"Alright...I guess that's all you will tell then..."Kuro sighed and finished his meal.He took care of everything and sat back down waiting for her to finish."Well...When you're ready we can go on that little tour of the school..."He said smiling.

Layla finished just a few moments after him and nodded. "I'm ready," she said, smiling. She wondered where they'd be going first; surely not back to the playground, seeing as they'd already been there. She stood up, returning the tray and everything, before returning. Standing next to the booth, she smiled down at him. "Ready when you are," she laughed, knowing he said that a few minutes before.

Layla laughed, embarrassed. "Actually, here and the playground have been the only places," she admited, blushing. She twidled on a strand of hair for a moment, before looking up at him. "But we dont' have to go see everything" she assured him, knowing that'd take forever. In truth, she really didn't want to see exactly everything; she never really walked around much. Usually, she was training so it wouldn't matter; just some quiet spots would be nice.

Tomoro stopped suddenly, her eyes peering carefully around her. Death... it... lingers... Moving her arm around her in a circular motion, a few of the plants around her began rustling, and seemed to move to life, their branches extending upward and pointing toward the East. That's what I thought... thank you. Of course, plants can sense heat when it approached... and that's certainly what was happening here. Someone was coming fast, and Tomoro didn't like it.
Pushing her hair to the side of her face, Tomoro moved closer toward the strange aura approaching her. It was then that she spotted the orange-haired man from earlier. Her mouth seemed to twist into what seemed like either a smirk or a snarl, and she approached him, her dress bouncing along with her. Stopping about three feet away from him, she put both hands on her hips, her hair falling gently along her back.
"So... you're the fire manipulator... I kinda expected better." Letting out a large sigh, Tomoro shrugged her shoulders and rolled her visible eye. "How disappointing." I should have known that barbarian was the fire fool... they're all that way.

"Nani?!" Layla said, feeling his hand against her cheek. She backed away slightly so she no longer felt his hand and laughed nerviously. "I-it's n-nothing," she stamered, shaking her head. "I'm fine, don't worry about it..." she trailed off cursing mentally to herself. Why was she blushing, anyway? She breathed in, trying to calm herself down; maybe she was just to excited.

"Alright..."Kuro said smiling."We should try the courtyards first..."He said taking her hand in the one that wasn't holding the cane and he began pulling her along with him to the north courtyard.That was interesting...The way she acted when I had my hand on her cheek...He thought almost laughing.Stop thinking this stuff....Kira hissed.

He felt a large surge of the unknown person's pwoer and began to rush towards the source. As he was nearign it, the unfamilair stranger approached. She knew I was coming... He enjoyed her voice when she spoke. If he had some time, he would compare it dramtically with flowers in a poem. He decided to try against it, wanting to not not come off as awkward or slow in the head. He chuckled a bit, though, when she referred to as a "fire manipulator". Actually... A fire manipulator is the weakest of all servants to the flame. I can create fire, manipulate it, and I cna also control heat and create magma and lava on an easier scale. So... Don't let looks fool ya, or you will always be dissapointed, flower child. He added the last part to annoy her a little bit, wanting only to show that his statement is most likely correct. He loosened the grip on his bag.

Here he was, the kind of person Tomoro hated most, and he was already teasing her. Tomoro's visible eye twitched once unconciously, and she bore her eyes at the strange man. He certainly gave off... a fiery vibe, even stronger than she had thought. And what was that about 'servants?' There were no servants in her book. You can't be a servant to an element... Tomoro shook that thought off, and tried to find another bad quality about the man. It kind of made her sick, the presence of smoke lingering with him. So he could control lava and magma... so what? There wasn't any magma around this place...
Tomoro's voice came out soft and gentle, although she meant it to be harsh and full of hate. "I'm... disappointed by everyone." There wasn't any reason to talk; she had helped the man, and that was that. If he wanted to get to know her, he'd have to try his hardest, because Tomoro wasn't about to let someone who... who tore her element apart get to know her. Looking down at the ground for a few moments, her hair falling onto her eyepatch, she gulped very quietly, and restrained the urge to clench her hands.
He... doesn't seem that bad... but... I can't trust him. I felt him crush those flowers. MY FLOWERS. That gave Tomoro enough courage to look up at the stranger in the eyes, and smirk slightly. "Do you need something, sir?" she said, raising one eyebrow.

He looked at her in a normal manner, though contemplating her possible thoughts. She seemed to have a hatred for something, but didn't know what. The flowers? Did she think I burnt them? Elementalists can feel traces of their power used, near or far from them. That might be it. I need to repay the favor. He opened his self-made bag, takign out a few treats that he wanted, closed it, then handed the bag to her. For your kindness to me, here are some things I got from the machine. Take it all if you want. I got all I needed from it. And those flowers? If it's any consolation, I didn't burn them. I'd be happy to help you fidn the user who did it though. He smiled, hoping she would accept his offers.

Tomoro stared blankly at the man, and then at the items he retrieved from the vending machine. "I... don't want them, thank you. It was... nice of you... to offer, though..." Tomoro took a deep breath; she was beginning to get a bit dizzy, not only from the stench of smoke, but the fact that she hadn't really eaten anything at all, since the fight broke out in the dining hall. Inside, however... she was buzzing with thoughts. Is he trying to buy my friendship? WHAT!? WHAT WOULD A FIRE ELEMENTAL WANT TO DO WITH AN EARTH ELEMENTAL!? He'll just burn me... that was a bad pun.
Sighing lightly once again, Tomoro turned around, her back to the male that had approached her this time. "I just... wanted to know who killed off my friends." It was usually strange for someone to call plants their friends... but that was all Tomoro had. Even though she had friends at Ria, she hadn't seen any of them lately... and it was just too suspicious that the aura of heat lingered around the ashes of the plants she had just created.
Tomoro didn't know whether to believe his words or not.

He smiled at her refusal. The stomach is an odd organ. He walked in front of her. Oh come on now... I know you're probaly not hungry now, but chances are you will be later. Here, just take it and eat and drink the stuff later. He gently pushed his bag into her hands.
((It won't harm ya. The rune is inscribed into the fire, so it can never be altered or ruined. Basically, it can be used like any other bag. In case you thought it would burn ya. ^_^

Tomoro turned a light red, and took one step back, the bag now in her hands. She then bowed deeply, her hair tumbling in front of her face, the ribbon on her head flopping all around. "T-thank you..." He was a bit too close for her comfort, and she didn't really know what to do, so she just decided to stand back just a bit. "I... don't know what to say. You're... very kind." THERE'S NO TRUST, NO TRUST! YOU CAN'T TRUST SOMEONE WHO CONTROLS FIRE! HE CAN KILL YOU EASILY. This is not... your element...
With those thoughts in her head, Tomoro bit her lower lip and looked off to the right, the many earrings in her ears sparkling a bit as the sun was shining directly overhead. All of the plants in the area hadn't rustled since she accepted the bag, and it startled her a bit.

Again, he smiled. Good. I hope you enjoy them. He tilted his head a bit to the side, watching her earrings catch the shine of the sun. Wow... The sun really brings out the best in your features. As it should. After all, all plants look best when in the presence of our giant fireball in the sky. Now... I didn't catch your name. I'm Cal. What's yours? He outstreched his hand as in to shake hers. He was completely ignorant of her paranoia and fear, misinterperting it as shyness and awkwardness.
