Mordranna merely gasped in astonishment as the Dragon self destructed amidst the fleet, engulfing the ships in hot plasma. "Well ... it looks like that's our signal to go in," She then pushed the freighter's engines, taking the ship closer to the planet. "Looks like our work's cut out for us," she told Rekan. "Be ready for anything."

((ehm...didn't think about it really))
"Roger, Captain Brunhildt," he responded, an edge of humor in his tone and glinting in his eyes. He tended to the controls he had assigned himself to, stabilizing the ship through its rough, if brief, journey.

Mordranna gave a good, hearty chuckle. "All right," she then looked through the viewport, surveying the rocky landscape. "Let's look for a place to land this thing. After that, we'll figure out how to get into this base." As the little battered frieghter sailed over the landscape, they made note of landing pads. "It seems there's a power outage here. The automated doors do not open." she noted, indicating the landing pad they sailed above. "We'll have to get in the hard way." And then, something caught her attention. "It seems there was a wreck of some sort over there," she noted, pointing out some smoke and fire from a far up office. "Rekan, it seems that someone kindly punched a hole for us. Perhaps we should go in that way," She then indicated a roof-like structure. "We'll land there. From there, we can either rappel down into the building, or use the Force to levitate."

Labrynth gave a small smile, showing his teeth just very slightly, before taking his cane and rapping Angel's hand so hard, the wood snapped. But by now, his smile had faded to that of a scowl.
"Never suggest to me that I should forget her. Don't think that just because your love is still living I cannot change that," He started walking along, no longer with the aid of a cane, since it was snapped in half, so his walk was now most awkward, almost like he was teetering drunk away from the hangar, towards the first part of his training.

"I vote we repel," Rekan commented. "That way we have the force as backup." He smiled slightly, "And it's what I'm personally more used to. If you ever participated in boarding actions, you should be no stranger to the procedure yourself."

Mordranna went to the ledge of the building's top. "A sound plan, padawan," she said, procuring some cable from one of her belt's compartments. "Of course, I've only done this a couple of times. At least now, I have the Force to fall back on, in case an unexpected complication arises," she said, mildly shuddering at the memory of her own time as a stormtrooper, remembering one of her own comrades falling to his death due to faulty equipment.

Rekan easily found a cable by the main hatch and yanked a good length of it out. He wrapped it around his waist, then cross-wise across his chest. He grabbed a grip higher up on the cord and pressed buttons on it to control extension. "Ready when you are, master."

To her suprise, the whack from the cane barely hurt. Angel gave a menacing stare for a moment, though it was unseen as the old man's back was turned. She whispered to Trey, " I have no idea if this will accomplish anything, but I'm wondering if being as cranky as him would have any effect. " She then said in a mimic of Labrynth's voice, " Now look there. You went and broke your cane out of anger and now you can't use it anymore. "

Trey decided to go along with it and pretended to have another memory burst.
"Hey, did we ever meet a female that sounded just liked Lab? Cranky, kinda tall..fat...Huttish?"

Mordranna surveyed the roof top, searching for a place for the wired hook to take purchase. "This will do," she noted, administering a good solid yank on a convieniently located pipe, testing for sturdiness. With that, she began her descent down the side of the building. "Let's use caution, padawan," After descending roughly ten feet, she absently mused, "This sort of reminds me of a training excersize on Carida,"

Labrynth took no notice of the new insults thrown his way. He didn't care anymore. Hence, when the Ithorian he was supposed to meet (nicknamed Uncas by Lab) came, the grimace on his face was somewhat... natural. Leading the way through the buildings, Uncas started the conversation. One does not appear flustered when one's hosts arrive. It is horrible manners.
"Shall we prepare your training stations, master Labrynth?" Uncas asked.
"No, the two are unsalvagable. They lack proper conduct, and barely contain the capacity to behave older than seven years of age. You may begin dismantling the equiptment. They'll never learn to be jedi with such arrogance. I've already paid the credits in full, just pack up the machinery and send it to my salvage shop. I knew that this would end up this way, but they have no patience, no dedication, and most of all, no manners whatsoever. I'll be leaving by one full planetary rotation. Waste of effort," Labrynth replied.
"What of the DSA threat? Oh, and take my walking stick, I had a feeling you'd be needing it."
"Many thanks," Labrynth replied, taking the staff to support his weight, "The DSA threat will be dealt with one way or another. The New Republic has just recently created an ionization decoding device to reclaim coruscant, which is what they are mobilizing for. Skywalker's pupils will be forced upon the burden of maintaining control while the power shifts. It is not like a pair of people will make a difference. At least that pair. We need not have concerns for those barves."
"Well, I would like to ask another thing, if I may. We were setting up the sync machinery, and it turns out its actually quite fun to use, so before you pack it up, we would like to have it for a week."
"Quite acceptable. Has Rook come by here?"
"Yes, this is most true. The ship which you requested is almost prepared. Almost a waste, though, isn't it. With the recent turn of events, who will pilot it?"
"I guess I get a shiny new lawn ornament."
"I doubt if that will attract more buisness, but something that top of the line would need some use before your associates rip the innards out."
"Maybe I'll take a vacation. Heaven knows I need one with my wife's passing coming up in four weeks."
"True. Perhaps you'll take in some of our rituals and the Mother Jungle?"
"We shall see. Since my retirement has come early, I guess it wouldn't hurt to try."

The DSA fleet was taking the dock well. There forces could not get off there pads befor being shot down. The cruisers flew past making it hard for the larger ships docked to do any thing.
" Yes.... YES!!! " Drako laughed evily as he watched.

Rekan was close to follow, less than a yard above her. "It remainds me of many boardings, exept now we have the convenience of air, and gravity." He touched down and disentangled himself from the cord with practiced skill.

"And, here we are." Mordranna announced with little fanfare, also freeing herself of the cable. "I sense that our friend Tal is around here somewhere. No doubt making a nuisance of himself," she wryly added with a mild chuckle. And then, the familiar hum of a lightsaber blade. "Rekan?" Mordranna asked, before her attention was immediately focused elsewhere. "I thought I heard there were some Jedi snooping around here," came a hissed voice, the figure clad in dark robes, his pale face adorned in tatto-like black markings. Possibly an acolyte, by his appearance. "A Sith, I see," Mordranna stated, as though the young Sith man were a random passerby wandering about. "Prepare yourself," the Sith hissed. And then, the other end of the Sith's hilt sprang to life. Mordranna immediately saw the weapon for what it was, though she'd not expected to see it wielded by such ... an amateur. "Nothing, if not confident, my Sith friend," she added, bringing her own saber to life. "We'll take him together," she near-whispered to Rekan.
(( Anything you wish to add, ND? ))

Rekan had hardly nodded before tearing after the Acolyte, his saber ignited a mere split-second before being brought down on the Sith, who blocked eagerly. Rekan sent a strong kick to the acolyte's legs. The man jumped, and Rekan tumbled under him, righting himself to face the Sith's back, with his lightsaber raised over the opponent's head.
