Oh!

N that case, Grey? What would be your ideal surprise/day out/treat? >>

Well for a gamer such things can honestly vary. More often then not it will revolve around what games are coming out, or events relating to such. A good method can be to Pre-Order something they want. You mentioned money of course, but a Pre-Order doesn't have to be paid all at once since it's before the game's release. You can actually put a down payment and take care of it slowly before the actual release. Additionally Pre-Orders, whether the normal or collectors edition, tend to come with free stuff. Unique items related to the game you wouldn't otherwise get.

A good example would be when I Pre-Ordered Assassin's Creed 3. I got a key-chain shaped like the Assassin's Emblem, as well as an Inflatable Tomahawk (Which trust me, is hilarious when you're actually holding the thing...). Additionally if you do so at a store which features a Midnight Release, the event itself is generally worth while going to. Waiting in line before hand gives one a chance to talk with other gamers, share views, and again they sometimes give free stuff for a Midnight Release (usually posters, cloth bags instead of plastic ones, etc.). Plus, depending on the game, you'll occasionally get people so enthusiastic as to dress up as characters. Trust me it's quite the sight.

Coinciding, but also an alternative if you really want to avoid the money thing, just wait till she gets a new game she is entirely obsessed with. The kind a gamer can simply sit their for hours just playing without stopping. Then just prepare to do just about everything so they don't have to. And think of foods that can be eaten with one hand but won't result in a sugar crash.

Of course I don't know how "wicked" a gamer we're talking here.

There's a third option that's relatively cheap....but it's also silly from an outside standpoint so I'll see if either of these two would work for you at all before mentioning.

Wellll.... We did go to the CoD midnight release, but we were like the only gurus there, lol, it felt a little awkward being the odd ones out, me being order than usual, any of the other girls were guys partners there in mch the same token >>

Aaaaand, that didn't count as much since I went to get a copy as well for myself, lol

Although I'm VERY open for ideas... What is number three?

Pac-Man dinner...or Pac-Woman as the case would be.

You get a couple dozen yellow ping pong balls, a coloured sheet or two...three if you have the space, then set them up in a path leading toward the table where you've set up a dinner for two. Every couple steps you leave a note shaped like a cherry. On this note can be just about anything. A picture of couple moments, Romantic poetry, Blunt but loving statements, to name a few options.

You can also set up another trail leading away from the table to the bedroom...or the bathroom...or the living room really, your choice. I shouldn't have to detail WHY, and I will say that I only mention this detail as an extra. Something of an add on entirely up to the person behind the scheme.

Actually come to think of it you could have the path lead from the table to the living room going from dinner to movie, then end in the bedroom. Innocently or otherwise.

...

Dear GOD that is brilliant. ._.

I'd been thinking rose petals didn't fit it, but THIS. This I'd have never even considered!

Dear GOD Grey, I will owe you like you never know! <3

You're quite welcome dear Jazz. 3nodding

I am both a gamer and admittedly an eccentric...so these things actually occur to me rather naturally. My mind is a fantastic yet frightening place.

And ...there goes my innocents.

Chuckles lightly ....

Just kidding on that point.

But, you should maybe think about writing a book about such ideas. They pay other people to do it, so why not you?

Awwww... we're sorry Lunar, we didn't even mention the cherry or the banana! >>

BUT yes, Grey I do indeed approve the choice there, I'll begin planning this out << I can find someone to lay the trail for me and everything...

LunLun? Innocent?....Pffft....hahahahahhaa! xd

Anyway again you are welcome Jazz. Might I suggest leaving a lemon pie on the table with 1 piece missing?

Now as for writing a book. This is one idea, I'm not sure I'd have enough to actually write a book. sweatdrop

Grey -- of course not, you just gotten the suggestion today, but, if you continue to think about it and produce ideas you might get enough.

Jazz - cherry and banana, ummm...... redface

I don't want to ask what happens with those. Anyway, changing the subject, because, it needs to be changed ....I wonder if we are giving the right answer for this battle thing.

I can;t deny you make a point. Though I think it would take more time then I have....at the same time however earlier I came up with a great title!....if only I could remember it. .__."

Now as for the impending fruit salad...I'm all for details; but sadly I believe this is neither the time nor the appropriate location for such discussions!...not that I expected anyone to seriously discuss it.

As for the battle...I have no idea to what you speak...unless you mean your battle against the shadows, in which case you couldn't be more wrong! But to me it's gleefully right! biggrin

=o Well, I doubt we'll like the end results, but there's no way to find out until we end it

You got a pretty good hit on Shadow Burnout, even if Burnout couldn't scrape him, as long as we do better than our last fight, lol
