~Truinthil smiled and nodded. He started to get up, but hesitated, looking at her. She was very beautiful while laying there completely drained of energy. Not in the sense that she was defenseless, but it was just strangely appealing. This was the first time that he had ever really taken notice of such things. It almost bothered him. He had done what he could for tonight though and with only another few seconds hesitation, he slowly started towards the door.~

If you need anything while you are recooperating, my room will be easily found and I will likely be there.

~He remained just short of the door.~

~Truinthil looked pleased, but startled. He had only been partially expecting, hoping really, for something like this. He had thought himself a fool to think it would happen though.~

Yes. I can stay here as long as you like. Where would you have me sleep, or would you rather I stayed awake and watched over you?

~Truinthil was left blinking after she had glanced back at him. It was a clear invitation to join her on the bed. His original self would have accepted in a heartbeat without any thought of her feelings, but now...Now he wanted to accept, but for other reasons than he would have usually done. He struggled inwardly with himself for a moment before nodding and lightly crawling onto the bed with her.~

Sleep is a needed thing, even for me. I will join you...if you truly don mind.

Heh. I wont try anything.

~He was serious as he said the first, but his next comment was mostly sarcastic~

You are too weak right now to be much fun anyway.

~He grinned and half expected an elbow in his ribs.~

~Lying on his back, he got the pillow full in the face. He couldnt help but to laugh too. As she rolled over, he watched, looking into her face and smiling. He was smiling to much today. He was growing far too soft. Perhaps it was a good thing that she had come to him for training and extra power. He might be able to train another to take his place once he was completely soft. Of course his own child might take that spot, but seeing as she also held kind emotions, it wasnt the most liekely of circumstances. He gently moved some of the hair from her face before setting onto his back again, to stare at the ceiling a while before closing his own eyes and beginning to drift towards sleep.~

~He was startled yet again by Sairys. She was doing that too much to comfort him, yet he enjoyed it. Although her last comment sounded as if she had read his mind, he checked and double checked his mental barriers, finding them all secure. It must have been a feeling that he was giving off, or something to that effect. He smiled anyway though and nodded.~

I hope that I wont be. G'night.

~He yet again was startled, only this time by himself for saying that last phrase. He sighed lightly and let himself drift to sleep.~

~Truinthil sat on a chair in the corner of Sairys' room. He had only left once, momentarily, to get a fresh pitcher of water for when she awoke, in the case that she might want to bathe with it. Unless of course she prefered other means of bathing. His eyes were half closed, looking at Sai's sleeping form. He was still trying to puzzle out exactly what he was feeling towards her. It was odd. He couldnt quite control his kind set of emotions when around her. Around others or in battle, he had no problem. But around her it was far more difficult. What it possibly meant, he wasnt sure if he was comfortable with. Or maybe he was...~
