Hark How The Angels Sing Remmy's right. Water wouldn't work normally. But I believe maybe we could have an A-Rank Suiton Jutsu match it and both end up neutralizing themselves. Unfair it has to be an S rank just like Amaterasu or that wouldnt be fair.

Killer-bee. Im not sur ebut Sasuke either stopped it or,he ran out of power.And it didn't kill the raikage because I think he ripped his arm off or somthing.
