Maria gazed up at the night sky. She sighed as the moon was covered with thick clouds hinting that rain would fall soon and she could smell the water in the air. Yet she continued walking, not caring where she was going.

Madness_Delivers Bane nodded. "Call it what you will." He took another slug of his beer. The night called to him, but he felt worn out having been out all day. He knew he needed sleep. "What brings you to the city, anyways?"V bit his lip considering, he knew what she was thinking but he could defend himself against the brat if she decided to go all mad scientist again, that he knew. He arched a brow at Shaylene. If she didn't like the idea, then he'd bar her out as he had her brother.

Bane arched a brow. "No plans, huh? You are one strange lamia. You know that?" He was distracting her from the 'why' because truthfully he had no clue why he cared at all.

I laughed slightly and grinned. "Yeah, I get that a lot. 'Cause 'I don't wanna waste my time, and become another casualty of society,'" I sang.

"Wait..." I started thinking back, before I gasped slightly. "I saw him, I fell off a roof while eavesdropping on his conversation once I heard him say something about the black dahlia." I said grinning.

"Ah... The Black Dahlia is a club for us. No humans aloud...unless they're vamp feed. V goes there from time to time." Bane tossed his can into the kitchen over the seperating counter and an audible woosh sound of a plastic bag. He made into the trash can.

Yeah, I think I kinda freaked him out..." I mumbled, gazing off into space. I took a swig of my beer. "And by the way, nice shot." I said, giggling slightly 'What the hell was that?? Did you just giggle?? Like a little schoolgirl?? What is wrong with you!' I thought to myself feeling my face heat up slightly.

Bane watched as the girl's face turned a slight color. He wasn't oblivious like people thought he was. He took in everything with just a flick of his eyes. He could tell he affected the girl, it made him grin slightly. "Hmm..." was all he said.

Bane gave her his devil's grin again. "And what else, exactly, could I be 'hmm'ing about?" He leaned in just slightly his arm on the back of the couch.
