As the neko was finally running towards her, Melody made a leap to try and grab him, but he turned quickly and she fell face first into the ground.

Ow....Darn, even for a neko like myself, hes' fast. she thought grumpily to herself as she stood back up, only to nearly be run into by Jaden. She jumped back on reflex and ended up tripping over her own hem, falling over again. She was beginning to see why her brothers didn't want to be considered 'weak' and took to fighting to beat others up....but it obviously came at a heavy price.

Still feeling her blood boil, she found it was very hard to think clearly when angry. She rarely did get angry at much, and lately she had fried her emotions altogether. Standing up, she took a moment to think with her hands on her hips.

A voice that wasn't hers occurred to her in thought. You're too tense Melody, haha! This isn't you at all lately. Don't you remember? A true Vritania HAS no shame! In her brother's voice, she felt a lightbulb click.

Then without warning, she smirked, took the hands to her dress and began to take it off, speaking up in a loud tone for the first time since they left the house, but mainly to herself.

"Alright; you want me to lighten up? Should've figured; this thing is slowling down my running speed. I keep tripping over it and catching it in these branches."

As she stuffed her dress into her backpack, she stood in just white undergarments and her gloves as she went to put her long red hair in a bun. A red neko tail swished about and her foot tapped impatiently til the hair was out of her face. Not even paying attention to the fact Jayden was right there, she picked up her staff and blew onto it. wings suddenly sprouted from the sides, and she sat ontop of it like a witches broom.

"I'm gonna get you now; can't hide from Melody Vritiania! Muwahahahaha!" she giggled strangely as she kicked off from teh ground and sped off into the woods after him.

Mid-day 1-2 in the afternoon

RIkku

"exactly" She said to luna, "if we don't get there soon We will have to stay the night and go tomorrow... I know that it is only mid-day, but I have alot of Formalities that I need to attend to as soon as we get into the treetop city... there will be people that want my blessing, I'm going to have to answer alot of questions about the war, and what my opinions are on the rising tensions between tribes, I'm even going to have to deal with things as obnoxious as Marriage proposals, and suitors vying for my attention... not because they actually want me... just because they want me as a trophy... it is rather irritating." She stated. "Killian do you have the--"

Killian

"Yep! He said pulling two small necklaces out of the bag and giving one to Rikku and holding on to one of them. "Luna, These necklaces will keep both parties in contact with one another, that way Rikku can tell us when they are getting close to the ambush point, or tell us if we need to hide, or make camp or whatever we need to know." He stated matter of factly. "Oh! and RIkku I made another one and slipped it into jaden's pocket this morning so in case of emergency you may call him, ty and melody for help as well!" He said happily.

Ty

"I don't think it's going to be very fun when she catches you." He chuckled bearing his claws folding his wings and divebombing towards Larris, tearing throught tree limbs as he descended towards his target.

((I am so sorry guys! I went too my grandma's house and I knew she had internet. but for some reason it wouldn't make Gaia work. ))

((I'm just waiting for Sora kitty to post her reply but, I have yet to see it though. Mainly because both things are going on at the same time, so I'm not going to separate my posts. If they where going on at different times, I would be splitting my posts.))

Alexander nodded. "Yes it would. As well I don't think I'd be more hindering then help with the ambush" He said and laughed abit at himself. He moved over too Rikku and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Though I'm hardly dressed adaquitly too look like We'd know each other" He said. He could feel the difference in her change of clothes, a much higher quality fabric. Somthing ment too only be worn at important events, such as meeting royality.

Rikku

"you are dressed fine... The harpy tribe has bizarre rules when it comes to servants..." She stated awkwardly. "Like: A servants clothing may not cost more than half of their owners." She stated honestly. "they make a very distinct line between "owners" and their servants, people who don't follow these rules aren't really punished... but is one of those wierd things that they consider not socially acceptable, unless you are romantically entangled with your servant." She stated nodding with a shrug. "it is kind of annoying... but what can you do, ya know. Anyways c'mon Alexander we must be there soon when you are ready tell me when and I will take us there." She said nodding at killian.

Killian

"C'mon luna lets go to the Ambush point. I already know where it is, Rikku and I have had this planned since the morning we left from The drylands." He said excitedly

Seeing Melody near him, Larris knew he couldn't keep out of reach much longer. Besides, he was also getting fairly tired. Continuing his run, he was out of breath, and starting to slow down. He knew melody would be able to catch him by now, but he still continued running.

Loosing sight of Melody, Jaden slowed to a jog, and tried to follow the direction she had gone in to the best of his ability.

"All right, lets go then." Luna replied to Killian as she followed him to where he was leading too. "Just hope this goes as planned."

"I've never meet a harpy before so this should be interesting" He said and nodded too rikku to signal he had anything and was ready too leave.
