(ok this has gone on enough
First pdragon the gone for 3 month comment was a bit too far,
we understand people have lives away from gaia and thus there will be times people can not be one for extended length's of time.
David thank you for advancing my plot but i'm sure I told you there was no rush if i didn't then sorry I should have and probably this is my fault.
Also yes just because some one his online doesn't mean that they are monitoring the rp, Me I keep myself online when I get home and check this rp every so often otherwise i'm surfing the web and working on other stuff.
Finally the issue of having a character stuck because the person you were talking to left for awhile and when it's acceptable to move on with out them.
I don't think there is a wrong answer for this I mean it is a jerk move to just run off while in the middle of a conversation.
But it happens and that's why we give updates. Inform people "oh well I was talking with your character but then this happened and I had to leave".
Also not everyone is going to keep track of what everyone is doing just too large of an rp for one person to follow all the different plots but one should be able to keep track of what all there characters are doing at any given time. So you should remember hey I was talking with so and so's character I should send them a pm just with a small update of what happened.
p.s if i'm not making sense it's because i'm currently dealing with a head cold

 Alabaster looked down at Chris, looking very unamused. "well Christopher I came down to deliver your detention slip for skipping class personally, but it seems I'll have to rewrite it in lieu of your recent offenses" he began. "unless of course you could explain yourself" he added not really expecting him to come up with anything convincing. When the darkling addressed him he shifted his gaze over to her as if looking at a dog, or other low standing creature. "no I am not the headmaster, but I do look over the day to day affairs of the school. All your interested in is revenge? I see a motivation that would even justify working with an enemy. I guess you hold vengeance with great importance. well if that's the case how about we get revenge for the murder of Xavier Spiegel, the boy you mercilessly killed." he said not at all kidding. Something like revenge was to shaky of a platform to try to build peace on. They wouldn't be able to focus on Rina if they'd have to worrry about the possibility of her betraying them.

I had a way of adding him to the rp but you took that out when you just said "I'm going to write you up for skipping class". He has no reason to have skipped class and now my character looks stupid cuhzz he can't think of an excuse. I don't think Chris is the type to skip class anyways =.= .

(actually no my reply took some time because i actually think through my arguments. once again I don't need to verify posts that don't concern the point I'm trying to make. And wow, you were on at 1 in the morning and thus went off on a stupid series of posts that started this argument in the first place, thank you for proving my point. You weren't on point, you were jumping from character to character not giving anyone a moment to reply. And I don't want everyone to stop what they're doing till I post, I just want the person who took the time to TALK TO ME to wait for me to post. Like I said give the other person a little time. I've waited several days for others to respond instead of just going on without them. You know why? because its an rp for MULTIPLE people. I actually care about their input into the story and want to rp with them instead of turning it into a one on one. But no, something like that is to much of a burden for David. You have like 4 ******** characters that weren't doing anything that could have reacted to the rina and ron thing, but no you choose to use the one that was interacting with other people. I said before you were being an a*****e but I was wrong, because that would imply you even thought it through that far. it takes me a while to post because I put genuine thought into what I say. I don't just blurt everything out so I can get out 50 posts in a night, then put down people who take longer to post. and don't even talk to me about not having a life. I have a life, the difference is that I can actually balance the multiple aspects of my life. It doesn't look like I do anything outside of rping, because I am able to keep up with everything I'm doing with equal effort and passion. So don't dare start talking s**t about my life when you can't get yours together.)

You could have simply just said something about why would you bring her here -.- that still doesn't take away the fact you just brought me back into the rp with something so OUT OF CHARACTER. Out of everything I think Chris would be one of the ones to actually go to class unless something destroy the school =.=. I wasn't able to post what happened to my character during my time I've been away from the damn rp. If you were in this rp and you heard an explosion and you knew you could probably help stop whatever is going on, wouldn't you go check it out? I mean of courses not sense we don't have these type of powers or w/e but if you could be a hero wouldn't you help? The smell of food did more than hit Wilbur this time, it blew him away, forcing a smile onto his face. It totally went over the top of his head that half of the creatures in the room were like nothing he'd ever seen before. All he cared about this moment was the food. He ran- almost sprinting -across the cafeteria, picked up a tray and piled it high with food.

OOC: What Wilbur's face just did: You know when you see video clips of people on roller coasters with their faces blowing in the breeze, looking like they're smiling. Yeah, Wilbur's face just did that.
And I'm assuming that's the whole cafeteria system. If not, Wilbur got caught in the moment and wasn't caring about procedure or paying or whatever you have to do. You see, I live in Australia and we don't really have cafeterias... just canteens which work differently.
Also, got to stop listening to Mack the Knife, or I may just end up making Mackayla or Something Macheath, the knife-wielding shark-girl. Ah, maybe later if you guys push Wilbur around too much because he's a weakling.

My post actually makes since in context. Its a continuation of where he left off last post when he spoke about chris bringing Rumia to school. "I'll have to rewrite it in lie of your recent offenses" means he was going to just give him detention for skipping, but since he brought a known murder into the school he'd have to make the punishment more severe. "unless of course you could explain yourself" is a continuation of that thought. He wanted him to give an explanation for why he shouldn't give him further punishment for said murder harboring. I'm sorry if I didn't make it clear enough, but i thought phrasing it that way would better fit the characters way of speaking, plus I felt it would be redudant to make it any more obvious what he meant. and I wasn't trying to make you do something out of character, but the fact was you werent in class. Your reason why wouldn't really matter to alabaster, but you could use the time for your explanation to say what you were doing during that time to try to convince him otherwise. And its not really the same thing since i was only gone one day, while you were gone for a while and allready gave everyone the ok to keep going or move your character, and since no one moved your character into the class room I simply treated him as being absent for whatever reason. A similar situation happened when rina attacked utsuho. At the time alabaster was monitoring everyone with the crystal ball, and in that situation it would have been in character for him to go and help, since he had allready promised as much, but since everything was over before I could post I had to come up with a reason he wasn't there. I wasn't actively engaged with anyone, kinda just sitting by the side lines, so I couldn't really complain at the time. Its not a favorable situation, but it happens. and as for everything else I am very sorry. That is why i don't like posting that late at night because when I do I tend to get more nitpicky, angry, and generally more likely to fight with people. and ofcourse i start arguments over stupid s**t that doesn't really matter in the long run, but at the time my mind is set on the argument and not the consequences of said argument. It doesn't exuse what I said, but I hope you can see why I don't like posting late at night at least. Once again I'm sorry for what I said, I'm sure you've been through alot, and I respect that. I mostly said what I said because being told I have no life is kinda my beserk button, but thats a rant I won't be going on because it would counter intuitive to my attempt at an apology. In the end this whole situation with the 3 pages doesn't really matter. I orignally meant it as a off handed joke, but when you went to defend yourself I ended up esculating it far past what was neccesary. I am sorry.)

A little bit more: The MacHeaths have always been different from their shark people cousins. The MacHeaths hardly kill, and never kill for food. But the MacHeaths are smart. Everyone thinks that all they do is kill, and do their best to not be the next victim, like give money.
What does this mean for Lamia? Well, she's not going to run through the halls killing people, but she sure as hell wants people to think she will (she keeps the knife to add to this). And that isn't to say she can't either.
