'Hm, then if Gus is his reincarnation, that means this man no longer has a soul,' though the thought still gave Link the shivers, it also comforted him. The thought of killing another human was to terrible for him to comprehend, but without a soul, he was just another monster, and that was something the boy would kill.
Link snapped out of his head just in time to notice the monster charging towards him. Quickly he lifted his shield to defend.
(BTW, you can hit Link anytime you want, truth be told it makes it better.)

Eldrin grinned, and hit Link with a hard slash to the side, deliberately lettting himself get blocked. He quickly lept to the side, and shoved Link...

Link fell to the ground and stared up at his opponent, 'Damn, this guy is fast, I need to distract him somehow. Damn, it only I hadn't put away that dumb staff,' Link thought as he attempted to rise to his feet.

Eldrin laughed evilly, and quickly grabbed Link by the neck, and tossed him toward the floor... "Is that all you got, boy!?"

Link fell hard back to the ground, his head tilted back in a way that he could see his upside down friend. Without thinking, the blond carefully untied the mystical bag from his waist, "Purtty much, thank the goddesses I'm not alone," Link smirked as he tossed the bag to Gustave.
(Btw inside it the staff, the compass, the lens of truth, the dulled Biggoron sword and the ocarina of time)

Gustave quickly picked up the bag, and looked through it, and, with great luck, he pulled out the Staff of Light. "Uh... what... do I do with this...?" Gustave said, waving it around. As he did, a light shot from the orb, which caused Eldrin to look straight at it... "Gah! My eyes!" Eldrin yelled out, stumbling around...

Quickly, Link leapt to his feet, the sword still in hand. With one swift motion, he slashed at the blinded man.

That one cut was enough to bring the man to his knees... where the slash hit him, black ooze seeped out... soon, he crumpled, and melted away... being absorbed back into the Calamity Sword. Soon, a blue light appeared near the center of the room...

When Link touched the sword in front o f him and suddenly the mark on his left Hand shined bright and his eyes were suddenly green. Confidently, the boy walked over to his friend and handed him the sword, "The Chosen Hero is not yet ready to receive the power hidden within this sword, and so I entrust this to you, the Sage of Light. When the time comes, give it to the one whose heart shines with Courage," His mouth smirked for a moment, but then suddenly, the mark on his hand faded away, and his eyes returned to blue, "Wow, I feel dizzy, what just happened?"

"Uh... you... called me the... Sage of Light..." Gustave said, while he took the Calamity Sword back, and handed Link the bag back. "Hm... I... guess that the best thing to do is to head towards that light..." He walked into it, and stood there, waiting... "Come on, ready to go?"

Link nodded tand then headed towards his friend, feeling somewhat stronger. No maybe stronger wasn't the right word, more like, durable (Heart container). Link stepped ito the blue light, and then suddenly, the room disappeared, replaced by a new blue world.

"What... is this...?" Gustave started to say, when he fell towards the ground, feeling the rush of infinite knowledge come to him... "Ah... Ah.... Ah....." Soon, he rose up, and shook his head, saying, "I... get it now... I... am the Sage of Light... I... was kidnapped... by... a Gerudo. Then... the other sages must be in trouble..." He stopped, and looked toward his friend, seriously, "Link. You must hurry. I... have the feeling that only all of us sages can help you stop what is to come..." He raised his hands, and said, "Now... take the light...!"

Link stared at his friend who was now standing on top of one of the six symbols on the platform, 'Sage of Light, it's just like in that story... but mom made those up,' As the thoughts raced through his head, Link noticed a yellow medallion falling from the ceiling. The moment he touched it, Link suddenly found himself back inm the main room of the temple, surround by a very confused Bowie and Zelda. But that was not what he was worried about at the moment. Link looked around to find his friend, but instead, all he found was a small yellow fairy.
