~ Alison Nikolai~ ~3rd year Gryffindor~ (Yes these pictures are me)
Al nodded at Rose's words of comfort, not sure what to say. But she did have an answer to Rose's question. She stopped shivering and shaking and sighed, then spoke in as calm a voice as she could. "I know what it's like. I haven't been there." She said quickly, "But mum has. When mum used magic in front of muggles all those years ago to protect my dad...see, he'd told our whole town my mum was a witch, hoping they'd attack her, but they were gonna attack him instead, so she proved him right so they wouldn't hurt her." She didn't want to go into her past, about her mom then giving her a teary kiss goodbye, never seeing her for years later, so she hurried up. She just wanted to provide an explanation of why the Headmistress of Hogwarts had been there in the first place. "She said is was horrible." She whispered. "There's no light anywhere, you can't see your own hands in front of you, it's that dark. You're in there for eery second of every day, and it's so cold, you can barely breath." Al shuddered. "Each morning and night a dementor gives you some food, but you don't even know what it is, you can't see it. Some prisoners who aren't as harshly punished may have a window if they are on a certain side of Azkaban. Rhi doesn't get one though, mum told me, she found out. Even with a window there's no light, though. It's almost worse with one. All you see are the dementors in huge packs outside the prison walls. Ministry officials may sometimes visit to inspect Azkaban, but they hardly do. The only noises are of people screaming in their sleep. Most die within weeks, days even. They lose the will and hope of living. It's just sucked out of you." Al kept staring at the table as she said all this, like she wasn't really seeing it. She didn't see how Rhi could possibly survive...if she did, all she'd do if suffer. She turned around and looked up at Rose. "Even with unicorn blood, I'll be amazed if she lives." Al whispered tearfully.

"I am not the kind of girl who should be rudely barging in on a white veil occasion
but you are not the kind of boy who should be marrying the wrong girl." ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ( ♥ ) ❀ Rose listened intently as she spoke about Azkaban. Sounded like if you were there you probably should start digging your own grave. It sounded utterly terrible.... just despicable. Unfit for even the worst of criminals. "Do they get a second chance Al? Aren't they able to get out if they've changed?! Pleas say they do!" She said hopelessly. She thought about Rhi. She was strong willed and ruthless and was damn sure about everything she did. "Rhiannon is a tough cookie, Al. She can fight her own battles and has as much as a will to live of anyone. I am sure she will make it. She is a strong girl." She said trying to be comforting. {{Out of Crissy...text text text text text}}

Rose patted her hair awkwardly. "Shh...It's okay..."She said as she began to stroke her hair like her boyfriend did many times. It always seemed to calm Rose, so it was worth a try. "That's bloody dreadful... even if they conform to being good? How awful." She said the smile on her face fading. "I know she probably won't ever change... but something about that place might touch her...It might make her thankful for what she has and it might help her see the better side of the world." She said trying to be positive. Rose let out a slight giggle. "It's really weird. We have never been like, related or anything. But away from home I like to feel... I don't know. Like a part of your family. Considering we both look similar I suppose we could pass as sisters if we try. But Al, I know it hurts but you have to be strong. She did something bad and she is facing her punishment." She said heartfully. {{Out of Crissy...text text text text text}}

She felt accomplished as a "sister" to have kind of helped Al feel better. When she cried in the shoulder, Rose felt like she had failed again. She began to french braid her hair and hum her mom's song. "Al, Rhiannon will live I guarantee you she will. She won't go down without a fight and I promise.... I pinky promise." She linked pinky's with Al stopping the braiding for a minute. "Everything is going to be just fine..."She said in a sweet voice. {{Out of Crissy...text text text text text}}

Rose just never had the urge to. It was good to know she hadn't lost her "magic" touch. "Thanks Al. I haven't braided in forever."She nodded truthfully. She thought about it. "Well I am here to return that book on Unicorns I checked out when I...um..."passed out" here." she said knowing that wasn't what happened. Rhi had scared her and she had fainted. {{Out of Crissy...text text text text text}}

~ Alison Nikolai~ ~3rd year Gryffindor~ (Yes these pictures are me)
Al nodded knowingly, remembering what Rose had said in the hospital wing, what she'd confessed right before Rhi had been dragged away. Funny. Al had read the letter and it didn't sound as she had expected it to at all. She wasn't sure what to expect in a letter from a jerk like Rhiannon...love, of course not...but did she really expect hate? Not really. She saw what she expected to see in other houses, not what was really there, and it took Rhi's outburst of tears to prove that.
"Nice, I love unicorns." Al smiled, faking it a bit. "I was just studying for school stuff, herbology and charms." After a while of small talk, Al sighed and the bell rang. "Well, I gotta head back. It was nice seeing you Rose." She said with a genuine smile. ((Not sure what else to say XD ))

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxуσυ ωσи'т fιи∂ н є α я т σя ѕ σ υ ℓ ιи тнє ѕтαяѕ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆xxxxxCaiden decided to sneak into the library in hopes that he wouldn't get in trouble for being down in there so late. The boy walked into the the center of the room, looking around for a place to start, and he decided to remember as much as he could about coming down here for research last year, since he had to do something on magical creatures in the library last year. If he could find something on magical creatures, he would be all set, and he could start searching for the type of monster Lucas was. That would make the world of difference. Caiden walked down towards the back of the library and walked into one of the many rows of which he scanned briefly to discover that the books were on plants, and not on magical creatures. He sighed and thought a little harder. He remembered sitting at one of the tables in the middle of the room, deciding that it was easiest to get away from the crowd of people gathering on the... Right side! He smiled at his memory, and walked to the other side of the library.
When he found another bookcase to look down, he scanned the shelves to find that he had been right this time: this section was all about magical creatures. He rubbed his hands together and from his bag, he pulled out a few pieces of parchment paper and a quill with never-ending ink. Then, he looked around and pulled down a book from the shelves called 'Magical Creatures from all Centuries: The Tell-all of dangerous and powerful creatures.' by Dr. J.P Spillinger. He didn't recognize the name or the title, but decided that it would probably be a good start. The first thing he did was look at all the powerful creatures: Dragons, Basilisk, Griffins and the mer people, all listed in the top ten, and those were the ones that he recognized. There were a few in there that he hadn't recognized, and those kind of scared him. He kept looking through the list and noticed that there were some humanized ones on the list such as Half-giants and vampires, and that was where his interest was caught. He knew that it was a humanized one since Lucas was still, well, human as far as Caiden could tell. Caiden wrote three things on his paper, splitting them up into the columns: Grey Hairs, Strange Dates circled, Blood-licking. Those were the things he noticed about Lucas recently that he really wanted to figure out, especially the strange dates.
Looking through the book, he found a passage on Vampires, and he began to read. He could be there all night if he got away with it, and he hoped that he would so he could easily figure out what Lucas was and protect Sparrow from any danger. He refused to let anything happen to her, and Caiden promised himself that he would do whatever he could to protect her, even if that meant doing a little research to figure out what he was up against. ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆

♡のⓛⓞⓥⓔ♡____Tierra Piper Verdicchio Gryffindor 5th Year____♡のⓛⓞⓥⓔ♡
 "All this time you were pretending
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Tierra walked into the library and panted as she ran in. She promised Nonnie. Nonnie said that if she studied hard and got good grades, she could stay. If failed, she would have to go back to Italia and be home schooled until she was 17. Then she was on her own. She liked Hogwarts, It was so different form where she was from. The air smelled different, the people spoke different even the money was different! She was quite depressed to find that her euros did not work here. She would need English currency. Plus the pizza here was not as good as back home but she was willing to over look those details to stay in England. She needed a break from her home land.
She was so unfamiliar with this place. It was large and very...empty. She needed a book on...pozioni..or "potions" as the american's called it. She was quite good at potions and thought she should brush up a bit on her best subject. Well why not? She walked towards the book shelf under "P" but couldn't seem to find anything. She wasn't to used to the English words yet and had a hard time. It wasn't that she couldn't read English. She could. But she wasn't exactly used to all of the words. She still had no idea what a "television" was and what "radical" meant. but she didn't care. She looked discouraged and crinkled her brow.
Where was the book on potions? Why wasn't it here? Was she not looking hard enough. She walked to the front desk to find. No one there. No bibliotecario in sight. No librarian. What terrible service she thought but kept it to herself. She needed help so she ran over to the closet person to her. He was a boy, about her age maybe older. He had dark hair his head was stuck in his book. She didn't want to disturb him but she had no choice. Finding this book was important. She tapped him on the shoulder lightly and tucked her hair behind her ear when it fell over her eyes. "Ciao...I mean Hello. Excuse but you would not know where the book on potions would be,right? Because I can't seem to find it. Sorry but I saw no bibliote..."She paused remembering she had to speak in english. "Librarian anywhere. Would you know where it is? I am molto sorry. I am new to this place." The Italian girl asked him polietely awaiting his answer. She hoped she hadn't bothered him. He seemed to be very into his reading material.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
So much for my happy ending."

 Zoe Dylan..........................Third year
Zoe entered the library having nothing else to do. She had been flying around for hours and she needed some time to catch her breath. she wondered among the hundreds of shelves looking for a interesting read. In the autobiography section there was a book. Magical Me by Gilderoy Lockhart. Zoe took the book and examined it carefully. The handsome wizard who was grinning ear to ear from the front cover made Zoe wrinkle her nose in disgust. Magical Me? rolleyes She said audibly forgetting she was in the library.

Kara Duskat --- Ravenclaw 2nd Year ------------------------------------------------------ Kara quietly entered the library, her eyes flicking back and forth, taking in all the barely subdued activity going on around her. Wow, it's crowded in here today...everybody MUST be getting ready for the classes to start back up again. Kara had been waiting all summer for school to start back up again. She had only been attending Hogwarts for one measly year so far, and she had spent the majority of it hiding in the back of her classes and hoping that no one would go out of their way to talk to her. She always seemed to work against herself that way. This year was going to be different though. She was absolutely going to make at least one good friend this year. And she'd be sure to start...tomorrow...maybe the next day. Kara walked up to one of the bookshelves, scanning them for anything that could catch her eye. She would do this from time to time, just look for nothing in particular at any given time. "Ah! This is perfect!" Taken in by the thought of a decent read, Kara didn't realize just how loud she randomly yelled in a library of all places. Completely detaching herself from her surroundings, she took the copy of Which Broomstick back to her corner table, settling into her usual spot and drifting off into her world. Her eyes darted across the page, taking in as many facts at once as her brain could handle. Lists of different woods, charts showing the different speed, quality vs price, maneuverability, so many different figures racing through her mind it was unclear whether she would even notice if someone was standing right in front of her. -------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------
