2.0 was kicked in the throat and thrashed, rolling out of the ring from under the bottom rope.

AJ managed to catch a glimps of Kelly thumping out of the ring. In interest Aj, also in pain, looks around catching a familer sight in his tag team compainion. Warner moved to his feet, smiling to his fellow Carnie holding his neck. They would have to leave the broken Kelly King for now, Warner looks around for his next attack target.

Seeing Kelly now Gone to rest outside, Vulture turned to the corner where Kurt was resting, and then back to Nuke, he would move in on nuke, and go for a rough and quick knee to the gut.

The position was perfect, Vulture, lifted his leg up, placing one hand on the back of nuke as his body went up a few inches from the ground, going for the K9 legdrop.

Venom stood in the corner sipping the last of his coffee that he had ordered a while back. He disposed of the cup in a proper trash recepticle then he eyed the competiton picking his spot.

((I'm willing to bet its a legdrop bulldog of somekind.))

Vulture connected with the K9 Leg Drop and Nuke thrashed on the mat as a result, holding his face. He didn't have the chance to celebrate as Kurt Angle, Venom, Batista, and Geoff all ran forward, beginning to pound him down with forearms, having rested in their respective corners long enough. It was the efforts of AJ Warner who started to pull all four of them away one by one to sock them with rights, trying to rescue his tag team partner. Geoff took the worst of it, as AJ's fist hit him hard in the face and cut him just above his right eye. Jason Strong was the next to try his luck against the momentum that AJ had created for himself, only to recieve four punches to the face. He was pressed up against the ropes and then irish whipped, and in the biggest botch in WWE:U history, the pile of people AJ had punched had not moved yet so Jason tripped over their bodies and landed on them. Warner capitalized on this by turning and jumping onto the ropes, springboarding to lionsault the entire pile, which unfortunately included his partner Vulture.

Jason Strong was the first to crawl away from the oddly successful train wreck, leaning up against the ropes. AJ then ran up at him, struggling out of the sea of humanity, and lifted his legs from behind to eliminate the rookie. (Jason Strong Eliminated by AJ Warner.)

Sullivan had intelligently stayed away from this fray, and was able to see Kelly King 2.0 on the outside, trying to crawl back into the ring. His plan was to bounce off the ropes and baseball slide him in the face, until Batista freed himself from the blob in the ring and intercepted him with a sense destroying clothesline. Kelly crawled into the ring behind the Animal. Batista looked around and watched as AJ helped Vulture out from underneath the death pile, and also witnessed that a bloody Geoff was rising next. The rest was history when AJ ran at Geoff and Vulture ran at Batista, both of them countering with eerily similar spinebusters. Geoff and Batista stared each other down as the both did the "Thumbs Down" signal, and grabbed their respective targets, going for sit down powerbombs! Thats where the stereo ended though, when Vulture overshot Batista, jumping off his shoulders behind him, and AJ jumped backwards off Geoff's hitting him with an X Factor. Vulture hit a kick to the small of the Animals back, which caused him to stumble right into the ANGLE SLAM by Kurt Angle! Angle pulled down his shoulder straps as he taunted and grabbed Batista's ankle! Ankle lock locked in!

Until AJ Warner ran up behind him, grabbed the back of his neck, and threw him straight over the top rope, out of the match! (Kurt Angle eliminated by AJ Warner.) Venom struggled up in the corner, having been in the match almost as long as Nuke Fusion. Groaning in pain, there was no way he could have suspected that 2.0, crawling on the mat, would be a jump pad for Nuke to leap off of and splash Venom in the corner! Venom's face hit the turnbuckle and then Nuke grabbed him, tossing him out of the ring. (Venom eliminated by Nuke Fusion.) Vulture wouldn't let Fusion get a high on his little victory, coming up behind him and low blowing him, which caused the Ex. Pack to fall into the corner in a sitting posistion. Vulture kicked 2.0 in the temple to make him get out of the way, before running up to Nuke and hitting a long, hard bronco buster. AJ Warner pat Vulture on the back as they pulled rookie Nuke out of the corner, setting him up to be thrown out of the ring. During the struggle, 2.0 stood up and ran at the duo, trying to save his tag team partner, only for the Dark Carnival to see this and dodge to opposite sides of the ring, leaving Nuke to be clotheslined out of the ring by 2.0! (Nuke Fusion eliminated by 2.0.)

Vulture and AJ wanted to take advantage of this, but the chance was not presented as Hunter Sullivan was up, getting between the two with chops to each of them, turning in circles to accomplish this. AJ ran at Hunter into a dropkick to the face, and then Vulture tried to do the same only to get an enzuigiri to the jaw. Batista, meanwhile, used the ropes to stand thanks to his Ankle Lock issues. Hunter ran up behind Batista and lifted the super heavyweight over the top and out of the match! (Batista eliminated by Hunter.) He turned around and noticed his last four opponents all resting in opposite corners. 2.0. Geoff. AJ. Vulture. And Hunter himself. Hunter licked his lips, and the man who had been in shortest walked to Vulture, kicking him hard in the chest. Then he walked to Geoff, and did the same. Then 2.0. Then, finally AJ Warner! Hunter then ran from AJ's corner, Facewashing Vulture! Then Geoff! Then 2.0!! And finally AJ Warner!!! Hunter pat his chest hard, holding his arms up for the fans as his four victims slowly came to stand in their corners, something that Sullivan was unaware of until he saw 2.0 and AJ running at him. He ducked and rolled out of the way, causing Geoff and Bulture, who had been running behind him, to collide with 2.0 and AJ in the center of the ring. The all clunked heads, Hunter laughing at their misfortune and choosing 2.0 to run at first. He was countered into a AA Spinebuster! He arched his back and got up on all fours so that Vulture could hit him with a legdrop bulldog!

AJ was next in line but he never had the chance to express his frustration for Hunter, because Geoff intercepted him, hitting him with a Stunner! AJ didn't fall back, but he stumbled until he was up against the ropes, allowing Geoff to clothesline him over the top rope!!! (AJ Warner eliminated by Geoff)

The final four. Geoff, Kelly King 2.0, Vulture, and Hunter Sullivan.

Hunter groaned, holding the back of his head. His crawl to the ropes was slow and when he got there and reached for the bottom rope, he instead got Geoff's boot. Geoff leaned down and grabbed the freshest entrant by the ears and lifted him... but then the possum playing Hunter held onto his foot at the same time, lifting him up and out of the ring! (Geoff eliminated by Hunter Sullivan.)

Hunter turned and gazed into the eyes of his two remaining opponents. There was only one thing on his mind:

2.0 wiped sweat from his brow, holding the top rope in both of his hands. He wanted this so badly. The fans wanted it for him. The King had one thing on his mind:

Vulture grit his teeth and stretched his arms. His chest were red, as his eyes were from the sweat that had gotten in them. The Bird of Prey had one thing on his mind:

I am going to Wrestlemania.

And so all three ran to the center of the ring, punches and forearms flying, until 2.0 had both his opponents reeling. He chopped Hunter and then forearmed Vulture. Then he punched Hunter, and kneed the Bird of Prey. The last thing on his mind was that the two of them would counter his punches and double team him. Hunter lifted him up for a backdrop, and Vulture jumped up and hit a neckbreaker on him at the same time. But this alliance was doomed to fail within the next few seconds, when Hunter darted for a face lock on Vulture. He pulled him up to his knees and then his feet, lifting him as he attempted a suplex. Vulture landed on his feet behind Hunter and let go, dropping and sweeping Hunter's legs out from under him. After Sullivan was planted on his back, Vulture started to choke the life out of the 31st entrant. And no one in the crowd put the thought of Vulture murdering Hunter if it meant one less entrant, so they were relieved when 2.0 bounced off the ropes and delivered a hard boot to the back of the Bird of Preys head. Unfortunately for Hunter, his reprieve was short and 2.0 went to his feet, locking in the TF 2.0 on Hunter in the middle of the ring! 2.0 arched Hunters back and stetched it hard, withering Sullivan's resolve by the second until Hunter slapped his hand on the mat, tapping out.

Tap outs meant nothing in this match. 2.0 was content on keeping Hunter locked in all night until tossing him over would be simple, but Vulture had another plan. He came up behind 2.0, and smacked him in the back of the head, lifting him up and breaking the hold. He kicked King in the gut and planted him on the mat with an impaler DDT. Vulture laid in rest on the mat after that moment, until he saw Sullivan writhing. Resolving that he had to stand up before Hunter, He tried up to his knees first befor-

VIPER SNAP!

Hunter with sickening viper snap, out of no where, to Vulture! Vulture was practically laid out by the attack and Hunter was in the clear, dragging his victim by the arm to the ropes. Like a ladder, Hunter hoisted the dead weight of Vulture until he was standing, and started to lift him over the top...

2.0 bounced off the far ropes.

King ran at the duo.

Kelly hit the double clothesline! Both of them flew out of the ring, eliminated! NO! Hunter and Vulture were holding onto the top rope! Vulture hoisted himself up onto the apron and with a sudden, hard kick to the chest, Hunter let go of the ropes and fell, eliminated. (Hunter Sullivan eliminated by 2.0 and Vulture.) Vulture collapsed on the apron. King fell to his knees, slapping the mat in a furious rage. He could see his name in the WrestleMania headline. It was only one man away. One, single man away. And that man, Vulture, was crawling towards the corner. vulture started to climb the ropes from the outside, and King was on him. Both of their moves were somewhat sluggish, but they climbed the corner in unison, Vulture outside, King inside, and they traded punches as the scaled the symbolic stairway to heaven. They were both putting it all on the line. This was the defining moment for the Royal Rumble of 2008. They reached the top... and King ducked a punch! He had Vulture's arm slung for a 2.0ver! A 2.0ver out of the ring! But Vulture elbowed King in the head, and then kneed him in the groin!! The fans started too boo, but they didn't have the chance when Vulture bent over and grabbed King's legs, lifting him and BACK DROPPING HIM OFF THE TOP DOWN TO THE FLOOR! Vulture collapsed forward, rolling into the ring!

*DING DING DING*

"HERE IS YOUR WINNER OF THE 2008 ROYAL RUMBLE...

VUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUULTUUUUUURE!"

A guitar note hung in midair...

Before Vulture could head to the back the music of the champion played. Randy walked through the curtains. Holding his rib cage after a brutal match with Jed. He looked at Vulture and raised his title high.
