Trey smirked as she let her hand go of the knob. Maybe Ken wasn't so bad after all, and he did make for good company.
"Deal. And for your information, if it wasn't for this dreadful winter putting the Earth to sleep, I would be just fine." she admitted, finally admitting her weakness to someone. "I go into a hibernation state in the winter, especially if I am where it is extreme. Like snow and ice, and all that stuff.."
She stepped back toward Ken, stepping on a article of clothing, which allowed her OCD to get the better of her, she picked up the shirt, and.. Well after looking around and not knowing where to toss it, she tossed it in the corner with the rest of things. "Sorry.." she mumbled trying to keep her embarrassment under control.
"So, Ken.. What kind of things are you into? Like Music, Art? That kinda thing?" her question was innocent, really she was trying to keep from babbling, she was nervous, and he wanted her to stay, that only added to the butterflies she felt.

Using Misa's back as a step, Naoya vaulted backwards off the girl into a standing position, his arms held in a defensive position. "So Misa-chan. Congratulations on the first blow." He said with a smile that only reached his face. "I do hope you enjoyed my counter though, it's a technique I've been practicing for quite some time. Though I've never had the opportunity to actually use it." (Reeveenge of the bad posts! Maybe school's sucking my writing skills out?)

☆▀▄)Cyclone Vixlyan(▄▀☆ Cyclone decide to head over to the training hall. He hadn't seen his step-brother around all day... he want to see him again. Maybe some training would take his mind off of his feelings. When reached the training hall, he saw the King and Ace were sparring with each other. He wanted to intervene, but decide to sit and watch. He could have used a good floor show to entertain him. AKA the Infamous Weapon Z

Ken nodded, and slowly let out a breath he didn't even know he was holding in. So she was an Earth elemental, but he didn't think much of winter, when the Earth sleeps, to affect her that much. It was sort of like what swimming did to him, it really weakened his power output, and it causes a drastic change in bodily heat. That wasn't important though, but the question she asked him after picking up one of Riku's shirts and tossing it in the corner, and for some reason her face was a bit darker red than usual. What exactly was it he liked to do? More over, why did he even want to answer? Swallowing his pride for a split second he said, "I try to make younger kids happy. If they're crying, I try to make them feel better. If they're getting beat up, I scare the people away, and try to help the kid. It's something I've done since my brother was born... and have continued since his death." He sighed, then adding on the usual answer to the question, "Me and Riku occasionally play video games..." His usual sentence was in an even more monotone voice than most things he said ever were.

" Why thank you, Prince." The Ace said, returning the smile with a forced one of her own. " And it was a lovely counter, thank you for demonstrating." The raven haired girl said as her small hand darted out like a striking snake, her fingers wrapping around Naoya's wrist with a vicelike grip as grinned and with as much strength as she could muster pulled him towards her at the same time bringing her left knee up.

Trey smiled as she leaned against the wall he was against. But keeping the distance, she didn't want to make things uncomfortable between the two. It was good that he could let down his wall for her now, it eased on the embarrassment she would sometimes feel around him. Maybe she was getting to comfortable around him.. This thought scared her a bit.
As he talked, Trey. wanted to say something, but no words came to mind. She knew the subject of his younger brother was touchy, and doubted he could handle talking about him to much longer. Then he mentioned video games. This made her smile, her grin only growing. "What kinds of video games? There are your first person shooters, RPGs, racing games, simulations, action, horror.. This list goes on and on.. " video games use to be her thing before she came to this school, having to leave behind all that.
She slid down the wall to sit, keeping her knees at her chest, her usual position, only this time she didn't bother with completing the ball, she left her arms at her side, her head up to face Ken better.

"For a tree to become tall it must grow tough roots among the rocks." - Friedrich Nietzsche
As Astin was about to comment back on his excuse of being only a freshmen she watched as he fell back off the chair. Since she was leaning forward she to almost fell, but realizing what an awkward position they would be in and if anyone was to walk by, well it wouldn't be good. She caught herself by putting her hands out in front of her catching the chair to which she leaned on now, as it was better than being on the floor, on top of a teacher. She blushed as this thought entered her mind and she shook her head, looking down at Tai she laughed a bit, "I'm sorry it's just you look familiar," moving the chair she bent over offering her hand, "Here, I'm sorry, do you need help getting up?"

"Um, it's okay. What Mandy did wasn't your fault." Aurelia replied, making her way out of the bathroom after putting her pants back in the hamper. Hearing his suggestion about coming over surprised her, but she appreciated the thought. "Actually, chicken noodle soup sounds really good." She admitted, laughing a little. "Okay, sure. See you soon then." Aurelia hung up afterwards, quickly going back to the bathroom and brushing her hair, fixing her appearance. Wearing pajamas wasn't that bad, and she could clean the room a bit. Suddenly, she felt a vibration in her free hand where she held her cell phone, an alarm going off. Looking at the screen it said "Meeting" indicated at 8:00 p.m. Disabling the alarm she walked back to her room, turning on the laptop and letting itunes pick a random song. Soon enough, Rehab by Rihanna began to play.
Baby baby, when we first met, I never felt something so strong...And all of a sudden you went and left, I didn't know how to follow. It's like a shock that spun me around, and now my heart's dead. I feel so empty and hollow.
Aurelia tidied up the bed, making it and then putting down the blinds.
And now I feel like - ooh! You're the reason why I'm thinking "I don't wanna smoke on these cigarettes no more". I guess that's what I get for wishful thinking. Should've never let you enter my door. Next time you wanna go on and leave, I should just let you go on and do it. 'Cause now I'm using like I bleed.
It's like I checked in to rehab. And baby, you're my disease...((sorry, my internet died. and, just chose parts of the lyrics appropriate for the situation above, thus the "..." ^^))

Jay nodded and hung up the phone. “Ah crap...” he groaned as the people from D-Hall escaped. Summoning the whips on his fingers he whipped them towards two people but sadly he was not able to catch them. With the rest to far away he dropped his head and sighed loudly. “I’m dead...” Knowing he had no reason to be there anymore Jay headed towards Aurelia’s room before stopping. “The soup, I almost forgot!” He exclaimed as he rushed to his room grabbing a thing of chicken noodle soup from the cupboard, pouring some water in it and headed out the door towards Aurelia’s room.
Within moments he was standing in front of her door. Gulping softly he heated his hand slightly allowing the water in the container to boil slowly, heating and cooking the soup. Taking a deep steadying breath Jay brought his knuckle up to the door and softly rasped on it.

Hearing a knock at her door the Queen was startled. However, giving a brief scan over her room, she found everything in order. Pausing the music playing from her laptop Aurelia walked to the door, opening it and seeing Jay, she gave a small smile. "Hi, Jay." She then moved aside, welcoming him in. This wasn't necessarily breaking school rules. After all, it wasn't like they were planning to do anything like the situation they had discovered earlier that day. At that thought she immediately pushed the memory away, holding her emotions at bay. Her eyes were still a little red. She didn't need to show anything like that in front of Jay.

Jay saw Aurelia’s red eyes, and he knew she must have been crying. His thoughts drifting to what he did when he had Riku’s cell. She couldn’t be this down because of it could she? He thought to himself as he walked into her room bowing slowly. “And I thought my room was nice...” He said slightly ashamed. “Well, I guess power really does get you things.” He walked into the room and stopped. “Oh yeah, your soup, here you go.” He said handing her it slowly. “Be careful, it is fairly hot... Much like you...” He said blushing softly as he spoke.
Looking around the room he leaned against the wall and smiled. “So, are you ok? From the looks you were crying. Is something the matter Aurelia my Queen?” He questioned as he looked at her biting his inner lip fearing her answer.

Hearing his comment Aurelia froze. She had heard comments from guys like that before, but she didn't expect it from Jay at that moment. However, she pushed it aside, not wanting the atmosphere to become awkward. "Oh, I'm okay." She replied to his question, sitting down on the bed and stirring the soup, letting it cool and placing it on the nightstand. "I...I just hoped too much for one thing, even though I shouldn't have. It's my fault." Aurelia clasped her hands in her lap, admitting part of the truth. Right now she knew that on the rooftop, she could have been meeting Riku at this moment. But, because of his cancelling the meeting, here she was with Jay. How ironic, huh, Mandy? She thought, a little sarcastic.

Jay gulped, his heart sinking. “W-Well... if you want I can leave you alone. I mean, you could always try to make things work out couldn’t you?” He looked at the floor, not daring to look up. “I’m sure whatever it is can’t be that bad can it?” He sighed and looked up, looking at Aurelia.

Making eye contact with Jay, she smiled again. "True, I guess I'm just exaggerating things. After all, I can get over it." She lied, but didn't want to tell him the truth. However, she felt happy he was there. He didn't pry or get into her business, but cheered her up. "Thanks, Jay."

Jay looked at her and raised his eyebrow. “No problem. So, do you want me to go so you can... try and fix whatever is wrong?” He asked his heart beating slower fearing her answer would be yes. Even if it was he’d have to push those thoughts away, she was his Queen, and he cared for her as more than that. He was honour bound to protect and serve her, yet he also didn’t want her to see him in pain, it would make him look, pathetic he thought so he smiled and waited for her answer.
