Baaaah. I can't stand vampires. Too gothy. Besides, being undead is way in the realm of suckitude. Honestly, I can't think of any fantasy race that I'd like to be. Satyr would be cool, but way inconvenient. Anything with fur is inconvenient for obvious reasons.

Hmmm.

Oh, I know. I'd be an ethereal dragon. That way, Dungeons and Dragons artists draw me such that children confuse me for a plush toy! The fun never stops!!

Just played Doom 3. That game is creepy, mostly because of the zombies with no head or lower jaw... and the crusified guy with his ribs anf pelvic bone showing and then being tied to the ceiling and then making that crazy sound that summons demons from the depths of hell

Pfft. Doom 3 sucks. All it has is good graphics. The storyline is horrible. The best game of '95 beats it.

Who gives a s**t about storyline? If you care about storyline, go play FF7 (which I adore). Everybody said FF8 sucked but I loved it. FF9 was too childish and I don't own a PS2 due to Sony's desire to wipe out all competition.

And, other than 'just' good graphics, Doom 3 also has awesome guns, great action, really scary moments and a very cool premise. I haven't gotten far enough to care about storyline. I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to shut down that laser so it doesn't fry me when I go into the tunnel...

I can say as much about the plot of Doom 3 as I can about Ninja Gaiden's. I haven't beaten either.



Hey, it is scary at some moments.

I watched Val play once. It is creepy. The lighting is perfect. The graphics are awesome. Even if it doesn't have a storyline - who wouldn't want to just run around and shoot stuff sometimes??

Sometimes not having a purpose is a purpose in itself.

I'd get bored after a month because I have ADD. That's what happens with most everything.

And it's not about taking sides - video games & their strenghts/weaknesses/ect is an opinion. That's why you can't trust magazine ratings and all the other opinions that are shoved out into society.
