Does the Apps closed mean applications are closed?

Aye, it does. Probably a better thing to limit characters too. Not that I want to, per say, not give others a chance to join or anything, but if it gets to big its hard to manage all the activity going on within the RP, as well as try to keep every character involved in the plots within the RP.
And I just realized that my character is probably, due to his complete idiocy, injure himself when he wakes up the next morning....someone forgot to get rid of all the excess energy they acquired earlier in the day...
Which leads me to a quick question I have...how liberal are we going to allow ourselves to be on blood and gore? I've a bit of a tendency to make things a bit to detailed when i get carried away so I want to know where we limit it here...(Or perhaps put questionable text in 'white' print or something to that nature?)

I think on the blood and gore front we just stick to the GAIA PG / PG-13 rule. You can have blood and the like, we're not second graders, but don't get to the point of making other players ill. Sometimes, less is more.

Apps are still being accepted I think, but we won't be approving new characters for a little while. There's just too many players atm.

Apps are closed completely. If somebody wants to put their apps in line for consideration, they need to be PMed to me and I'll save them for when we start letting new characters in.
Like I mentioned before, we have 4 sitting to be approved still and we have 30+ characters and I"d say 75% of them are generally active.
Mariana, which questions are posing a problem? I gave the quiz to Kai26 and he got them all (save for one or two that had to be researched in the forums) so I know the answers exist.

I just usually take the long way and get fed up with it. sweatdrop
(I have a habit of heading to the actual rp if I can't seem to find it in the achieves. sweatdrop )

Wow.... two posts in one week I think. I'm doing good and they're long too. I'm feeling better today after last night right before I went to bed of not being in a fog. So I made up a post. I'm pleased with it.

We're glad to have you back Avenger. I just hope everything gets better for you.
And on another note....
Whenever writing characters and training, keep in mind that they're kids and it does take awhile to learn a skill. Nobody becomes a black belt or a sharp shooter over night.
Also as a general, if you do want to add a weapon or another skill to a character, run it by the mods first. Like i mentioned before, we're working on a new point system that is going to cover adding new abilities and skills to a character.

Okay, LJ is a big softy. IF you have a good friend or a family member you want to apply, send that all to one of the mods and let us know. We will be glad to review it. We tend to trust that our guild members will keep their friends active and in line wink
