My friend is a geek, and she protests that I am a nerd, even I've never seen Star Trek. She, however, is a major fan of Star Wars.
I read comic books, wear glasses, play video games frequently and have a terrible fashion sense.
Dad always says he admires the way I would rather buy books rather than make-up and clothing.
It's nothing to be proud of if your daughter wants to shy away from her social life and just play games and does homework on the computer.

Hmm...I too acctually have a large ammount of German in me. My real last name should be King(I have no ACCTUALL relation to the name Turner. My mom married, divorced, never changed the name back, then met my dad) and my mom says that our ancestors on the King side are originally from Germany. Id say mostly I have British, German, and Irish in me...Ive also got Spanish and I think some Scottish....>.> Heck Ive probably got a little of everything from Europe.
Ive also got a decent amount of native American in me, and coincidentally I am related, in a way, to Abraham Lincoln.

Just wanted to say that while we were on the subject.

Funnily enough I get mistaken more as japanese than chinese, and my sister gets mistaken as korean because of her nose.

Well, for me the rest is quarter Russian (or Ukrainian I think), Hungarian and Czechoslovakian. I'm pretty sure that those are it.
