What a pathetic creature. This 'Jeevita' really didn't do a lot of thinking, did she? "No, but threatening him might give her a chance to learn of a cure." God, what did she use to think? It was certainly not her mind, and if it was... Maeryn was glad that she was not an alicorn. "Killing, unfortunately, is not the answer to every problem." Her crimson eyes took in the sight of Lunathiel worrying over Lightning. "Apparently, that Soquili is not worth the effort. Heh." The alicorn was everywhere, wasn't she? Nosing into everything.

Jeevita glared at her. "And what, you think he'd actually say a cure for it? I think he's having too much fun in this to say a cure for it. If there even is a cure." She spat back at her. Why would someone curse them and say a cure. It didn't make sence. Though once again, this Kalona wouldn't have thought of that. "I never said he wasn't worth helping. Your just putting words in my mouth. To you, I'm sure he isn't worth helping."
She calmed down at bit. "If you think your so smart, then why don't you get the cure out of him?" She eyed the Kalona. She didn't seem like other Kalona. She was quite different. "I'm sure your quite sick of them aswell, the did infact ruin your lands aswell." She added.

Lightning moaned, and his eyelids fluttered open slightly. "Oh.. Hi.." He squinted, and looked up at Luna. Then around, at all the other soquili. Flustered, he heaved himself up. "Im fine.. I'm fine." The stallions voice was low, and a bit flustered. "I.. just had this terrible dream.." Light said, his voice softer. "I was going to be this monster thing.." His eyes widened. "Oh my god.. Ohmy god. Oh my god. Ohmygod!" The stallion moaned in distress, and tried to keep the tears back. "Please.. Ohgoawd.. Ohgawd!" He stomped up to the old man angrily in a burst of anger. "Turn me back! Turn me back! Turn me back or I'll smush you're stupid head in! I swear I will!" Lightning rose a hoove, threatingly.

t was not so much the howls and the disturbances that had attracted him to the Kawani village, rather, it was the disappearance of one of his soquili. Yei had been the first he had tended to and cared for, he'd grown used to her presence and her insistance on being seen at least once a day to the point htat he had become worried when she had been missing for not one night, but two.
Admittedly, he had heard the howls from the previous nights but he had always been of the opinion that Yei was a strong beast and was perfectly capable of combatting most threats...until now at least. The fact that she hadn't returned had spurred him to pick up his bag of herbs, tossing some of the spares aside to make room for ointments and other materials just in case something had gone very wrong.
Then he had descended the slopes in a surprisingly quick fashion. It had taken in a few hours but at last, with a final burst of energy he had reached the Village and could only gawk at the absolutely devastation that had torn it apart, the chaos ripplin through the village as two-leggers and even Soquili turned upon one another or each other.
Yei.
"Yei!" He called shrilly as he flicked his gaze across the expanse in the hop of spotting the bright red mare amongst the rather 'plain' colours and other exotic beasts, "Yei!" He repeated loudly as he began to make his way into the centre of the village, swallowing hard at the prospect that the blood on the arrowheads and other objects could be hers.
...And then he heard a whicker, the rather thunderous strides and the tall mare came striding into view, ears pricked and eyes unusually unsettled. Luckily she didn't hesitate in approaching him and when she had, he took the opportunity to observe those before him and to listen to the words of the two-leggers, especially when some of the chatter seemed to be directed to a rather confused looking Flutter.

Maeryn scoffed at the alicorn. "Why would I care to do that? It's possible that there is a cure, and the only person who is likely to know about it is the one who caused the change in the first place." What a lark. Really. Lesser Soquili were just so amusing in the way they skipped the thinking part and went straight to the yelling. "If you're not making an effort to 'help' him, he can't be worth helping to you, don't you think?" Whatever. She had more important things to do than listen to the yammerings of a trumped up mare. She flicked her tail, digging a hoof into the earth as she watched the two leggers. They were remarkably quick with their judgments, it seemed. Heh. At least that Stallion... what was his name? Lightbug? Lightwing? ... Hmm. Lightning, perhaps, had decided to take matters into his own hooves.

Lunathiel let the tears out, she couldn't hold them in any longer. Lightning was too sweet to be turned into some horrible beast. She stood up, tears still flowing freely as she walked over to Lightning. This was killing her, but how would Halloween react. Luna could tell how much the other mare liked him. "Please! He doesn't deserve this..." She wailed, praying that somewhere the man still had a heart. No one deserved it, but it was appearent the man thought they did. Why else would he do something so horrible? Lunathiel fell silent. She wasn't crying anymore, she was lost in her own distress and jumbled thoughts.

She snorted at the Kalona. Sure enough he did have a cure, but telling it wouldn't help his side now would it? "You think you know everything." she spat back at the Kalona and decided it was useless to say anything more. She walked over to where Lunathiel and Lightning where. "We'll figure something out. Though, it'll do no good trying to get it out of this two-legger." Perhaps he didn't even know what would cure him.

Knowing everything was certainly better than knowing nothing. Like a certain alicorn. Maeryn snorted, and ignored the emotional creature. There was more afoot than that. She eyed the two legger with the coyote pelt on its back, and decided that it would be in her best interest to seek out her herd. There was much to discuss. This new evil should not go unobserved. She moved back into the shadows, and scented out her kind.

Silent Spy Kimi glanced at the black and pink Fluter Soquili. He must have done this. "You were the one screaming about a Soquili genocide!" shouted Kimi, staring at Rasputin. "You are guilty, guilty, GUILTY!" Rasputin grinned maliciously. "Mayhaps I am. Perhaps you should be the first one to die, die, DIE!" The stallion mocked as he reared back on his hind legs, wanting to squish the annoying little runt beneath his hooves.

Lunathiel looked at the alicorn through blood shot eyes before giving a slight sniffle and running off. She couldn't face this right now. It all had to be a bad dream...but it wasn't. It was real, it was Lightning. He was doomed. She practically whimpered as she ran into Mushyn Tala's bare teepee ignoring the girl's startled expression. She lay in the very back of the small teepee and closed her eyes letting the last few tears fall. When would this nightmare be over?

Jeevita watched her turn and run. She sighed. This was a bit much for any of them, though they couldn't just run from it. She looked back at lightning who seemed to be in too much shock to even get him to calm down. She walked towards the teepee.
"Lunathiel" Jeevita called calmly as she looked into the teepee. She wanted to say something, but she couldn't. She looked at the two-legger in there as well, who seemed quite confused.. "Luna... There will be an answer soon. Please, just understand that" She said and turned and poked her head out of the teepee.

Halloween stood to the back of the crowd her eyes wide. She could feel tears forming and close to falling. It couldn't be... Lightning a skinwalker. A heartless loner? He couldn't be... no... no, not now. Her heart seemed as though it would break into a thousand pieces as she looked at Lightning now. It was too much for her to take and the tears in her eyes fell uncontrollably.

It was very much like charades when it came to the Soquili, he was forced to attempt to read their body language but the humans (his people) were sufficiently easier to understand. Without much effort he was able to procure the necessary information he required and became aware of the situation now at hand.
The first being that Yei had rather unceremoniously broken a few of the rips of the husband of the woman he was speaking to but he could only assume this was in her own defense after the wife went on to describe how the villagers had turned upon their own Soquili following the discovery that two had been responsible for the desecration of the village.
...And the second...
He released a sigh as he flicked his gaze towards first "Lightning" who seemed to be less than amused and was currently attacking a rather odd and emaciated man, and then to "Rasputin" who seemed to be facing down a wind foal. Considering the height of the small flutter it was a little amusing to watch but still didn't remove the problem - they were the accused.
"Oh dear." He murmured softly as he stroked the muzzle of his Soquili companion, his gaze still trained on Rasputin who seemed to be receiving a considerably greater amount of hostility...it almost seemed unfair!
"Hm..." It was all he could say as he exchanged glances with Yei and made a mental note to seek out further information but there was one thing for certain, it took two to tango and he found it very hard to belief that they were solely responsible - blame couldn't be placed on just one individual, now could it?
