While Uriah led Murphy and Chromie from game to game and Jubilee hopefully didn’t magically rob the costume shop of ideas or their goods, MD browsed the stalls that lined the pathways. There were so many of them, he couldn’t help but be impressed by the massive exposure they must’ve received participating in a fair like this.
He took a moment to pause at a pokeball making stall, watching as an apprentice craft worker went about creating a pokeball from scratch. It was impressive really, to see how the old hand made technique was done; from what MD knew personally, pokeballs tended to be mass produced in factories for convenience and ease. But there was something to watching someone painstakingly craft a single ball by hand, the focus and dedication to the practice both apparent on their face and in their work. Eventually the young worker finished his masterpiece and with a grin, nestled it safely in the confines of a display case for all to see. MD found himself lingering a moment or so longer than he would’ve to just study the thing. It was a true piece of work. Eventually though, he shook his head and moved along to see what else the fair had to offer.

There were a lot of odd vendors about. Some had herbal remedies, others were selling snacks and some were selling useful items for trainers to procure for their journeys. MD found himself stopping to browse once in a while, gaze shifting about once in a while from behind his shades in watch. Sure, no one would probably expect him to be so out in the open at a fair no less, but he needed to be alert just in case.
It wasn’t just Interpol looking for him after all. Someone had to be keeping a watchful eye out for his next movements for the sake of their own agenda. They wouldn’t have put so much work into throwing him under the bus if they had simply thought he’d roll over and die willingly. No… no someone was out to get him; a fact that he kept firmly planted in the back of his mind. Absently, he reached for his back pocket, pulling out the deck of cards he kept there. It was one of the few tokens of a former life that he still had in his possession. Humming to himself he continued along, absently shuffling the cards as he went. It was relaxing.

Eventually he was staring at a map board for the fair, trying to work out potential places of interest. He was sort of thinking a stage show would be nice to see at this point, though he’d probably need to check with his team. Uriah didn’t seem too thrilled to be here, bless his kill-joy soul and who really knew what kind of crazy shenanigans Jubilee would want to get into. Though it was quite possible she’d take an interest in the shows. Who knew with that one?
Actually, it was probably about time they regrouped to decide what to do next. Jubilee had taken a considerably long time to find a costume and MD was starting to get a little anxious over what was going on. With that in mind he set off to locate Uriah and the others first. Once he was certain the bulk of them were alright, they would go find his would-be-training-apprentice and make sure she hadn’t been devoured by some rogue corset. Or passed out from one at least…

-]Akela was clearly losing this battle, and apparently it was no secret. Yukie had turned around to check on her, she guess, but shorter woman only earned herself an eye full as the struggle with this Chancey had cause more than just a little slip up with her garments. Fortunately the woman turned around quickly, but not before Akela caught the dark shade that Yukie's face took on because of the sight. Frankly, Akela wasn't really ashamed at all, he just didn't want the Chansey poking and prodding at such an tender spot anymore. Even on her darker skin, the bruise was now quite plainly visible. It looked rather nasty. Akela was positive that the bruise wasn't what had her friend blushing, however. With a quick light sigh, the brunette ceased her pouting, thanks to Ohm pinching her nose. With Yakule's... sort of yes to her question she was feeling better. "Can we go watch the sparring matches now?" Ko inquired, hugging Ohmnensa even tighter than before with both her arms. She wasn't risking the baby being taken from her again. However it seemed they weren't going to be let go so easily. Some more of the grunts had appeared, though they weren't directly interacting with Ko and Ohm, she felt a bit peeved they were still trying to steal or otherwise harass other trainers. When the couple came into sight of some stragglers, they turned, Pokemon at the ready following at their sides. "Release all your Pokemon now!" One shouted . "Let them out of those prison cells you call Pokeballs!" Another called. Ko tightened her grip on Ohmnensa. One of the grunts motioned forward his Pokemon, it seemingly deciding to dance in a cheerful manner, quite oddly. " Looks like the sparring will have to wait." The brunette pouted once more, before letting a smirk cross her lips. "We've got to teach these people some manners." She added. Ohmnensa cheered away, as per the usual, but this time something happened. As Ohmnensa continued to cheer, suddenly, large plumes of lava shot out seemingly materializing from right in front of Ohmnensa. Ko jumped slightly, from the heat that came off the attack. Of which nearly missed Yakule as he moved behind Ko. It quickly dawned on the brunette. "Oh, you know Metronome don't you?" She was certainly growing fast, despite not having battled once since she was hatched. Ohmnesa cheered even more at her successful move. The Gothorita, that was at the receiving end of the attack was not as happy. Neither was the grunt. "Use pound on the trainer!" He shouted .The Gothorita, commenced her attack, but instead of obeying, she leaped into the air to get at Ohmnesa. It moved so quickly, Ko hadn't a chance to dodge. The Gothorita collided with Ko, knocking the woman back, while Ohmnensa was sent flying to the earth. Mid-air, the little Togepi once more began to giggle and wiggle her fingers. Oorin manifested below the Togepi, catching her from the air before she could fall to the ground, at the same time a black smoke that smelled something fowl bellowed from the air before Ohmnensa and engulfed the Gothorita. After it quickly dissipated, the Gothorita was revealed in a fainted state.
Meanwhile, elsewhere at in the main entrance area, Kezia had taken to peruse the games, though she wasn't entirely in the mood to play any. She could still pick up ZK's scent here and there, but there were so many people here with so many different types of Pokemon, it made it hard for her to concentrate. She was also getting hungry, and had long since lost Ko and Ohm... She wondered where they could have gotten off to, and now she sort of regret wandering away in the first place. Especially after Ko told her to stick around... as in within eyesight. The fox, disguised as a young woman let out a sigh. She was bored, hungry, and frustrated all at once.

Apollo leaned back casually as he waited for Cyrus to step out of the changing room, his arms eventually come to cross over his chest lightly. His eyes wandered over the fair, noting several times throughout his sweep the, almost alarming, large amount of the similarly dressed people all throughout the entrance. Some were leering at certain people, he even made eye contact with one man who was doing the exact thing to him, while others were conversing with a few fair-goers. It was odd. But, before he could give it anymore thought, Cy finally stepped out of the dressing room, wearing the dress. "Why, don't you look beautiful?" he teased, stepping closer as the male presented his back to him and requested assistance. Apollo chuckled at Cy's choice of words before bringing up one finger to teasingly run over his shoulders. "Now, Cy. The one eyed had no objections in watching the sparing matches. It sounded like something he might enjoy truth be told or even get into himself. Sense getting the full use of his arm and leg back thanks to Ko his fighting spirit had slowly but surely been bolstering with each victory and considering the last two acts of aggression he'd had towards people it might prove therapeutic to get to hit someone and not have to worry if he was in the right or wrong. "Sure i came here to get a sword might as well swing one while im here if i can." He answered musing over what sort of sword he'd prefer. It was a toss up between the hand and half and a short sword. Ohmarow hadn't been paying attention to the path ahead like he should have otherwise he'd have more then likely seen the space buffoons before hand.
"Release all your Pokemon now!" That was a bad idea Ohmarow thought to himself making to pull free Ozzalu's pokeball. "If they wont Ozzalu they can have him." Ohmarow said but got the shock of his life as suddenly lava was spewed out of thin air. Stepping back he found himself now behind Ko rather then at her side. One of the grunts had a pokemon Ohmarow wasn't familiar with and he could only liken to a female mime which had gotten the brunt of the lava plume. Reaching back down Ohmarow was ready to join in when the grunt aimed his attack now at Ko. No time to think as he watched the black and white humanoid pokemon rush towards them crashing into Ko. Ohmarow instinctively made to brace Ko but his hands only got up as far as her rump. Crashing backwards Ko was now sat not only in his lap but on his hands. The one eyed man made a soft squeaking sound as he locked up physically unable to escape this situation. His face turned a deep crimson red and his ears burns.
Thankfully before the grunt could release his second pokemon Ohmarows Frogadier broke free of its poke'ball to counter attack and defend its trainer and his partner. Rahvok in the mean time had been knocked off Ohmarow's shoulders in the impact and now sat sprawled in Ko's lap feeling a tad bit sick. "I think im gonna barf." The Zorua remarked trying to pick herself back up.

Though they'd become aware of the rather hostile air that was gradually thickening in the air Sylvia and Beau continued on with their games, and were, in fact, still collecting tokens when the latter noticed a rather unfriendly interaction with between one of the more oddly dressed individuals and a young couple. He wouldn't have paid it any mind, unless it involved Apollo he didn't care for any other humans, but what caught his attention was the small Swinub that stood between its trainers and the individual. It gave a defiant squeak, even as the female of the couple tried to urge the little pokemon behind her. "J-just leave us alone, alright? As you can see, Snowy here wants to stay with us!" The other simply just shook his head before he spat. "Hah! It's obvious that you've brainwashed this pokemon, Stockholm syndrome in its prime!" The man jerked his thumb back to a rather intimidating Krokorok that stood behind him, arms crossed and eyes narrowed. "If you won't listen to reason, then I guess we'll have to twist your arm a little!"
The Swinub, having apparently had enough, scurried out from its trainer's grasp and shot out a, pitiful, flurry of snow in the direction of the man threatening them. The man shook his head then brushed off the flakes that had managed to get on his shoulder, snapping his fingers afterwards. In a flash the Krokorok had moved closer and actually kicked the small pokemon back, then flashed a toothy snarl. "Now, for you two." The man's pokemon moved in for the attack, though before it could land a blow Beau had already intercepted. Though not the smartest move, it did prevent the humans from actually being hurt, and the Swinub at least deserved to have its trainer save, though it hardly mattered, seeing as how quickly he retaliated, and then took the pokemon out.

Cyrus pursed his lips in a pout, blushing as Apollo teased him, saying he looked beautiful. Was it a real compliment, or just teasing? On one hand he didn't want to be considered beautiful in a dress, but on the other... Apollo seemed to like it. He shoved the flustered feeling away. But it didn't last as the blond pointed out his own wording on his request. "Th-that's not wh-what i meant!" Cyrus squeaked, his blush so intense it was hard to miss even with his darker skin tone. Marx nodded, grinning. "Alright, sounds good!" he agreed eagerly. He blinked, though, when Fynx apparently decided to leave, watching her curiously, then shrugging it off and looking back to Rose. "To the prize booth!" he agreed, hooking one arm with hers. He started off, but stopped when he felt his messager go off. Unhooking his arm from Rose's, he opened it up, grinning when he saw it was from Cheria, but then blinking as he read it. The grin slowly faded down as she mentioned third wheels and stuff. He kinda knew the term, but... did that really apply? There were four of them, it was a round number! Plus none of them were dating.... unless she and Skye really were together? He knew he'd sort of said that when he was texting Shenaiya, but he was still confused about it. Hm...
"Hold on Rose, Cheria just replied. I think she and Skye are gonna find something to do together," he commented, pulling away fro a second to type a response. He felt bad... he had been looking forward to spending time with Cheria. If she wanted to just hang out with Skye for a bit, though, he understood. It didn't even seem to occur to him that she might just feel uncomfortable with Rose given how things went last time. Or at least, it didn't occur to him at the time.
