Who owns the weapon:
Yukio Yuuto
Where it was found/Who made it:
Yukio actually made it purely out of Iron sand.
The Range of the weapon:
Fifty feet ( Manipulated ) three feet ( Together )
Weakness:
It is only usable by a satetsu member
it can be the only thing manipulated by the user ( Excluding satetsu for extra defence )
Only usable by someone with Satetsu strength of atleast C rank
Description:
While thinking of ways to increase his own power, Yukio came up with a weapon that played to his strengths perfectly. By creating a katana completely out of Satetsu, he was able to manipulate it to the point he took it to peices, one thousand in total. each small blade is razor sharp, and is capable of the cutting power of a kunai. when the blade is together, it looks like a regular Katana, but while it is separated, it is like a thousand razors floating around Yukio, capable of forming in a single place in the blink of an eye to combine and form part of the blade to block an attack, or to counter an unarmed strike. It takes a total of 10 chakra points to split and remake the blade, making it impossible to make the entire blade and split it apart more than twice in a single battle.

Hot cheese (Oh geeze), sorry guys. Between being in the hospital, building my other guild, and managing Kiri this fell by the wayside. But no more!
@Katelyn: Three questions: One, does your RPC have the suiton element? Question two, what is the chakra cost of its ability. Finally, explain water bomb...does it just splash the opponent with concussive force (enough to throw them to the ground or something), or is it something else?
@Havik: APPROVED! The only thing is, you'd need to get your poisons approved once the custom poison thread is up. Other than that, you're good to go.
@iHarky: Alright, there's only one thing amiss here and it's the blink attack. It seems almost inevitable and impossible to dodge. I would say for a taijutsu or weapon specialist of your rank, the overdrive would be cut in half simply because of extensive body training to handle muscles working in stressful conditions. Just as well, if someone is of your rank with the speed shinobi type, it would be just as easy for them to dodge the attack; albeit at the cost of some muscle damage. Just rework it so that it's reasonable for someone to possibly get out of, but dangerous enough so that once initiated, the muscle strain does take a significant toll like reducing a taijutsu/weapon specialists speed by one rank, and strength.
@Tv: I would edit this so that the blades are as fast as you are. You can't have a weapon that basically is faster than yourself, otherwise controlling it would be utterly impossible; you have to at least be capable of recognizing its movement speed to control it. Other than that and the fact that it's peculiarly similar to senbonzakura, I don't really see anything else wrong with it. 3nodding

Just my observation, TV's "weapon" reads more like a clan jutsu...

The blink of an eye thing was more for forming back into the Katana to block an attack, they can't shoot out that fast. If you want I could edit that in. Yeah, I don't like that it does, and I was actually thinking of changing my custom weapon because of that. Maybe into an interlinkable chainsaw blade that is long enough to wrap around a fully grown tree, but that seems a bit off, even for a Satetsu user with Ability control.
this was basically an excuse to be able to manipulate a Katana by passing it off as manipulating a thousand tiny peices of metal. >.>

Yes, Yes it does. But alas, i can't be off galavanting around the guild with a lot of custom jutsu, so I'll knock a couple of them out with a weapon instead.

 Weapon Name || Kibatsu Getsuei Meaning || Striking Moons Who Owns Weapon || Takeo Asahi Origin || Takeo is unsure of the exact origins of the blades; he was given the swords during one of his training sessions when he was eleven, and has been fighting with them ever since. He was told that they once belonged to a rouge ninja from the Leaf. Weapon Range || The swords are about 26 inches long, end-to-end. Weakness || The two blades are shorter then most other swords, making it so he has to get considerably closer to the target, Description || Kibatsu Getsuei is actually two identical swords, both given to him during one of his many training sessions as a kid. In fact, he was given the swords the very day that he got the scar that is visable running down the entire length of his back. Takeo carries the swords on his back, the blades crossed. The hilt, which is extremely sharp, can also be used in combat situations.

@Tim: You do realize you could just make a bloodline jutsu that forms a katana? That's the glory of that sort of clan.
@Hybrixx: What happens when you infuse chakra into these swords? Do they become stronger? Sharper? Shoot fireballs? If they have any special abilities activated by the chakra infusion, the ability needs to be written out, described, and given a base chakra cost. Per post, going by your description of draining over time.
If you're just looking to get special effects by adding different chakra types to the blades though, I recommend looking through the jutsu lists first. We do have various jutsu (And some clans), that do such things already. If you used one of those instead, you wouldn't even need to apply for a custom weapon if that's what you're after.

@Hinote:: Sorry, forgot to add that. ^^ I editted it. And as for the clans/jutsu, my character is already a Bushin, which does come with some sword abilities. And I'll look in to the jutsus. Thanks.
Sorry, I forgot about the clan's Chakra Scabbard and Divine Scabbard, which pratctically does just that. ^^; So, do I still need the swords approved now, since they don't exactly have any special properties?

The Range of the weapon: Close ranged (4 ft long blade) Weakness:- Water - Requires Katon as the primary element of the owner - The owner can't use any other weapon while the sword is being used (unarmed fighting and jutsu usage are still allowed) Description:Ignem Profanum is a sword that is said to be forged by the flames of the underworld. In the past there were rumors about how a single swordsmen killed groups of bandits, claiming to be the heir of the underworld's ruler. The corpses left behind all had marks as if they were cut by a very hot blade. Stories aside, this sword has an uknown origin. The real creator of the sword and when it was created is a mystery. Also unknown to anyone, other than the owner of the sword himself, there is a characteristic that makes it even more unique. It has a mind, a soul, of its own. The sword is able to communicate with its owner, as if it is alive. Yet that communication is restrict to its owner only, no one else can hear the sword. When without a master, it chooses a new master when a compatible one is nearby, guiding the chosen person to the sword. If the sword is lost or taken, it may guide its owner to where it is being kept, but no precise locations, just direction. The sword is able to hear anything the owner hears, but if the owner is asleep or far from the sword, it won't be able to hear a thing (Being useless to gather information). The "personality" of the sword changes from owner to owner, it may be someone who gives good or bad advices, or both. Contact with water weakens sword for 4 posts. Yet if it is struck by a fire technique, the cooldown is reduced by 2 posts. While the owner has the sword with him, even if it isn't being used, every flame produced will be purple colored, representing the "Flames of Underworld". AbilitiesName: Flame Edge Element: Katon Rank: E to S Description: The whole sword is made of a special material that can endure extremely high temperatures without melting. In addition to that, flames weaker than the user's (1 rank below or weaker) are drawn closer to the sword by using the same amount of chakra that the user would spend to perform the same technique. (Can be used while the sword is wet) Name: Unholy Ignition Element: Katon Rank: E to S Description: At the cost of some chakra the next three attacks made with the sword, that hit something, will cause a small explosion. The power of the explosion depends on how much chakra was used for the technique. 2 Chakra points for E ranked power, 3 for D ranked and so on. Before learning this technique, the user must know at least 1 technique of a higher rank, being the maximum S ranked. This technique is considered of the same rank of the user when being learned and the maximum amount of chakra that can be spent by the user is equal to how much would be spent when performing a technique of the user's rank. (Can't be used if the sword is wet) Note: When the owner of the sword becomes S ranked, 5 posts training with each technique will be required before being able to perform them with S ranked power.

For Unholy ignition, as long as the chakra costs are the same as they would be for any jutsu of whatever rank it becomes, I'm okay. Other than that, I have no qualms with the weapon. So I guess just get back to me about that.
