Kilik quickly stood up. "Nina! Wa--" but she was gone. The young Rocket looked at Sabrina. Her cold gaze met his. Slowly, he backed up against the back wall of the Barrier-Box and slid down, holding his head. "What have I done..." he whispered, clenching his fist in his hair.

"You have screwed your life over," Sabrina replied. "That is what you have done." Sabrina's left hand was down at her side and it started glowing along with the Barrier-Box. She walked toward the lobby door which Nina had opened for her, and walked out into the streets, the box floating closely behind her. Nina followed.

Kilik didn't say anything as they walked, and he hovered along. His eyes watched the ground below him. This was it. He was finished. His heart pounded in his throat. Blood rushed in his ears. The boy looked up at the sky, thinking that this may be the last time he gets to see it. Slowly, he looked over his shoulder at Nina. "I'm sorry..." he whispered, almost inaudible. The boy looked back to the ground.

"No you're not," Nina said coldly. "At least, you're not sorry yet. The worst is yet to come." Nina looked to her sister and then back to Kilik. "You had better believe that we will ensure you life in prison, and that we will put a stop to absolutely everything that you have worked for. Because of your stupid Team Rocket," Nina said as she slammed her fist against the box, "I had to go through a horrible fear of my sister's safety and well-being. I am personally going to see Team Rocket's downfall. Count on it."

Kilik clenched his teeth and shut his eyes tightly. "I'm sorry!!" he barked, tears streaming down his face, "I shouldn't have killed him, but the fact remains that I did..." he opened his eyes, his vision slightly blurred, "If they kill me, then so be it." He ripped his 'R' badge from his chest, tossing it to the side. A hole appeared on his jacket.

"You do not receive retribution in death," Sabrina said. "Plus, to receive a death sentence it is common for one to have killed multiple people."
Sabrina and company rounded a corner and she had the police barracks in her sights.

Kilik looked up at the police barracks. His eyes went back to the ground. "I may as well die...I'm a mere shell of the trainer I was...Who I used to be..." a tear fell onto his hand, "Consumed by hate..."

Ryka entered the Pokemon Center with Eevee in her hands. She gave Eevee another pat on the head before placing her on the counter.
"Excuse me, Nurse Joy? Could you please check out my Eevee?" She said, somewhat exausted.
"Of course. Could you come back in a little while?"
"Sure. Eevee, be good. I'll be back in a little bit." She gave her one last pat on the head before Nurse Joy took her in the back.
Ryka left the Pokemon Center, wondering what to do first. "I could go to the museum. Mabye Tony will be there too." After wondering around a bit, she finally reached the Museum. As she walked in, an Oddish immediatly ran into her feet. "Weed, is that you?" Weed understood she was adressing him, and jumped up and down excitedly. She picked him up and patted his leaves while looking at some of the art. As she looked around, she also noticed a boy that looked like a girl looking around for something. "Hey, Tony! I believe this belongs to you." She handed him the little Oddish. "And, is that a Torchic? You're egg.. It hatched!"

"There is only one question I still wish to know the answer to," Nina said. "Why? Why did you do all of this? Why did you kill the President? Why did you pledge your alliegance to Giovanni? Why did you even join Team Rocket in the first place?!"

Sabrina sighed. "Since he doesn't seem to want to talk, Nina, just let it go." Nina replied, "Alright... fine."
It was a few minutes later that the group reached Saffron's police barracks. They walked in the door and were greeted by a policeman.
"Sabrina!" he said. "I was unaware that you had come back to the city!" Sabrina nodded and said that she had never really left.
"However, we do have a problem," she continued. The guard asked what it was.
It took several minutes for her to do so, but Nina explained the entire situation, and what had happened.
The guard spoke after Nina was finished. "The best thing that we can do now is fingerprint him and hold him in a cell until a later date. He'll be getting a day that he will have to go into court and will be sentenced there."
Nina nodded and Sabrina said, "Thank you very much, officer." With a quick flick of her wrist, she made the Barrier-Box disappear, and the policeman had Kilik in handcuffs. The girls left the barracks, and headed toward the Pokemon Center.

Kilik watched as the two Psychics left. "Come on, kid..." the guard growled, pushing him slightly. He hung his head as he walked to a cell. They unlocked the door and shoved him inside after unlocking his handcuffs. His wrists hurt slightly. The boy rubbed them. He released the Flareon and Koffing, ignoring the Persian completely. "Flare..." it whimpered.
"Koffing..." the always-happy Poison Pokemon didn't do anything odd. A weak smile appeared on the boy's face.
"It'll be okay, you two..." he looked up at the barred window. Slowly, he picked up the Pokeball that contained Giovanni's Persian. He tossed the ball out the window, "Damn you, Giovanni!" he barked.
"Keep it down in there!" ordered a guard, who was writing something down. The boy backed up against the wall and slid down the cold stone. Flareon hopped into his lap.

Sabrina heard a faint rustle in the bushes from a little way behind them, near the barracks. "Did you hear that?" she asked Nina, who shook her head. "No. Why?"
Sabrina stopped walking and she turned her head in the direction of the barracks. "Something's in the bushes," she said, before carefully walking back toward it.
"Could it be a wild Pokemon?" Nina asked. Sabrina shook her head. "No... it's very rare that wild Pokemon get into the city limits.
When the girls had arrived back at the barracks, they went over to the bush, which was rather large. It was located near a prisoner's window. "Stay back, just in case," Sabrina said. She slowly approached the bush and parted some of its branches, looking around.
A few moments later, she found the Pokeball that Kilik had thrown out his window. She went back over to Nina and showed her. "I wonder if it's empty?" Nina asked. Sabrina threw it in front of her, and released the Persian that was inside of it.
"Perrrrrrrrrrsian..." it said in its regal voice, laying down and staring up at the girls. "That's the Persian that Kilik had!" Nina exclaimed, and Sabrina recalled it.
"Giovanni's single favorite Pokemon is his Persian," Sabrina said. "Perhaps this is his. If it is, and we have it, perhaps he won't do anything rash..."

Kilik was near falling asleep. Flareon was warm on his lap. Koffing landed on the floor next to him and rolled over to his trainer. The boy's life was about to end. He could feel it in his gut. Slowly, he pulled out his PokeNav and deleted Giovanni's number. Flareon bumped his head against the boy's chin. He hung his head, a tear falling onto Flareon's head. "Nina will make a great trainer, Flareon..."

"Sabrina?" Nina asked as she released Anna and Mihoshi from their Pokeballs; she picked up Mihoshi and Anna hovered by Sabrina.
"Sabrina...! Is that really you?" Anna exclaimed. Sabrina smiled. "Yes, it's me. Nina and I met up with eachother a little bit earlier today." She turned her gaze back to Nina. "Yes Nina, what is it?"
"I was wondering," Nina began, "if you happened to know of a place that Giovanni may be at."
"The first place that comes to mind is his gym in Viridian City," Sabrina replied. "He has used that place more than once as the headquarters of his operations. However, he may also be at the secret base in Celadon City, underneath the Game Corner..."
Nina looked aside, somewhat sadly. "Oh... so, should we split up and look for him?" Sabrina smiled a little bit. "No. I will gladly travel with you to wherever it is you so desire." Nina smiled as well, and gave her sister a one-armed hug, as the other arm held Mihoshi.
"I'm so glad to have finally found you," Nina said. Sabrina smiled and kissed her head, and Nina let her sister out of her grip. "I am too," she replied.
"So, Madame Navigator," Sabrina said, "where shall we be off to?" After a few moments of thinking, Nina said, "Viridian City."

Tony upon hearing Ryka's voice turned around a bit and smiled at her in greeting before he spotted Weed. Upon seeing him he sighed and picked up the hyper active pokemon and set him on the ground again with a strict order to stay where he was and not go anywhere. Finally sure that Weed would behave he smiled again at Ryka. "Yeah my egg finally hatched. I can't believe my parents actually gave me one of there Torchic eggs! They are always sending them away when they hatch to one of the professors. Heck I am even suprissed that they remembered that the Torchic line of Pokemon was my favorite."
Tony smiled down at Phoenix who looked up at him with a pleased, if somewhat conceded look on its small face. When Tony saw the look Phoenix was giving him he laughed and scooped her up in his arms. "Her name is Phoenix, she hatched about an hour ago. So how has your Eevee been?" He asked curiosly.
