I was wondering if you have Tenkougan are you automatically in the Raiken Clan as well? If so I believe that needs to be put in check seeing as people get 2 different advantages for the price of one
Tenkougan=weather change, ability to perform lightning justu with 1 hand
Raiken Clan= As fast as a ninja 2 levels higher then you among others
I think it's a bit of a stretch so I just wanted to clear this up with the mods? I think we've had a similar situation in the past with Uchiha Sharingan and Uchiha Clan's techniques

Theyre two totally different bloodlines
Being in the Raiken Clan also has a name restriction along with its benefits and what not
Having the Tenkougan eye just means somewhere along the line a member of the Raiken Clan *Activates Southern Accent* spilt their seed in your family's belly, ahuck!
