Transcendent Eternal Sailor Megrez
HP: 100/100
Action: Attacking Lyndin! Regardless of incredible stupidity and consequences
Damage 6 (base) + 7 (rank) + 3 (magic boost, super magic, 1/2 uses) = 16
Location: D4

Megrez had watched in absolute horror as everything crumbled around her. Generators were flaring to life, the Negaverse had completely flooded in, Lyndin was trying to murder his supposed liege (?) and best friend...

It was wrong, all of it was wrong. She should have known better than to believe Chaos would be struck down this night, but some part of her earnestly, earnestly wanted to believe that something good could happen for once. Yet, here she was, surrounded by Chaos and chaos, watching everything unfurl.

A soft series of "no"s escaped her, increasing in volume, hitting a crescendo until everything broke. "No, this can't be happening! No, no, no!"

Steered completely by emotion, she charged towards the epicenter of the fight, calling one large egg out of her arsenal. "You can't say you're going to solve the problem and then try and crush all of its potential in one fell swoop! You can't!"

She lobbed the egg at Lyndin, somehow unaware of how this could exacerbate the problem.

Quote:
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Ostrich Egg Toss!

Cupping both hands to catch it, Megrez manifests an ostrich egg. This egg can be thrown at the enemy. Ostrich eggs can be up to five pounds and they are significantly bigger than chicken eggs (here is a size comparison between an ostrich egg and a chicken egg, for reference), so this egg might actually hurt if thrown at someone. The goop and residue from this egg lingers for 30 seconds before disappearing. Can be used three times.

Character name, rank, and a link to their journal Super Sailor Dejanira / senshi of raspberries
HP: 24 HP
Action: Being attacked again
Damage :
Location: F6

Dejanira frowned when another nega soldier attacked her this wasn't good she was outnumbered and she wasn't having any luck getting a chance to attack the generator. "What do you hope to gain from all of this?" She pleads with them. "You live here too why would you want to steal the energy from earth? How do you even know it will be enough to save another world and not destroy both worlds." She thought it was a reasonable question. Did anyone actually know if this plan was possible or if it would merely kill them all and end-all of life?

Sailor Scout Attack: Raspberry jam smash

Sailor Dejanira creates a red ball of magic raspberry jam that she jumps into the air and smashes down on her target. The attack has a stinging sensation (with skin contact) that lasts about 30 secs. range about 5 meters

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Raspberry jam blast (twice per battle)

Sailor Dejanira jumps into the air and shoots a ball of raspberry jam at her target. The attack has a slightly longer stinging sensation (must be skin contact), that lasts about 30 sec. range about 10 meters

Corrupted Eternal Ochre
HP: 56/100
Action:
Damage None atm
Location: E2

The Princess didn't know — no one knew — and his options looked dim and grim for where Xenotime might have gone. Hope was a casualty, long past rotting, and Ochre grew sick of gnawing the bones. Felt sick for gnawing the bones. But what else did he have?

Stainding there, in the perimeter of a battlefield, his hands raised in attrition at the enemy, so much death and anguish and violence around them, the sovereigns each hemming them in, the generators bursting their lights at the sky, the commotion at the center of it all, aliens he didn't understand, and what was it all for? What were they getting out of it? What was the Negaverse getting out of it? Could he feel good about that?

As he looked on, someone who wasn't an agent (Kurma) appeared next to the Princess with a Negaverse senshi (Vela) he didn't recognize. In a quick, medically elegant exchange, the Princess blew the dark off of her and she stood as a White Moon senshi.

It looked easier than an oil change. And what did that mean?

And her offer — tacked on, like after thought, like asking someone if they wanted a glass of water. Like asking what song people wanted to hear him play next. And he knew purification was turning a life inside-out, scraping out half of it, and leaving the half-empty person out to dry. He knew, but what else did he have?

Umber was dead. Xenotime was nowhere. That fiery ******** who killed his brother was a ******** decorated General.

Standing there, hands up, mouth at a loss for words, he looked from one face to the next to the next to the next. The senshi who hit him with magic had stayed his hand at request. The Knight who whipped out — he didn't know, some kind of Knight-youma? — unsummoned the thing somehow. It was more than he could've asked of the Negaverse's purported organization. It was almost — no, it was laughable for how disordered the battlefield was, that they could have this pocket of quietude. This pause to breathe and think. Because what else did he have?

"Um — I think —" And he blinked a few times, as Ganymede's appearance grew overbright and then warbly, "you could try?" He winced lightly afterward.

He didn't know what he was saying, he told himself. But Ochre knew, and he knew the ramifications, and he knew he didn't have anything left. He didn't have anything.

Valhalla, Transcended Knight of Jupiter
HP: 86
Action: Boosting Ganymede's energy (if she needs it)
DamageN/A
Location: E2

Valhalla stared in surprise when someone (Kurma) randomly appeared with a Corrupt Senshi (Vela). A purification? Right then and there? But Ganymede knew it had to be done quickly if they had any chance at helping this woman before the Negaverse had their hands on her again.

He nodded to both Kerberos and Amsvartnir, and cast a glance in the other Corrupt Senshi’s (Meridiana) direction to make sure she was okay and not in distress.

“You okay?” he asked Ganymede after the crystal had burned away the chaos and a White Moon senshi remained. He offered their new ally a smile as well. It was good that Kerberos was helping to keep an eye on their new friend, and he breathed a small sigh of relief that it seemed to go over well, even with everything else that was going on.

Something was happening with Lyndin and Caedus, and Valhalla frowned sadly as he looked across the field. There were so many already trying to handle the situation at the center. The best they could do was stand back and offer support to those who needed it. Especially since it seemed as though Ochre was interested in purifying as well.

“We’re not going to hurt you,” he said to the other Corrupt (Meridiana), even though she had already attacked him. He still felt a bit weary from her magic, but he was forcing himself to stand strong for as long as Ganymede needed him to do so.

“I can help,” he offered, at first placing a hand at Ganymede’s back to rub it in reassurance and comfort, and then placing it on her shoulder to help with boosting her energy. But she seemed to be doing pretty well. It must have something to do with the strange energy around them.

Cadet Valnyr
HP: 49
Action: Priorities. Back to attacking the generator. (Stay strong Aoga ;-; )
Damage 1d10 +3 = 13
Location: F2

Valnyr lapsed in to silence as the Commodore's voice broadcast over her comms. The blaster shot that had been intended for Albite never came as her mood worsened further. So not only had they betrayed their new allies, but her own Commodore was betraying one of their most core values as well. Could she understand his motivations? Not really, he had represented those core values for all these years and it had all turned out to be one of the most impressive lies.

A-plus for the acting though, he had managed to achieve quite a bit in those few moments.

It was difficult for her to process everything in those moments, she couldn't fathom the truth depth of despair that she felt. The crisis welling up within her would have to be addressed at another time, but for now all she could do was trust her most base instincts. If everything he had been was a lie, if he had spent centuries pretending he had never meant to leave him then that meant that whatever these generators were for was beyond questionable.

She should have protected the pages, but in the grand scheme of things if they were to succeed in any small measure then she could only assume these things had to come down first. Whatever this thing was really for still remained a mystery to her, but given the fact that her Commodore was nothing but a liar she saw no reason to believe that he did have their best intentions to heart.

Pretty words, but a viper tongue.

For all she knew, those same honeyed words would serve only to buy him time and then who knew what would happen? She couldn't afford to take that risk. Consequently she turned towards the generator, raised her now recharged blaster, and fired it.

Eternal Sailor Oberon
HP: 100 - 30 (Rakovanite) - 10 (Weissite) - 30 (generator) = 30
Action: Attacking the generator in D6 then catching up with Sess and Belmont in E5 so he can try and figure out what’s going on with Caedus.
Damage 9 (roll) + 7 (rank) + 3 (super magic 1 / 2) = 19 to generator in D6
Location: D6 to E5

Okay ouch. That was super uncool.

Oberon winced as he took a few good hits from not just the General with the gnarly chakrams, but some other dude decided to punch him in the side. There was blood already soaking into his outfit from where the blade sliced across his chest. Which was fine. He managed to jump back enough in time to avoid being completely sliced through, but the extra punch -- and blast from the generators wasn’t cool.

“Caedus, what is going on,” he muttered under his breath. He knew he should have been paying more attention to potentially getting hurt, but he was concerned about the person he did consider his friend. And the aliens were all confused as well.

Like he watched Sessrumnir, Oberon decided it might be best to back off for a moment and wait to regroup. The sound of another generator exploding meant that maybe there would be others on the way to help with theirs soon.

“Adventure beckons!” he called his magic, grateful that it was a ranged attack so he could make a quick exit before some assholes decided to gang up on him again like they were doing with some of the others.

“Well, this sucks,” Oberon said as he caught up to Sessrumnir and the other Jupiter page. “Oberon,” he said and offered his bloodied hand for a moment, before pulling it back with a grimace. “Sorry, maybe later. And sorry Sess. Guess the aliens were doing sketchy things but… Are we just going to let them do whatever they’re doing to Caedus?”

Oberon would have liked to run up and help, but he was in no shape at the moment. Maybe when he caught his breath.

Oh, she very much did not like what was happening with the generators. If there was another blast like that, they would have probably been better off staying home. But horrible things were also happening with that manly alien Lyndin, and his lover (?). She didn’t have the best view from where she was, but none of it seemed good. She heard everything that was said from one of the alien’s communicators though. And she just frowned sadly up at her husband, before picking up another rock to try and throw at the Generator.

Sailor Meissa of Bobcats
HP: 50
Action: attacking the generator in F4 (( previously hiding in plain sight ))
Damage 10 +3(rank) = 13dmg
Location: F4

Meissa had been keeping a low profile on the battlefield. She hadn't wanted to come the clearing to witness this apparent destruction of the negaverse. If anything she had wanted to come to do some stellar stargazing. Her gaze took in the chaos around her and with the presence of those of even higher power than her seemingly blocking the way out of the battlefield, Meissa had no choice but to use what scarce coverage there was to duck and weave throughout the aliens, negaverse and the forces of order. She had fight experience - and had even lasted for quite a while against that one strange senshi a while back but this amount of agents and the uncertainty of what side the aliens were fighting on (some seemed awfully conflicted) ... it meant she was left clinging to the hope that she'd not be needed.

But as members of the aliens fell, either knocked out, murdered or what have you, and order seemed sorely outnumbered Meissa picked up the nearest heaviest object she could find and approached the smallest generator on the field and tossed her projectile with all the force that she could muster. Hopefully after the swarming that had been done before it would fall soon.

Gelria, Eternal Senshi of Cinnamon
HP: 90HP
Action: Annoyed as heck at Beira, attacking generator
Damage 7 + 7 = 14
Location: D2 -> B2

Beira still didn't want to help him. Still thought he was making a poor decision. Gelria almost turned on him. Almost attacked him. His roommate. His ally. His friend.

And then the stupid little Alien seemed to have a convulsion, and the Eternal Senshi took a step backwards, scowling and staring at her for a long moment before giving a scoff and shrugging. “Whatever. Fine. We’ll go. Do something else. Fine. You win. Beira. Happy?”

Gelria sure wasn’t, and he wondered if he would have to find a new place to live now that this was going on. Now that his anger had gotten the better of him. But. Whatever. That was something to deal with later, he supposed.

For now...he would take it out on something else, not bothering to wait and see if his friend was coming with him he ran towards one of the close knit groups of chaos and order. Gelria saw people attacking what seemed to be a harmless piece of machinery, he scoffed, but kicked it with all of the strength that he could muster, pretending it was his enemy. Picturing a whole slew of faces, anger bubbling. <******** chaos. ******** all of this.

Youma Albite *Super Corrupt of Retribution*
HP: 75
Action: Tentasmacking a Pretty Gany Page
Damage: 18
Location: F2
BonusAtkCalc: (ForMySanity = 1d10 +5(Rank). +2(BasicMagicUse 2 Remain) or +3(SuperMagicUse 1 Remains) )

Albite heard Aqua - titled towards the sound of that prissed voice like a dog heeding a whistle. Lit up at the order - simple clean thing he could follow through on - set his sights on what was clearly a Gany Page (Tikal)

'Cool, smack all the things?' He could hecking well do that.

Loosed his attention from the Squire (Aogashima), felt his magic fade as he snapped his attention over to a bright flare or red and white. Stunning blond dressed in skirts and hearts.

"Lash of Retribution!" reached out - and a tentacle went *snapp* - whip lashed through the air to strike out with a fleshy *thunk* after her, as she went after the big pulsing generator.

Item: Rugose Pendant Spooky Visual Aid
- A blackened, wrinkled rock set into a silver pendant with an indigo glow trapped inside. It can be found discarded in Negaspace or the Rift. To use the item, an agent or Negaverse senshi must energy drain the rock. Once drained, the rock will crack and disintegrate. The rock's violet light will then envelop the user, cloaking them in the appearance of a youma. A youma aura will overwhelm the user's natural aura, though it will not disguise their aura. Their youma appearance must adhere to youma guidelines for personal or player youma. The user does not gain any special abilities while under the effects of the item, and their current abilities are not typically hampered by the item. The Rugose Pendant's effects last until the character powers down or until 3 hours have passed, whichever is sooner. The Pendant may be used once a day.

Magic:
Super Sailor Scout Attack B: Lash of Retribution!
Albite’s tattoos appear to tear from his form, lightning quick, and lash out at his nearest opponent like mindless rabid animals. The magical bindings crack loudly through the air, creating a startling warning noise, just before they coil and yank across the opponent like an angry living whip.
The player feels as though they've received a mild rope burn (pick body part) for up to thirty seconds, though no physical or lasting damage is done; only the very uncomfortable mental sensation of such, unless the target’s player wants to sustain any lasting damage. The whipcrack loud noise prior to the attack striking serves as warning so the attack can be dodged.
Effect: Instantaneous
Range: 6ft
Duration: 30 Seconds
Usage: 3x Times

Itztenoch - Cadet with a Blaster
HP: 35
Action: Mission Objective: Choosing Valencians?! Are there even sides anymore? Protecting Nessa - Shooting Ransomite
Damage: N/A
Location: D6 --> D5 (Falling Back towards Lyndin Slowly!)
AutoBonus: (For My Memories Sake +1d10(Dice) +3(Cadet)

Tenoch stood in a moment of observed shock. Felt his heart shatter inside, the cries that rang out over the coms. Screaming from the center, dread and terror - the continued onslaught that seemed to unfold around Lyndin and Caedus - twin stars dying and dragging each other down amidst it all.

Blinked the tears he didn't know he was shedding free, watery violets that seemed to crack and shatter across the blood and earth churned ground beneath them....and Tenoch had very much liked the grass....liked it better in the earth, painted something other than red and muddy.....

Velyria's words that rang crescendo - violent symbols that jolted him into action as he felt a sudden warm weight slumped at his back. Felt Nessa go Down as a violent wave of energy tore through the group. Nearly put him on his knees, but he staggered up agaisnt it. Stood against it as he holstered his blaster and took Nessa up over his shoulder, wet, slack, ragdoll of deadweight. Prayed she was still breathing...

Could check later....

Their commanders had given an order. Their Commodore had given an order, confusing malaise of it all. So Tenoch plucked the one thing that made sense - Their leaders were 'proud of them' -- They wanted them to 'stay together and stay safe'..

If the Negaverse were terrible beings? Then the pink haired one and blond were very reasonable indeed. Maybe they were just like them? Confused and thrust into a thing they barely understood..Cogs in a machine meant to follow the tread of 'orders given'.

He acknowledged Eso at his side --- Called out --- and all the while gave Ransomite and Nobelite a gracious retreating gaze. Didn't have the words, didn't wish to say them, but he let it linger all the same. They had spared them, had turned away even after they'd struck out at them, lashed out in fear for their friend.

Knew they were all just doing what they'd been told...they had to be....had to...

"ESO! We're falling back, I've got Nessa!" shrugged her better and backpaddled, kept his eyes on those before, on Eso's artful, glorious, strike, as Tenoch moved to put distance between Nessa's body and the fray.

Action: Following Tenoch, staying between him (who's dragging Nessa) and the agents.
Damage:
Location: D6 > D5
AutoBonus: (For My Memories Sake +1d10(Dice) +3(Cadet)

Everything happened so fast. Nessa down, commander dead, orders shouted and then...

Eso was on his knees, dagger clutched tightly in his hand as Rak sent out that wave of damage. He grit his teeth and couldn't do anything but let it rock him body and mind. He could feel blood trickling out of his nose, and yet he wouldn't do anything to stop it. He had a mission. A very, very clear mission of getting Nessa and Tenoch out of here as unscathed as possible.

He didn't know what was happening. There was chaos everywhere, explosions, people getting hurt, people dying.

It was war.

"Go, go! I'll cover you!" He yelled to Tenoch, voice strained with emotions, but he knew loud enough to be heard. "Get her to safety then I'm going to protect a generator!"

What else could he do?

"Hey, Chaos Scum, focus on me!" This was probably stupid. He would be retreating, but slower than Tenoch, and trying to face them as long as possible.

Cadet Naeria
HP: 3
Action: Going with Andreiya to C3, more crying
Damage: N/A
Location: C3

Naeria was conscious, but barely. She did nothing to fight Andreiya as he whisked her away, to somewhere away from all of the fighting that had descended around the generator in very short notice.

He was telling her that the generators would be fine. It was meant to be a reassurance. Naeria, squinting over at where a group of senshi and knights were smashing the device that they’d worked so hard to construct, found that she did not care.

The generator was being controlled by people outside the Vanguard. It had hurt her.

Naeria kept quiet, though. She just clung tighter to Andreiya, hoping that would make the Earth stop spinning so much. She took advantage of the fact that just for now, there was nobody trying to stab or blast her.

The ComTech just kept broadcasting, though.

On top of whatever was happening between Caedus and Lyndin, she could hear Velyria speaking, saying that she was proud in a way that sounded far to final. At the sickening sounds that followed, Naeria squeezed her eyes shut as if that would keep her from hearing.

“Is she-“

Naeria’s words were cut off by a fresh wave of tears. “Andreiya, I don’t want to die.”

Not for a generator. Perhaps not even for the Commodore.

Cadet Neryn
HP: 50
Action: Paralyzed by Velyria's death, Lyndin holding Caedus' starseed, just all of this going on so they're just gunna have a sit
Damage: NA
Location: F2

Val took the shot and instantly Neryn felt their stomach shoot up into their throat. They'd just shot on their fellow cadet, who was trying to protect a human from the Negaverse - the force they were supposed to be destroying or saving this world from but were somehow aligned with. The White Moon was just trying to protect themselves, weren't they? Neryn didn't understand why their fellow cadets got attached - or why the Earthlings were attached to their long lost king, but they couldn't fault them for it. Not really. Not when---

King Caedus' voice came over their comms with Lyndin's. ...if you’d just died when you were supposed to...You should have given this up a lifetime ago...

What.... what. King Caedus was their unawakened senshi? The Negaverse was supposed to have killed him? He was left on Earth with that intention?

But... but Caedus was one of them. Why was Lyndin doing this? Why was--

Commander Velyria came over the comms this time. Cadets... I'm proud of all of you. Whatever you choose. Followed by the crunching sound of death.

The blaster fell from Neryn's hands with a thud into the grass. Commander Velyria was dead. One of their commanders was dead. Were they... were they even going home at this point? What... what should they do? What should they do?

Neryn's knees hit the grass, eyes staring at the fighting ahead of them, ears hearing the static and voices in their comms. Their limbs went limp, their mind went blank.

What... what was Neryn supposed to do.

Eternal Sailor Metis
HP: 75
Action: Attacking General Benitoite
Damage Base: 8 Rank: +7 Faction Bonus: +4 same square Eternal magic 19
Location: B4

They destroyed it. It actually blew up. Not they as in her helping. Oh no, she'd not steal that credit. Metis had only been going after the Negaverse agents, trying to distract them at least a little. The generators weren't things that responded to vision altering magic, after all. She could try to use her magic to help elsewhere. Be effective elsewhere. Enable them to keep attacking the generator, and hopefully not be sliced open. The explosion that hit her made her stumble forward, wincing at the pain radiating through her back, head, and legs. And oh the energy that went out around her. The entire battlefield had already been a brilliantly lit and ornately detailed with auras colored in species and faction, some brighter than others due to their power level... suddenly it all became awash in white, shining light.

It illuminated the field in as crisp a view as she could get. Colors of other auras were briefly drowned out, but all the inanimate objects, all the lifeless--

Her eyes went wide, her throat constricting as she realized she was seeing two forms that weren't lifeless. Caedus, Lyndin. The alien she knew, always kind and gentle... held aloft. When Lyndin plunged his hand into the other man, Metis heard herself scream, pushing herself up to her feet. Something glowed inside the Commodore's hand. She felt bile rising in her throat, hands covering her mouth as she gagged. Even at that distance, she could feel the acrid energy that leeched off his starseed. "Caedus, what happened to you?" Her voice was a whisper, a whimper. Tears welled in her eyes, though it did not affect the clarity of her vision. Moisture began to collect against the hem of her blindfold.

She'd never seen a broken, warped starseed. A noxious, hazy crimson glow prickled with soft, gentle thistle. Blotting it out. Muffling it. Tendrils of black, acrid energy lanced around the haze and struggling pin pricks, nearly drowning everything else out. Consuming it. Her shoulders shook, and small sounds leaked from her throat. "Spirits guide us, Caedus... oh my god, what happened..." Could a starseed like that... even survive long? She didn't know. She had no idea. A cadet's communicator crackled. A senshi. Her eyes stung, more tears fell. How could he be a senshi, with a starseed that corroded? That strangled? He was one of theirs. She coughed repeatedly, feeling like she was about to be sick. What had happened?

The agents were trying to move, to go to another generator to aid that team. Her skin crawled, her pulse began to pound. More fighting. More generators. She couldn't stay. Something had to be done. But the distance between herself and Caedus, the other generators... doubt crept into her mind. Could she even be useful at either place? She wanted to scream.

Instead, she murmured a vow. Her voice was tight, choked with the tears that soaked into her blindfold, hidden. "You will see what future you've wrought, when I next get my hands on you, Commodore Lyndin. Spirits guide me, I will make you see it." Others were closer. Large entities of white energy flared up. They'd deal with him. Help Caedus. That was the priority for those closest. If Lyndin survived... well.

Destiny City wasn't that big.

Forcing herself back to the present, she became aware as a General (Titanite) she'd not seen in the immediate area spoke to one leaving the scene. Told him their Order companions still weren't done with him. She turned, forcing herself... to walk away. From a friend. Someone she couldn't help. Couldn't save, or support or-- Oh that burned. She felt that bile in her throat and swallowed thickly. Her hand twitched, as if seeking another's. Wanting that strength. Though... a corner of her lips quirked briefly. She'd likely be all the more worried if he were here.

If nothing else... she was greatly distracted for a moment when the first General punched the second in the face.

Metis... laughed. Chuckled. Softly. Maybe a snort. But it was a distraction, a refocus, and the Eternal of the Third Eye fell upon it like water in the desert.

The first General (Benitoite) sent out a notice. A traitor, Titanite. Metis gave a soft tsk before she came up swiftly behind the man.

"Visions of War."

She pressed her hands up against his back, fingers in a triangle to focus her magic. "Now now, that's rather rude, General, to say such things. Especially when we're not quite done here." Her voice was haughty, a scorn and delicate sneer. It dripped acidic sarcasm, and she hoped he saw something that really burned him.

Quote:
Visions of War

Speaking the name of the attack, Metis' hands began to glow with a soft teal light. Putting her thumbs and index fingers together, forming a triangle between her hands, she touches the target over their forehead--preferably, however due to her height the target can also be touched on their chest--leaving behind a mark that looks like a half-lidded eye, glowing teal. Even if the target has a mask, headdress, fur, or something else covering their forehead or chest, the magic will still take effect. For 40 seconds the target begins to see a vision of a possible future overlay on the world around them from their third eye, disorientating them and likely blurring the battle around them. However, it is not a completely opaque scene, so the target will still be capable of seeing danger around them, albeit possibly distracted by the contents of the vision. The exact contents of the vision are up to the player, and if the player wishes if the target is subjected to a possible future that contains injuries or some other cause of pain, the target would feel it as they experience the vision, however the pain would only be in their minds, and no lasting damage would occur. After the 40 seconds, the vision fades away. She is only capable of using this magic once per battle.
