So.. during the "offseason" (the first 12 days of my cycle), hubby and I had a discussion. We had been going every other day during that part of the cycle but.. seems like he wasn't waiting. (I'm, trying not to be gross here..LOL) He was going solo apparently and I said "there's a reason we go every other day!" I asked him if he remembered back when we did this before and now he thinks that is when I got pregnant.
So.... now I have got him back on plan and I'm feeling a little optimistic about it now biggrin

I got up to day 34 and was feeling so hopeful, and then this morning I woke up to, well, a brand new cycle. I've never gone more than 30 days before, so I was feeling pretty sure of myself, too. Grrr. And I didn't get that temperature dip that I've always gotten before on the day right before a new cycle, so I'm not sure what's going on there...
Sasha, I hope things go well for you now that you got your hubby straightened out.
By the way, ladies, at what point do you give up doing things the "old fashioned" way and go to the doctor to see if you can get help?

Depends on your age, Lisa. Under 35, you go in if you've been TTC for a year with no luck. Over 35, it's after 6 months.

I forgot about the age factor redface In cycle news, FF is giving me an O already. Those of you who follow my charts know that an O day of 15 is unheard of. I am waiting to see if those temps actually stay up. eek Ovulation: Avg: 25 Min: 18 Max: 36

I'm so discouraged. I was telling hubby last night and this morning that this is never going to happen. He keeps telling me that it will but I think he's just trying to make me feel better.

Yeah, my husband is kind of like that. Every month, he says something like, "oh, don't worry. I bet you're pregnant right now." I think he's trying to make me feel better, but it actually just annoys me. rolleyes

I'm getting worried about Cup. It's been almost a month since she posted last. I wish I knew how to get hold of her in some way other than Gaia. I hope everything is okay

3nodding She was really close to her due date and it is the holiday season, I'm sure everything is fine. There's no reason at this point to think that anything is amiss.
First cycle finally came; it's about a week late. Going to avoid TTC this next month until I see when my next cycle starts. Hoping it will be back on track next month.

As for me, I'm waiting to see if my cycle is going to stay short or go long again biggrin
