Isto had no idea he was being watched. Actually, even if he had known, he probably wouldn't have cared. But, it wasn't as if that mattered, because he didn't know. So he just continued along the lake shore, scooping up a handful of pebbles and picking out any that would sink rather than skip, dropping them back to the ground. Quiet was good.... Nice, quiet, peaceful afternoon.

moo died... *sniff* or Gaia died... and I wouldn't put it past gaia to go and die on me... smile I'll feel really silly when this post shows up after one by moo... smile

Essence sighed, looking around the room. Slowly, she exited, her eyes falling upon Isto. She smiled slightly, advancing towards him. "Decided to use the .. screw, did you?"

Isto had no idea he was being watched. Actually, even if he had known, he probably wouldn't have cared. But, it wasn't as if that mattered, because he didn't know. So he just continued along the lake shore, scooping up a handful of pebbles and picking out any that would sink rather than skip, dropping them back to the ground. Quiet was good.... Nice, quiet, peaceful afternoon. Jen had made up his mind to go out and sit with Isto... and he'd take a pillow to throw at him too, since he was always sleeping on the sofa... Jen hopped down off the window seat... and gave it one last hop over to the sofa, where... Jen's eyes went wide... and his mouth dropped open.... there was another Sm on the sofa... he looked about Jen's age... All Jen could think about now was how silly he must have looked hopping around the room... "How long have you been sitting there!? I mean... " he looked at the state of the room... it looked bad "Did you see me... um... I'm not crazy you know... " Jen blushed. nothing went right lately ...

Essence blinked at the other Skull Monkey, feeling slightly inferior and slowly moving back. "Uh .." She turned, sighing heavily and advancing to a nearby tree, sitting udnerneath it. She curled up into a small ball, sighing heavily to herself, staring foward in a state of oblivion.

Isto jumped slightly when a voice shattered the silence, drapping half of the rocks in his hand in the precess. He glances over his shoulder to Essence, managing a somewhat sheepish grin. "Aye, I did. I'm happy with it."
Banda hadn't noticed....anything. He was having trouble with one word: ambiguous. What the FART did that mean? Ambiguous... He felt the sofa shift as someone climbed on, but finished his paragraph before looking up, only able to catch the last bit of what Jen was saying. "You're crazy? Umm...I don' think I am. Or maybe I saw ya wrong? Can't hear, so... What?"

She stood slightly, looking to her feet as she moved foward. She had heard him subconciously, yet she was not aware until she said "Oh, I'm glad you're happy." She blinked, sitting, looking him over, grinning. "Love the hair. Oh .. is that paw metal?" She said in awe.

Jen realises what he's just done... and blushes all the way to his tail tip... he didn't mean to call banda crazy... he hadn't realised it was banda.... he was calling himself crazy for goodness sake! well NOT CRAZY! but it's the same thing... now how was he going to... "no... not you... me... I was... um... hopping mad... " he stopped and tried to spell it out in Monkey sign... he was ok... but he tended to spell phonetically... then he realised he was standing on Banda's paw... he looked down at it and removed his foot.... he realised that he must look pretty silly standing there on the sofa on one foot... then he fell off to the floor with a crash and just layed there... tail and one back paw still on the sofa and he covered his eyes with his paws... *sigh* "I always look like a right idiot"

Chuckling, he sits at the edge of the water, absently tossing the rest of the pebbles into the lake, eyes following the ripples. "Thanks. It was kinda a shock at first...but I like it." Pausing, he blinks and glances over, lips curved in a faint frown. "You didn't know I had a metal paw?"

She blinked, feeling rather stupid. "I .. never really looked at your paws." She felt guilty for not knowing, and looked to the ground.

The deaf SM watches Jen curiously, unable to keep from giggling softly he tried to explain himself. He hadn't even noticed Jen on his foot...Not surprising, really, considering the circumstance. He was about to reply when Jen...fell off the couch. Jumping to his feet, Banda scrambles to the edge of the couch, peering down at Jen. "Are you alright????"
Surprisingly, Essence's comment seemed to cheer Isto instead of bother him. Grinning, he lifts the metal hand, reflecting a ray of light across the water in the process. "Don't worry about it. Means I'm not as much of a freak as I thought, if some people don't notice.."
