"Wait, you've been staying here?" He asked starring around in disbelief. "Why couldn't I find you sooner, this place sure as hell beats the inn I stay at." He looked around to see if he could find any of the people pix had mentioned. He wanted to size up some of the new harlequins and see how much training they were going to have to go through before they could be of any real help. ((Bad post, but I'm having writer's block right now.))

Tanner eyed Leon carefully. He didn't want that meeting to get out to anyone else, and the only way to make sure that happened was to keep that guard close to him. It would only be for a little while, and Tanner was used to escorts since he was an advisor to the king and the leader of the king's army.
"Stay around me for a while," Tanner said, not caring to elaborate why or for how long. He noticed Gerard enter the room.
"Mister Pix wishes for everyone to meet him in the lobby," Gerard said.
Tanner nodded. "Thank you Gerard, I'll be there in a moment." He grabbed Leon by the arm, though gently, and led him to the lobby with all the group following.
Kai was not sure what was going on. Ever since Tanner met with them yesterday, Pix had been acting differently.
Kai meekly followed as they went downstairs. He glanced at Lucas behind him, and noticed Lucas was unusually stiff, looking straight ahead. Kai gulped. Something was about to happen. Tanner let go of Leon as he walked up to Pix.
"Yes Pix, what is it?" he said, noticing a light sway from Pix and another man standing beside him. Great, they're a little drunk. It's so hard to talk to Pix when he's buzzed. Tanner scowled for a moment but stopped, he was sick of being angry and frustrated. He feigned nonchalance again as he awaited Pix's announcement, pretty sure he knew what Pix was going to say.

Leon had no patients for just waiting and doing nothing but he wasn’t about to speak out of turn to the Lord General. His other questions were going to have to wait. One question he couldn’t get out of his mined accidentally popped out. “Who is this Pix and what do we need him for,” said Leon as he turned to the others standing in the lobby.

Catriona spent the day trying to cure her headache - though nothing was completely effective. After her trip to the kitchens when she had gotten up, she wandered the castle like some demented creature with low lids and blank gaze. It was late afternoon when she saw a few of the guests following a servant downstairs and looking curious. Her weary, throbbing mind registered that something was, no doubt, happening and that she should follow. She blinked for a few moments, gathering her thoughts before slowly approaching and decending a few stair cases until she got to the first floor.
She heard rather angry voices coming from a nearby door - the door leading into the lobby, she realized after a few moments of speculation. Now that her curiosity had been piqued, her thoughts were becoming clearer and she was able to make her way in quietly and, hopefully, without drawing too much attention to herself.

Andrea blinked, noticing someone enter: it was Catriona. She wondered if the poor girl were going to faint because of how tired and zombie-like she looked. Her thoughts then wandered to more wondering, mostly about if Catriona would be in trouble if someone saw her. Descreetly she inched over to her, lightly standing in front of her so it made it difficult to see her but also so that the girl could still watch what was going on if she wanted. Andrea turned her head a bit to whisper quietly to Catriona so as to keep from interrupting the current conversation taking place. "Are you allowed to be here..?" she asked, wondering if perhaps Catriona was allowed here and she was making a fool of herself by standing in front of her. Her cheeks reddened slightly from embarrassment.

Catriona flushed a bit from being discovered but at least it woke her up a bit. She averted her eyes, as she was so used to doing.
"Pix wants me to come along with you guys..." she murmured to the floor, starting to regret coming. Did that entitle her to be there? Her hands fiddled with the bottom of her bodice as she tugged it a bit then wound her hands in the front of her skirt.
'Standing it so wearying,' she thought, shifting from foot to foot from being tired and nervous. The base and top of her skull simultaneously gave a mild throb but she was able to ignore it.

Andrea blinked a bit, watching her as she fiddled and shifted nervously. She thought for a moment before whispering quietly to her again. "Pix does..?" she blinked again before changing the subject. "Are you alright? You look exaughsted.." she pointed out in a quiet whisper as she tried to keep the others from noticing her.

Catriona nodded slowly, "I'm just coming down with something, that's all." She attempted a small smile and looked up into Andrea's eyes. "I'll get over it soon." she assured her, glancing back at Pix before looking back down at the floor.

She looked up and saw Andrea pointing at Pix. Pix?
"No, of course not. I'm just sick." She emphasized, flailing her hands and hoping Andrea would believe her. She really wasn't anything more than ill.

Pix smiled as he saw his audience assemble, he waved a hand calling Andrea and Catriona to him and began his planned explanation, "First off, I feel like getting this done. You. All. Belong. To. Me." He punctuated this dramatically to get the point across, and with that he smiled smugly waiting for the reactions.
