Its gotten to the point that when I hear the intrument hit something, I respond with "OW"

you know you're a band nerd when:

even though u know u will end up watching the freshman-juniors clean it up...u do not hesitate to roll the band tower at least 3x a year!

you run to the busses before games just to get seats for you and the people you like, on the back of the bus, and so the ppl u dont like (cheerleaders,gaurd>>sry) will be stuck up front!

you sign up for the last bus, just so you can have a bus full of your friends (only about 15 allowed to sign since its cheerleader bus) haha

you WANT to go to band camp

you dont want football season to end

When football season does end, u act like its the end of the year, and nothing will ever be the same again, and u dread it, even though ur f-ball team SUCKS!!!

you know u are a band nerd when:

u walk with ur band friends, down the hall, and you are all in step, in time, and humming a band tune

you turn to your stand partner to ask something bout the music,...they answer you before u even ask

you know you're friends' instrumet, uniform/sash numbers by heart, and also they're shoe size/what they're shoes look like! (haha)

you have "rituals" before performances/games

you know you're a band nerd when:

you have a secret handshake for your section only

your marching section has a good luck ritual, and if you want to wish a different instrument good luck you find a way to combine the two rituals

you know that your a band nerrd when you cant go to sleep at night whith going through whole show in your head first
