Alright I remember now, go to Pallet town and surf to Cinnbr island. Blue is on that island. 3nodding I remember he was there hanging out back in gold/silver version.
So yea. Go there then...I guess battle blaine, I'm still in viridian forest, I got caught up looking at emails lol xd
