Cale Darksun yes, Des. you can use two swift and a standard. Okay... I used one swift move action last, I'm sure I told you that. So I need to use two more to move up the condition track. Isn't it 3?

Isn't it 3? Unless you have the feat Shake it Off... It's three. Since I have said feat. Lor only needs to take 2.

I should be able to set the hydro spanner down and pick up a stun grenade while keeping the Force powers that I’ve raised up right?

I'd think so... I think you'd also still have a standard action left.
Dropping the hydrospammer... swift action or free action I think.
Picking up the grenade... move action.
So there'd be a standard action left I think.
You should confirm with Cale to be sure.

Keeping the powers up is like an action, I think a standard action.
So I would think I would get my move and swift actions.

Correct. You can not attack but the other two actions you can do.
