Omniscience when the Book showed it a meeting of elders and youngsters. ((Sorry for taking so long to post after making that comment. I had to go and just finally got back to my computer.))
Gregor shot an almost pleading glance at Pix to stop trying to tortue these poor people already knowing that it would have no effect even if he did notice. He then looked towards the girl who was now glaring at pix wanting to apologize to her for his behavior, but knowing that it would have to wait until later. His eyes then passed over the girl she dragged along noticing how she tried to stay out of the group. It seemed that she was somehow different from the others. He couldn't place it, but he would ask Pix about it later if he remembered. He then looked back at the girl glaring at Pix wondering if she would even accept an apology from somebody he knew and hoped that she would. He was already starting to regret joining the Harlequins and he hadn't been a member for more than a few hours.

Tanner ignored Andrea's glare, still focusing his eyes on Pix. Pix was being a little harsh with his choice of words.
"It's not quite as bad as it sounds. I think you should let Pix explain further," Tanner said a little too coldly.
Tanner folded his arms and sighed, shifting his gaze to the white marble floor. It was so polished that he could see a blurry reflection of himself. He looked at it for a moment, and started to feel ashamed he was making this deal with Pix behind the other's backs.
Kai wasn't sure what was going on, but he didn't quite like it. Either way, he trusted Tanner, so he waited to see what was going on.
Lucas paced around near the staircase, a little ways away from everyone. He was anxious, all this tension bothered him. He had sort of figured out what was going on and he wanted to know if he was right.

Catriona had been watching Pix and Andrea alternately whe she felt the heavy weight of someone's gaze upon her. Her eyes searched the few faces she could see and looked into the eyes of a man she had not seen before right as his gaze slid from her to Andrea. She was being watched?
Her eyes dropped to Andrea's heels in front of her a little ways and she questioned her presence here once again, as she would be doing for a very long time to come.

He always did enjoy showboating, "But now, here is the fun part," he said with a smile, "From this day on you are all mercenaries, my mercenaries. You will be the foundation of the new Harlequins, you will pose as a group of traveling performers and only take jobs from the highest paying. You are now the elite of the elite, my brothers," He took a glance at the women, "and sisters in arms... However, do not think that means I will go easy on you. The opposite in fact. When I am done with you, each and every one of you will want nothing more than to put a knife in my back. On the other hand, when I'm done with you, you might actually be good enough to succeed."

Leon’s ears perked up, the conversation had finally got interesting. Though now he was positive that he was not included in the group. Mercenaries hated the government and would never be in the same room if it could be avoided. Unless of corse to kill them that is. He decided to stay and listen to Pix’s conversation a little while longer.

I swear he has a death wish. He noticed the one girl glance down and was worried he might have done something to offend her. He would have to take care of that later though because it seemed his new priority would be to make sure to calm everyone down enough so that they wouldn't try to kill Pix right away. They would need training before he let them do that. As Pix's last sentence reached his ears a small grin spread across his face and disappeared quickly.
