I feel like, with such good editors saying such nice things, that I'm slowly begining to improve my editing, and I'm going to keep practicing.

Izumi Hanae Actually, it's at the beginning... it's from Phoenix Wright.
I made it as a present for a friend who's been putting up with me much more than anyone should have to lately.
...And sorry, but I really don't get where you're coming from on the whole "good editor" thing. @_@;
It still looks cool to me.^^
Everyone is their own worst critic. I think your editing is good, and that's my opinion.(I'm sure others would agree)

That would be me and my love, and I do have glasses. They look more like goggles, but I really like them. But my hair isn't that long. I was going for a regency era look. Sort of.
I really have to work on guys. I liked how the back of the jacket came out, but the light color killed my shading. I plan on redoing the jacket, shirt, and pants in different colors, and a wider range of those colors so that the shading will be better.
I might re-do his hair, too, as I think I smuged it a bit too much.
I'm gonna put the light on his shoulders, and add more folds. I think that might make it better, and I'll repost when the corrections are done.
Oh, and that's not blush. -blush- It's scars. Like a werewolf.

[great folds btw!] ------- question : I'm having doubts about the hair/headdress/eyes [everything I've done so far ;-;] I'm sooo rusty ;-; help, anyone? *pout*  [haha, I claimed bou B)]  more referenceedit: I should also find a pose ninja

Yeah, when I was re-doing the guy this morning the hair looked darker because of the now-brighter surroundings.
I'm adding more darkness to the shadows and brightening up my already existing highlights. I'm doing the same for the dress, although I don't know why.}
Well, I love the hair and the headdress and the eyes, but the censored bar has got to go. -wink-
Now, for the real critique:
The hair is really good, but it looks a BIT flat to me, and I don't know why. Other than that, I love the headdress and the eyes. It looks just like his adorable self.

wow everyone is getting so much better, I have to catch up
well Im finally editing with a tablet and here is my first hair, kinda remembering luccas hair tutorial but yeah I could do better with a mouse
and it looks weird what to do to change it

hm. I tried fixing that with highlights [what's it with me anfd highlights lately? ;-;]
but parts of the hair are just white already ;-; and if it's darker it's nog longer the same color. *fiddles*
