Mori kept his hands planted behind his head, and merely shrugged. How was he supposed to tell her he didn't have a real home? How he hated being alone in that mansion?
"My house is being painted. The smell makes me feel sick," he lied smoothly, eyes studying her face.

"Oh, I know what you mean. Some of my friends are the same way." She said with a smile. She looked out the window at the fountain outside, wondering what to talk about. "Are you bored just sitting here by yourself?" she asked curiously.

He didn't say anything, merely cocked his head. It felt weird socialising with a customer outside of the club's usual hours. Nevertheless, he smiled wanly, and followed her gaze towards the fountain.
"Perhaps a you'd enjoy a walk?" he asked suddenly, feeling out of character.
EDIT:
Mori took a quick look at his watch, before he said: "Actually, I'm really sorry to say, I promised I'd tutor a younger student. A rain check, maybe?" he asked her, picking his jacket up off the couch.

Hotaru was a bit surprised at the offer. She would have said yes but she stopped herself when he said that he had to go. "Sure thing. See you later Mori." she replied and stepped out of his way. She did kind of want to go on that walk to get to know him better. Oh well, maybe next time.

Kyouya entered, sighing softly. His eyes watched the large windows, the birds that flew by and over the landscape of bare trees. Narrowing his eyes a bit he walked over to the widnow and looked out. Tamaki wasn't here yet of course... Closing his eyes he let himself relax in the empty host club, raven hair combed as always with the businesslike touch. His uniform was pressed and neat and his hands held a notebook. This was what he and Tamaki created, a good place. A warm and welcoming place.

Hotaru had been looking out the window for a while. She was just daydreaming and lost track of time. She snapped out of the daze when she heard someone coming inside. She blinked then turned to look at Kyouya. “Oh, hello.” she greeted and rubbed the back of her head.

Kyouya blinked and turned to Hotaru. Suddenly he smilled softly. "Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't know you were here, princess. I had heard that yesterday something happened and we weren't to come to school... Though now that we do come back it is empty. It's not time for the host club to open yet. Only a few more minutes I suppose." Of course there were some guests already here, chatting amongst themselves...

“I heard about that too. I wonder what happened.” she put her finger on her chin and looked like she was thinking about the issue for a moment then she shook her head. “Haha, I seem to always come here at the wrong time. What time does the Host club open?” she asked then stood up and smoothes out her red dress. ((I’m going to assume that school’s out now.)) She had skipped the school day and since school was over, she didn’t deep to put on the horrible, yellow uniform.

"Oh, in just a few minutes. I'm surprised they're attempting to open the school today, at least with the lights and such. Even more surprised that people are actually coming to the host club today. Nonetheless its still our duty to tend to our customers..." He looked out the window at the horizon and smiled. It was almost like home. Except Tamaki wasn't there. Closing his eyes he let out a soft sigh. The Competition was coming up soon wasn't it?

“Love stricken teenage girls tend to be very determined.” Hotaru said in a joking manner then laughed a little. “Your duty huh? You make this sound like a job or something. Well…I guess it could be a job in some cases. Do you like being a host Kyouya?….Your name is Kyouya isn‘t it?” she asked curiously.

"I enjoy it." Kyouya admitted. "There are alot of benifits for those in the host club and for customers of the host club. Overall, we usually have a content mood. The guests are happy being here and the hosts enjoy themselves..." He took up his notebook and started to write something in it, his eyes glancing to the side for a moment. This girl was apparently new to the host club. Hadn't he seen her around though? All in all she must be a returning customer.
"I take it you enjoy yourself here as well?"

Hotaru smiled then nodded. “Yes, I do. I’ve only started coming here….about a week ago but it’s been very fun. Hitori-kun was even nice enough to bring me to a cute Japanese sweets café.” She replied then sat down on the windowsill again and leaned back against the wall. “Mori, Hunni, and Tamaki were nice too.” she continued.

May clutched at her shirt and nervously tried to get it down further past her hip, she sighed in frustration when it only stopped a few inches. She hated 'short' clothing, but today she had to wear it. May sighed as she opened the grand doors to the host club, thinking she could see some of her friends. The young girl didn't care much for the things the host club stood for, but her friends did. That's why she thought she could find them here, out of all places.

Kyouya raised a brow. "Hitori-kun?" Was that when Hitori went missing? Was he skipping club activities and going somewhere with this girl? It was against the rules wasn't it? But then, most likely he reeled her in as a customer. Nonetheless Kyouya seemed aggrivated or at least something of that feeling... However... Hitori was still doing his job wasn't he?
"Did he treat you well?" Kyouya asked softly. Really, Hitori still needed a bit more training. He was doing fine for now and even with his rebellious-like acts he managed to satisfy a customer... Kyouya would let it slip for now.
