Robin glanced Nightwing's way since he was close enough to hear the last thing he said, and he chuckled uneasily.
"I know, right?"
Shortly after, he tapped his comm link and held it up to his face to connect with Babs.
"O., it's Robin. Do you have any time to help with a bit of research? We've got a nasty case over here, but parts of it reminded me of someone on your end."

Misty, still leaning on CJ for support, smiled and nodded at the others as they approached them. Well...she smiled as much as she could. The pain in her stomach flared up every now an then, and she tried not to show it. This also meant keeping quiet so she didn't let any groans slip.

d**k sighed, and just said: "Fine. Take one of the cars. If Bruce suddenly appears and figures out one of his cars is missing, I'll just take the blame..." he said to himself.
Abby, however, walked over to Tim.
"Good t'see yer okay, Tim," she said happily. "So... you've just been on the move all day, huh?" she asked, grinning a bit. "Like me."

C.J. smirked. He knew something was up with Misty. "Don't worry about a thing, bud. I'll be back with it in a jiff." he said with a smile. In the back of his mind, he secretly hoped Bruce didn't just suddenly return to Wayne Manor to realize one of his many cars was gone, but as long as Arell had the keys to the truck . . . C.J. was up a creek without a paddle.
Arell smirked, handing him (surprise surprise) the keys. One in particular looked a little funny (and may be recognizable by the aviary heroes of Gotham.)
"Watch de clutch neah third gear, 'specially turnin'. Howevah it's in a funny spot in de one I used. Almos' hit de ejector seat by acciden'." he said with a chuckle. Somethings should NOT be said in front of the Gotham Birdmen. Not being a member of the bat-fam and admitting to taking a ride in one of the Batmobiles? Safe to say that's one of them.
"Wait, Bats drives a stick?!" C.J. asked as he caught the keys.
"Dat one was. Now g'on, git." Arell said with a nod.
"Glad t' know ya, fellas. We'll be back. OH! Does the Batmobile take unleaded?" he asked, before he left.

Crystal had been quiet, having a good ol' time just listening to everyone talking. She cuddled against Arell, purring loudly. "I missed chu... And I has a question for chu..." She looked up at him cutely and smiled at him.
Artemis rolled his eyes and looked over at d**k. "Hey."
"Artie? Did you use that spell again?" Crystal looked away from Arell, only for a moment.

Arell looked back at Crystal with a smile. "You can ask me anything, che'. You oughta know dat by now." he said, teasing her a little bit but taking it in stride. He really hoped that she wasn't gonna go off on him about the botched rescue mission. Okay, botched wasn't the right word: Epic Fail. Now THOSE were the right words!
He paused when she knew Artie did the trick. "Dat would explain de lack of a cat." he said in his low growl.

Oracle responded to Kai first, "RC, we're discussing options right now. I'll keep you posted." Oracle's voice was heard again, "Go ahead Tim. Send me the file."

Robin looked at the device, and then up to Crystal. She had the digital copy.
"Crystal, could you get the case files to Oracle?"
He nodded a bit and scratched at the back of his neck, stretching out his spine a bit as he did so, and then looked at Abby.
"Today's not going to let up."

"Is it always like this?" Abby asked, and Nightwing shrugged.
"There have been a few times where Gotham gets really hectic, and sometimes the whole Batfamily-- er, the group of people that are close associates of Batman-- have to get involved. But usually it's enough for just Batman and Robin alone." he said. "Anything this hectic happen in the months I've been gone, Tim? Not counting the stuff you told me earlier, though-- the Titans being hunted and whatnot."

"Honestly I've only been around for a week... but.... yeah, there are a few things you should really know.....about the Titans too."
Robin looked at the Titan-emblemed communicator in his hand, taking a moment to think.

This caught d**k off-guard, and he moved to another part of the Manor, motioning for Tim to follow so that they could speak privately. Abby and Aiden took the hint, and out of respect for the two birds, they stayed behind.

Crystal nodded to Tim and reached her hands out and seemed to be typing at a computer.
She then turned her head to Arell, still looking to be typing. "Where was the last place you saw Big Daddy. I need to find out where's he's hunkered down at."
Artie scoffed at d**k. "Yah... Big Daddy... And Dorian... And we still have all the villains, just none of the JLA. So in other words, we've been swamped doesn't begin to tell the whole story.." Artemis shouted after the older bird as d**k walked away.
'I'm just glad this isn't the world where Crystal's learning magic....' He thought, only to himself.

Tim glanced at Artemis, this time with a solemn look as he followed Nightwing to a separate room.
"I, didn't believe it when I heard it myself, but..."
Robin frowned and tapped his comm device, searching through the database from the computer downstairs before he came across a certain set of information.
"The tower, the Titan's Tower is gone, d**k."
He looked up at his brother and handed the device to him.
"It was completely leveled. I saw it myself."

Of all the things d**k expected to hear... the destruction of Titan's Tower was not one of them. He was silently for a full thirty seconds... and then he spoke:
"Was there anyone inside? How long ago was this?" he asked softly, but there was an odd intensity in his voice.
